Alton was amazing to work with!! We called late one evening and he sent detailed pictures of a truck we were interested in immediately, set us up an appointment to test drive, and helped us purchase the truck the next day. They gave us an awesome trade-in value on our current vehicle as well. Customer service was great and everyone there was very friendly! Alton went above and beyond!!!

I went into this dealership looking for a cheap used car and I found a couple cars I liked and I seen a Toyota Scion all white 2016 Tc model. I instantly New I wanted this car. They were there to help me and he let me test drive. Very good go take a look.

I had one of the Geatest experiences buying from Mcleod, especially with my sales rep Steven which I highly highly recommend, he was courteous and absolutely made the car buying experience a easy. I would easily use Mcleod again and will refer anyone whos in the market to go see Steven, you wont regret it.

I went to McLeod Autosales to just browse around on what cars they had to offer, and right away I was greeted with a warm welcome by Brooklyn. She guided me through the lot when I came across a WRX I liked she strongly was knowledgeable of the details associated with the vehicle. With her great customer service that she provided, and test drive, she had me sold on the great deal. Her customer service is by far that had me pleased, with the details addressed about the car, to assisting me get the best finance options, and even getting in contact with an insurance company to make sure I was good coming off the lot. Thank you McLeod Autosales for the car, however my greater appreciation goes out to Brooklyn for the welcoming environment she provided , friendly attitude, and for all the help.

Went in yesterday looking for a a newer vehicle for our family. We were so torn between a van or a car this go around. So many things were a factor in our choice and we were also scared seeing how it was a first time buying a vehicle. Even though we were nervous wrecks. Going back and forth on doing it or not. Or this vehicle or that vehicle the workers/sales reps at McLeod were great. All were pretty funny, very understanding to our faces. Don t want to know what they were really saying behind our backs hahaha jk jk. But in the end we chose to make the purchase of our new Chrysler town and country. Thank you so much to Stephanie for coming in on her day off. For hourssss while we kept going back and forth with managers on numbers. Or on which vehicle to chose. Or if we even wanted too. You were the best. Loved her character, loved that she understood where we were coming from and loved that she took her time out of her day to meet our needs. Yes she s a sales rep and obviously makes something off of a sale. But she didn t make it seem that way. She gave our son a snack to keep him at bay and even played that darn baby shark song for him. Great place to get a car. Don t let the other bad reviews really get to you. Yes they are a busy dealer ship and it might take some time. But since when was buying a car a fast process. NEVER. James awesome! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10. We knew what we wanted but didn t think we could get it and just wanted to try and sure enough James said y all can get it and did everything he could for us to get what we wanted. And all we can say is that he was a great help and couldn t have asked for anyone else. So what we are trying to say is if you want something go to James he ll have your best interest and get what you want.

We traded in our 2015 Toyota Corolla for a like-new 2015 Ford F-150. Couldn t be happier with the vehicle! They gave us a full tank of gas, made sure the tires had air and listened to any concerns we brought to their attention. Stephanie was so sweet and even held our son for part of the process to keep him entertained. She is our go-to gal for vehicles now! Definitely a respectful and family oriented dealership. Ron the sales manager was very respectful of our budget. We appreciate their willingness to help us through the process. They made making this decision easier than it already was.
