They ran both mine and my husband s credit said they were going to be able to help us WASTED TWO WHOLE HOURS for them to tell us they could sell us a car for 4,000 dollars when we told them that was above what we could spend Austin was not helpful at all I would not go and give them your money just so they can screw you over this was today nov 2 2020

Shady business sales they completely ripped us of. They kept saying I m not aloud to say that when questions were asked to the sales person. The management was very rude and not honest. Management was very impossible to get In contact with to discuss business. They do NOT want to be willing to give money back or help with vehicle. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone at all no matter the situation. (It s very unprofessional as a business for the comments back to customers to be putting everyone s business on a website)

Alton under stood what I was looking for and what I wanted to be in. I told him, I can only stay until 12pm if we going to put me in the car I wanted and out the door. He came through, in at 9am and driving my Alfa Romeo Giulia off the lot a 11:30 am. My wife enjoying the car more than me lol

My salesman was Johnny Mac. However, after reading his name tag, I realized that he wasn't a salesman at all, but rather, a "solution specialist" lol. But, as it turns out, that's exactly what he was. I had some problems that every other dealership i talked to couldn't solve, but the guys at McLeod were able to find a solution for me and put me in a car. My credit wasn't the best, but they still got me an affordable monthly payment (with a really good warranty and gap insurance!). Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience and would recommend that anyone in the centex looking for a car start at McLeod.

Stephanie worked super hard with us in making sure we could get what we needed and made sure what we wanted was held while we got the paper work together! Overall an extremely enjoyable and rewarding experience.

I came in hopeless after going to several dealerships and being sent away because of my poor credit and low income, as soon as I walked in I was treated like I mattered. I told them all of my worries and they told me repeatedly,"don't worry we are gonna work it out!" I didn't believe them, my car had just been totaled and I had no money to put down on a new car. They went over and beyond for me and I walked out the same day with the keys to my new car and put down $100.00 these guys really care and are not greedy like most dealerships!!! Go see them!

Omg I came in to see kaila I told her I will be back because I really didn't think they can get me a truck so I went home and though about it why not try one more time everyone was telling me no I needed to trade in my kia because I still own 4000 but I came back today kaila was a lil busy so her partner Domingo helped me instead kaila kept coming over making sure I was OK and guess what I walk away with a 2018

If there was a zero rating... These people are not here to help you they are predatory looking for people with bad credit. They wanted me to trade in my minivan which I have a small title loan on. Jack the price of the car I was buying up, to include the amount of the title loan. They would get my van, I would still have to pay the amount owed on the title loan, and give them an additional $2500 down... Why would I bother to trade my minivan in and still pay the money amount that I owe on it? I would lose a vehicle and they would get the vehicle for free and still get $2500 down. That serves no purpose to me. In fact, it just takes a vehicle away from me and still leaves me the same debt on top of the loan. For most likely a high mileage vehicle. They never really let us really browse the vehicles on their lot, or see pricing, mileage, etc... Instead they just ran my credit which they knew I did not want to do. Truly, at one point I had a better experience with drive time, even though they spoke badly of them. I got in touch with another dealership a few minutes ago and they are already taking care of me, they got me into a 2017 vehicle brand new. It did not take 3 days, and talk or sales gimmicks. If it sounds to good to be true than chances are it is... You are better off going to a real new car dealership, it easier to get into a newer car then a used car. Lesson learned... They say a wise man learn from his mistakes and a wise man learns from the mistakes of others. If this helps one person, not to repeat my mistake, I will be grateful!

I had an all around bad experience with the company. Nic the sales guy was nice, that's about it. I first saw the truck online so I came up there had an okay experience it didn't have a auxiliary fuel tank like it did in the pictures online and they seemed irritated that I was even asking about that but whatever I still wanted the truck dodge 3500 dually. I had to wait until the next day to buy it. Came back and it was missing the dually fender lights and tried to say they weren't there to begin with but I showed them a picture and they said we can't do anything about it. Come to find out the motor was bad all the rings were washed the 2nd and 6th cylinder were bad I told them I was having problems they said bring it in and see what we can do. I had to leave it with their mechanic for 4 days and he said your good come pick it up. So I came back and he said nothings wrong and I said what about the whole burning almost gallon of oil in 200 miles of driving. Said that's normal basically saying they know and won't pay for it spend over 6k rebuilding the engine and all the other problems that came up they didn't help at all. Please don't waste your time going down there they have nice looking trucks and everything else hid behind a million problems. They will look you straight in the eye and lie to you. Bad place to send referrals.

If i could give this place 10 starts out of 5, I would. Jim, Kaila, and the rest of the team truly went above and beyond to help me drive a vehicle off the lot. Thank you guys for everything you helped me with, and I will definitely be going back when I need a new car if I am still in the area.
