If you re looking to get a new car this is definitely the place to come! Alton worked extremely hard and got me into a car today, when no one else in Killeen couldn t help me in anyway. He is very professional and really nice. He made this extremely easy and quick and made all my anxiety about being able to buy a car go away!!

I had a gr8 experience 2 years ago when Reed was my sales person. He took care of me and fought for me to get the car I really wanted. Awesome guy. Everyone was nice including the gm who tried to help me get a car with all the issues with car I bought. I miss Evonne the buy here pay here associate who had great customer service and understood people. Unlike the new one Ashley Brown. She was very disrespectful and had no customer service and tried to compare me to another customer. My mom was in the hospital for a whole month including the first week in a coma. Tried to explain to her what was going on and she just threaten to take my car I been paying on for 2 years and only owed about 5k on. Due to her ignorance, being incompetent, and lack of compassion i had to give my almost paid off car back. Horrible customer service from her horrible!!

We are working on getting a new company truck and Sean and Jason have been helping us. They have gone above and beyond what any dealership has ever done for us. We have a tough case to work and they have relentlessly worked to get us approved. We will definitely be buying future vehicles here as well. Customer service is unbelievable. It feels like we've known these guys for years!

Great service hands down from time I came in untill the time I left in my Brand new Car

I went there to look at one truck, they were asking way above the market value and wouldn t budge at all on the price. So I told the guy thanks for his time I ll go somewhere else. He gilt tripped me into test driving a truck I wasn t looking at with over 120,000 miles with several scratches and ding inside/outside the truck. Well, while test driving it. The salesman falls asleep so obviously I didn t get a vehicle there and went somewhere else. This is my story from 2 years ago lol.

We came here a little scared, from the beginning Stefanie has made it an awesome and enjoyable experience. She put us at ease and walked us through everything. Answered all my questions very clearly and was very patient. Loved coming here. Would recommend for anyone and everyone.

3 things that are very bad about this place and will soon be black listed from soldiers to go. 1. The moment you walk in its very in professional music blasting from speakers and the staff very unprofessional. 2. I was told personally that I wasn't legally aloud to be In the same office as my soldier because they didn't want to give my soldier back his deposit for a vehicle he returned in less then 24. 3. The manager that works here also tried lying and saying that he can't write on paper saying my soldier would get his deposit. I would give half a star to this company and ADVISE nobody to go here! These people are not helpful and will be very disrespectful to people in uniform.

The finance manager is RUDE, comes with blue sunglasses on, (inside the establishment) to give us an around about price of 13K to 18K..and has to go back and forth from the front, where we are located to the back multiple times. They appear that they don't know what the hell to do! They DO NOT FINANCE EVERYONE LIKE ADVETTISED. I'm not even upset about that part. The attitude of the staff and the unprofessionalism. Seriously STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE.
So now the GM is out here apologizing for his attitude which he shouldn't be doing. I will wrap this up with saying that the GM is truly a nice guy.

McLeod has always done right by us. It does take a bit of time but that's because they are truly trying to get you the best deal they can! We were repeat customers trading in our old Cruze for a newer Explorer and the whole team did amazing work to get us what we wanted. Julius was great and friendly! Even bought us a Strawberry Soda lol! We will be back of course!

I came in to trade my 09 Honda Civic Si for an Evo 10 today, and I had Dave help me with the process. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!! I WOULDN'T EVEN REFERENCE A ENEMY TO THEM! I bought a car from them while stationed at hood it was my first car. They seemed very nice and helpful. Less than a year after I bought my $ 27,000 car my transmtransmission went out. I called to ask about the warranty and the guy who sold me the car answered he said it was not even a record of me buying my car from them! I said to him you sold me the car. He told me he couldn't help.

Just got a car from McLeod s auto sales. We had Greta help us through the entire process and it was one of the best experiences I ve ever had at a car dealership. Very friendly staff and even the managers came to introduce themselves. They worked with my credit history and was able to get me into a new used vehicle. Their service greatly exceeded the standards I had when I first came in. I would recommend anyone here and my girlfriend is actually coming back soon!

The staff was friendly when we went but not very friendly on the phone. We were hung up on 4 times. One answered, did not even let us talk & just assumed we were waiting for someone & transferred our call, only to hang up on us again. They didn't try to work w us on the down payment. I would not reccomend using them

This place sold me a car over priced and i have barley had over a year and have spent more time fixing it then driving it..they are a rip off do not take tour business here. Then i took warranty paperwork and they said i wasnt covered.. this place is a joke. I nor anyone i know will ever be back.

if I could give them zero stars I would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE. bought a 2011 truck from them after two days it started messing up and making noises. so many problems with it. I had to keep taking it to their service department and every time they would keep it for at least 3 days and then give it back with nothing fixed. check engine light came on after they so called fixed whatever was wrong which they still neglected to tell me what was even wrong with it. then they stopped taking and returning my calls. I tried to trade the truck out for something else and they wouldn't do it so basically I got stuck with a lemon. beware because they are very friendly until the check clears and then they don't care about the customer at all anymore.

I would definitely go back to McLeod Autosales. They made us feel like we are family and worked with our budget and what fit our needs in a vehicle. The manager is very friendly along with the staff. Kaila is so sweet and does amazing at her job! I 10/10 recommend

Worse customer service experience in a very long time. Sales person working with me got up and started doing something with someone else. He could have at least said I need to handle something with another customer and gave me a heads up but it was like I wasn't important because of my situation. I'll go somewhere where I'll be appreciated.

Stephanie was so great, she set the tone early. There were no over exaggeration or super high expectations. She was very straight forward and to the point. Stephanie let us know up front that McLeod was a family oriented business, and I can say it truly felt like that. She took time with my son and made sure he was good and everything. It didn't seem forced or like she was doing it to get a sale. It was genuine!! Stephanie also kept us up to speed on what was going on with the approval process step by step. I really felt like i was being taking care of and that my best interests were being considered. I ended up with one of the three cars i had originally pick before i even called them. So all in all it was a good day. I would really refer anyone to McLeod, and make sure Stephanie helps you. Thanks again Stephanie and thanks McLeod!!!!!

5 days no response after driving there twice and messaged them many times.They now say they called several times and it goes straight to voicemail.Any unknown number goes straight to voicemail.They finally left a voicemail after I was in bed for the night.Be calling tomorrow

My experience with buying a vehicle at Mcleods was AWESOME and easy! It's great friendly service !! Malcolm took very good care of us and so did Cody! The buying process was alot faster and easier then traditional dealerships. We will definitely come back if we ever need another vehicle in the future Best service hands down

Reuben makes buying a car very enjoyable, he helped me find a car that I want and need. I never felt like I was being force to buy a specific car or anything like that. And he worked with me so I could stay within my budget.

They don't honor their word and over charge on their vehicles by thousands!!they advertise credit amnesty(lie) as well as a dime down..(lie also)And to top it off..i work at a car dealership myself and did an appraisal on the vehicle I was interested in and found out it was 4000 over high retail value..and even showed them proof and they still didn't budge on price...they are crooks and the reason the used car industry has a bad name...

This place is great. These guys were able to to do what others couldn't. They got me approved on a 2018 silverado, and got the paymenst where i needed. They were so nice and friendly. Ron and Joe went above and beyond to make this work for me, and i could not be happier. Thank you guys so much.

If you re in the market for a nice used vehicle this is the place! My wife and I dealt with Stephanie and it was honestly the first time we actually enjoyed our buying experience at a dealership! She s (Stephanie) phenomenal! We submitted our credit app online at approximately 10am. We received a call from McLeod about 30 minutes later. We arrived at McLeod at approximately 1:15pm. We signed on the dotted line for our vehicle at 3:15pm. McLeod specializes in dealing with folks with jacked up credit! Even folks with repos! (I m one of em)

My honest assessment is don t waste your time and further bring down your credit score getting inquiries at dealers who really don t primarily deal with sub-prime borrowers. They have an excellent inventory as well. McLeod all the way the way folks.

Stephanie is amazing!! Both my husband and I worked till 6:30, so we arrived about 6:45, right before closing. We knew it was time to close up so we had already decided we were just going to look around and then come back another day. However, Stephanie was extremely welcoming, and insisted that we do more then look around that evening. She helped us through the whole process and we found the exact vehicle we were looking for and knew we wanted before we got there. Stephanie truly went above and beyond for us, showing true customer service and showing a true passion for what she does. Keeping a team with a can do attitude is why we came back for our second vehicle, and will most definitely continue our car buying business with McLeod.

I found them to be very rude if you're a women and by yourself. I literally walked the lot for about 15 minutes, passed by multiple sales people and ignored. The same week went back with mu husband, a salesman was over there before he reached the first vehicle I wanted him to check out. Because we were shopping for my next truck, I decided this wasnt tge place for me.

I met with Greta almost two months ago and she is well mannered with a very nice spirit. When I spoke to a gentleman who after seeing my paystubs said I could have any car on the lot no down payment they just needed to find someone to buy my trade and that never happened. I get a call saying they valued my trade in wrong and the owner wanted to apologize and asked me to come back in. I showed up let them take a look at my trade as I was walking around the lot one of the sales managers comes out and hands Greta keys and says we have the right car for you and then proceeded to escort me to a 2017 mini van which was insulting as my kids are grown and I m a single female. Due to me not wanting that he stated that would be the only car I get off their lot. Very poor service! Commercials on radio are A SCAM JUST TO GET YOU IN THE DEALERSHIP! If you have credit challenges or if you are not military don't expect a vehicle from them the zero down went to $1000 then $1500 ,then $2000 and all you can get is a mini van. And to think I have a staff of 30+ people and a few of them actually need cars nothing good would be said about this place ever.

I see the owner it says decided to respond after the above review but with inaccurate information so much for professionalism as I was told he wanted to meet with me but never even saw his face.
