Just had my first visit to the ER here recently. When we got there it was pretty slow so we didn t have to wait long to be seen.

Overall, I m very happy I opted in to the ER versus a local urgent care clinic - the staff there are awesome!

My mom was sent here for chest pain and hard time breathing. They kept her overnight and ran tests. They found that she has a small aortic aneuorism and we are so thankful to know this. Because we are able to see her dr and figure out what to do for her next. So this visit was a good one for us thanks.

Derek Scott was beyond top notch when he helped with getting my mom set up with select care! He went above and beyond to help her hospital transition go smooth. He personally called to assure me in her well-being when I was unable to be at her side! Its little things like this that going the "extra mile" make a world of difference! Derek deserves to be recognized for a job well done, his bedside manner, and many more. He always remained calm in the worst of times with our family, in turn helping us to remain calm! My family and I are beyond thankful to have had Derek setting up carecare for our loved one. If our family is ever in need of services from this location, Derek is the guy I'll be contacting!

I don't know what happened to McLaren, but McLaren...

I don't know what happened to McLaren, but McLaren isn't what it use to be. My mother and I been there for help and we've gotten no help, no care. My mother had a major problem, McLaren couldn't fix it, then they lied and said they did to the insurance company. My mother had to go to Hurley, to Dr. Almaroof and he fixed her arm and we've had no problems since. I been to the emergency a few times and they didn't help me, just send me home with no help. Go to Hurley, Hurley has changed, they have the best doctors, who will actually help you and care and will run every test. McLaren just has you waiting all day, no matter how severe your problem may be. They have a bunch of fresh out of school doctors who are just there for a paycheck and importance, they don't care. The old-time doctors who were good are retired. McLaren people show no care, especially in the ER, they don't care how severe your problem is, you will wait, in the past, the most severe was seen first, but not no more, and they'll just yell out your name and get your insurance, before you even be seen, because they want to get your money so you don't leave for waiting long. The doctors don't listen. They don't help. McLaren is going down. Stay away, they won't help.

Just left from my first visit to the Flint McLaren ER. Everyone there was so kind, and my trip went fairly quick. I am very appreciative to the nurses, the CT techs, and the NP who were involved in my care. They listened and showed compassion. Thank you!

After tusseling with Memorial Healthcare in Owosso...

After tusseling with Memorial Healthcare in Owosso after my lung collapsed... After a week I was transferred to McLaren in Flint for surgery. For the most part it was an in and out, after the night of my transfer I was in for surgery the very next day.

After my surgery I was moved to the CCU for monitoring. After being in recovery at the CCU I was supposed to be moved back to a normal room for the remainder of my stay... They did NOT have a room available so I was sitting in the CCU for two days. While being left in the CCU I was barely spoken to by the staff aside from how I was feeling.

The first day in the CCU they were at my beck and call, giving me assistance when needed and periodically checking up on me. As stated in the above paragraph the remainder of my stay I felt barely noticed, while left in the CCU...

For an "in and out" visit it was fine. It could have been worse, it could have been better.

The worst ER. Nurses were kind but not very attentive. The doctor was a total joke. I went in for a bad reaction to a medication I was put on for strep. Caused my heart to race, I was nauseas and BP was high. Doctor basically told me I was ridiculous and told the nurse to give me a Xanax and he never spoke to me again. I was left in a hallway for over 3 hours. But before that, left in the waiting room for 3 hours. I finally had to ask the nurse if I could leave since nobody was listening or paid attention to me. (And I wasn t the only one laying in a hallway completely unattended to. Poor lady next to me didn t get any care the entire time I was there.) Doctor never reviewed my test results or anything. Nurse told me everything was normal and I could go home. Ended up at Genesys the next day and finally got the proper care I needed and was in fact having a bad reaction and did need medical attention, not a Xanax.

If you want to have a reasonable length of stay do not come here. Staff will never check up on you unless you request them and even then will take forever. Unreasonable wait times for something as simple as a transfer, which took me over 10 hours for no valid reason. Staff was clueless and unable to help when asked. Not recommended. Go somewhere else and save days worth of time.

Came here with my loved one. After pressing the help button for nurse it took 15 minutes to come to the room. Waited an hour after nurse had not said anything or got back with us from the first time we pressed it again. My love one still has not gotten anything for pain 3 hours later. They do not seem to care. He s being admitted but I don t feel comfortable leaving him here. Seem like they will forget about him.

I'll give them one star because my mother is still...

I'll give them one star because my mother is still alive....my mother had an aortabifemoral bypass, very serious surgery..in the two weeks, her dressings were changed TWICE. Cardiovascular team wasn't changing them (even tho that's their rule, they looked at the incisions and recovered them with the same dressing) and only two nurses advocated to change them in that two week span. They were scared to because it going going "against doctor orders" but they did...Her incisions quickly got infected and turned necrotic. (How does that happen so quickly while being in hospital care). Then They discharged her!! She puked all night my dad brought her back in not even 10 hours later. I left for a couple days to enjoy my honeymoon only to walk in and find her abdomen severely distended, her legs super swollen, incisions infected, and my mother puking, pale, dehydrated...how did NO ONE see the signs. Had I known this was going to happen I would have NEVER left her side. She should have never been discharged in this state. Not one doctor or nurse noticed? Which shows they weren't even assessing her. I heard Dan, a nurse, tell the doctors she was doing really good!...what? Do you not see her? After I was very vocal to the doctors, they decided to run a couple tests (which should have been done DAYS before...they had to do an I&D of my mother's wound and put on a wound vac, which she also had for over a month. From the tests..My mother had an ileus and what they thought either kidney or heart failure, and also went septic. Two of her three incisions separated. She was in the icu 4 times and on floors 8, 2, 10, you name it. And in the hospital for over a month! One nurse told her she couldn't believe she was still there the next day!! (Who says that). The cardiovascilar team, gastrointestinal team, and general surgery had VERY poor communication, my mom had her NG takin out and put in a total of 5 times, MAYBE 6 I lost count. I mean hell they didn't even catch she had anything wrong with her abdomen, until I pointed out the obvious. I don't know how, because she wasn't having bowel movements and she was constantly puking. They kept feeding her! The cardiovascular doctor that did her surgery Dr. Govitz, didn't See her until her 17th day in the hospital. His team did, a very quick check up. But I was pretty upset that THAT surgeon didn't see her until she was in the ICU. He told me "they don't intervene until they KNOW there's an infection," well that pissed me off..because it was pretty obvious from the start. She had every sign possible. SO he waited to intervene until it was in her blood stream and she was in ICU......Idk just so much went wrong. It was hard to fix everything at once. She had great care in the ICU and in the ICU over flow, don't get me wrong. But basic assessments the nurses could have done would have saved her from going septic also advocating for her too would have been a great first step. The doctors not changing the dressings are beyond me. One cardiovascular doctor did make her get up and walk which is awesome considering the circumstances, the nurses did not care to..From finding all this out we stepped up. my sister and I walked her constantly, I cleaned and changed her dressings, even her accidents. We were by her side every second of the day.....case management was great, but we decided to take her home and not to rehab for fear she would get worse. She did great with us! Thank god she barely remembers being in there, she only remembers the bad things, which is sad, but I don't remember anything good really either. It was the summer of hell. We contemplated transferring her to UofM. We didn't because she was slowly getting better. I don't think we will ever do another surgery at this hospital...ever. Not if we want to live to see the next day.

Pointless to do registration online so dont waste your time. And also the only reason this is getting 2 stars is because of the xray technician being so friendly and picking up nurses slack. I waited 1.5 hrs for discharge papers and 1 script. No they were not very busy but still a long wait for idk why?

The neuro staff in this hospital is more than impressive. My sister has had wonderful care here, and she is a well on the road to recovery after a sub arachnoid hemorrhage from a ruptured aneurysm. She was at a different hospital first, and we were told there was no hope. But guess what? We transferred her to McLaren anyway, and now we are filled with hope!!! Thanks McLaren!

Poor!! Left knowing nothing Dr, did not listen!!! Seems it was all about the $$$ and pushing expensive, un necessary ct scans and ultra sounds that had been done elsewhere prior. (And people wonder why health insurance is so costly)
Was happy to hand out opioid medication knowing symptoms were upset stomach and dizziness....drugs only enhanced the sick feeling and made it worse!! wont be returning, cleanliness was not the greatest either!!

So disappointed in their lack of empathy, especially for someone that was in my position. I was made to feel like a big baby when I still can't move my neck! Told them what meds I had taken for the problem and what didn't work, and what do you know...I walked out with two useless prescriptions
Guess I'll be switching my insurance provider to Hurley. At least in their care they listen to understand

I received a call saying that my husband was brought to ER at 12:30 PM. I drove from Saginaw and we are still sitting in waiting room at 3:45pm. When I asked 1:45min ago staff was very friendly and nice. She smiled and said he was at the top of the list and they were waiting on a room for him. Waiting room emptied out and we are still waiting. Shaking my head.

Shame on you McLaren. My friend was there last week for a lymph node biopsy for possible cancer diagnosis and first of all, you had a male nurse that did nothing but walk around in the preop playing on his cell phone and then after surgery while she was still under the influence of sedation, she had the urge to go to the bathroom and some nurse asked her "well cant you hold it for 2 minutes!!!" really? My friend then proceeded to urinate on herself and all over the bed as she could not feel her muscles correctly yet and what did this nurse do? She came in and just pulled the absorbent pad down from underneath her and leave it on the bed, let alone clean anything up! My friend had to keep holding her legs up so she did not lie in the soiled part and has had back surgery in the past, so it was very difficult for her. You are very lucky that I was not there or security would have been called for the ruckus I would have made. I asked her why she did not say anything, and she just wanted out. That is totally disgusting and degrading to the patient, and this sub par care disgusts me. Shame shame shame on the standards your hospital has set.

My friend was just in there for 4 days and the staff never gave him his medication on time. They had to be reminded that he was supposed to have it. The machines were beeping for hours at a time and nobody would come stop them. When he was discharged they took his IV out he was on heprin and he was bleeding everywhere and nobody came to help. Then they just had him walk out didnt even bring him down in a wheel chair. This place is a joke I will never ever use this hospital. Close this dump down.

My Mom went to the emergency room on 1-19-2018 and the wait was six hours. I do understand that everyone there is sick, she lost all feeling in her legs and cannot walk. It's Sunday 1-21-2018 still not one answer or anything. She also has a cough and breathing issues as well, I'm told maybe an MRI and EKG soon but no date set? What is this? Dr. Kevorkian works here possibly? The nurses and front desk are absolutely rude they are so rude I cannot begin to wonder why they work here, if you're going into this profession you know what you're getting into! Do not ever go to this emergency room, all the employees working on 2/3 shift should be disciplined. I only hope one day I can not do something for them, classless and full of attitude. Totally unacceptable!!!!

My reviews keep being removed but I hope they stay...

My reviews keep being removed but I hope they stay long enough to save a life and a family the heartache that my family has gone through. There is very little I can say positive about this hospital, the case workers, the physicians, and most importantly the nursing staff in the neurological ICU. We tried to be advocates for my brother and the shut us down, protected their staff, and helped kill my brother. Again I am forced to pick at least 1 star to post this and that's still 2 more then deserved. Horrible, horrible staff and patient care with just a couple of exceptions. If you find yourself or a loved one up in the neurological ICU and you get a nurse named Nicole do Everything you can to have her removed. I would like to add, since they have kept this one up, that you may notice I never get the message apologizing and asking me to contact them.
Full disclosure my brother, Todd, arrived in the neurological ICU on April 6th after having a brain aneurysm on April 4th. He was brought in on a respirator and was under heavy sedation to keep him under. His first day there he woke up and tried to remove the respirator. Ron, his nurse his first 2 days, was amazing. He was supportive and honest and hopeful. Monday April 8th we met his new nurse, Nicole, she was rude and to say the care she gave my brother was sub-standard is an understatement. Her first day on she asked us to leave his room to "re position" Todd when we were allowed back in the room Todd had a blood blister bulging from his left eye which she told me was "normal" she never spoke to him when she would actually come into his room to suction his lungs, she never did any mouth care, and treated him like he was a burden. The second day she was on she again asked us to leave so she could "re position" him and when we were finally allowed back in his room he had blood pooled in his right ear, down the right side of his face and all over his pillow. When I demanded she come back in the room she threatened to have us removed after she clean him up and changed his pillow case before getting the neurologist into his room. Again she still wasn't talking to Todd just treating him like a body, when she came into the room, that is. At one point I asked why there was blood in his respiration tube and asked if the dark fluid that was filling the tube could be cleaned she responded with "I'll contact respiratory and have them come up cause they don't care much for others' doing their job" when the Respiratory therapist finally showed up she detached the tube and emptied it onto a cloth on my brothers' chest and plugged it back in. As a family we complained about his care and asked how to have him moved to a different hospital on April 12th. We were informed that Todd was "unstable critical" and couldn't be moved. They gave my brother a paralytic drug because he kept trying to wake up and was Not happy with being strapped down or the tube down his throat. Not one time did they put in the trachea tube, never measured the pressure on his brain until Tuesday the 17th (or possible Monday night the 16th) when they put the bolt in at his bedside. While on the paralytic drug he was placed on dialysis as well as remaining on the respirator. On Wednesday the 18th the told us that my brother no longer had any brain stem activity (code for brain dead) we requested a 2nd opinion. In the meantime the kidney doctor removed my brother from dialysis and they were giving him lasik (unsure of the spelling, but it removes fluid) I asked his nurse, at that time, about a cath, cause where is the fluid going? She told me my brother had had complete organ failure and the kidney doctor could stop any procedure he felt was harmful to his patient. Two days later, on April 20th, the second opinion informed us that there was no brain stem activity. He was removed from the respirator that evening. Not one person in that hospital explained what to expect when you what your love one die like that, they never once offered any condolences until they asked my mom for her signature on his death certificate.

I went into the Emergency Room as a psych patient ...

I went into the Emergency Room as a psych patient feeling very depressed, after seeing the psychiatrist was left for seven hours without any update. Fed up I finally just got up and left, one of their sitters, a very nice lady, convinced me to return.

Back in the ER, I was demanded to put my gown back on, I was able to extort an update in exchange of changing back into my gown.
While I was waiting in the ER, another patient became very violent, attacked the nurses and had to be restrained. Somehow, they managed to put that in my file.

Up in the psych ward, I was given food I could not eat, even though the nurse and I had a long discussion of what I cannot eat and making sure that was in the file.

With the exception of my night nurse during my stay, the nurses in 7C were fantastic. I can't give enough praise for those nurses. The techs were equally fantastic. The one was more "leave me alone" and if I ignore you and walk away while you are talking to me you will shut up.
The psychiatrist I was assigned, forgot to prescribe medications for 36 more hours and came up with I was violent and liked to start fights, this puzzled me and baffled my wife. It would be a couple of days before I figured out the error in the ER and my file.

I was right in seeking medical help, I was wrong with seeking it at McLaren Regional Medical Center. This experience will have me changing from any doctor with affiliations with McLaren.

EDIT: I reached out as requested and no response whatsoever. Further evidence that I need to cut ties to McLaren.

I have had family members in this hospital before ...

I have had family members in this hospital before without incident. The are life savers. However, tonight I found out that my grandmother, while in their care, was made fun of by the emergency team so badly she broke down and cried. The drugs they had my grandmother on made her hypoxic. The effect made her have an accident, which is already incredibly embarrassing even if it was a medical situation. When the code te came up to take care of her, THEY MADE SNIDE COMMENTS TO EMBARASS HER FUURTHER. So much so that the strongest women I know broke down and cried. If you value your life, stick with McLaren... But make sure you always get the names of those who tend to you, because if they ever do something like this to someone you love, make SURE they are given the strictest reprimand from their superiors. People are at their most vulnerable when they are sick and need care. A hospital should not allow their workers to get away with making the weak feel bad about something that is beyond their control. If you read this, remember it and share it. This is unacceptable.

My friend was up there she is pregnant and has a fever and tummy pains going on 4 days now. She is there for two hours in the waiting room. She sees people that don't look that bad be seen frist and they got there after her. When she asks how long until she can be seen they told her they don't know or a estimate of how long. She hopes nothing is wrong with the baby and hopes that she don't lose the baby. I'm scared for her I was at Hurley for the same thing in January and I lost the baby because the hospital was slow and didn't say much. I'm glad I didn't go your hospital it maybe the same way. From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank Mclaren Cardiovascular team for doing a fantastic job. Special thank you to Dr. Munir, Ahmad (surgeon) for saving our fathers life and Coty Cole for being such a wonderful nurse that took care of not just our father but all of us like family. This is the best and most welcoming staff we had ever met in Mclaren and in any other hospital in the state of Michigan. You are an asset in this hospital, everyone should look up to your hard work, dedication, leadership and passion to your job. Thank you again.

I was in excruciating pain and they all sat around chit chatting we were informed that it would be at least a 4 hour wait even though there were no more than 5 people waiting ahead of us and no one was called back. My husband again informed them that my pain was at a level 10 and they dismissed it and continued their chit chatting. We went to McLaren in the first place because of your ad on Pandora music that you could be seen within 30 minutes or less upon arriving, guaranteed. This is a case of extreme false advertising and we will be advising the BBB of your Pandora ad. We will never go to McLaren again even though we live 5 minutes. We will go to Genesys even if it is 30 minutes away.

Would never go back to this hospital. The details of my visit are a bit too personal to share but I did not feel like they have any idea what they're doing. Extremely poor communication. Poor level of service. Will NEVER go back here.

I can t explain how disappointed I am with this hospital and the care my father experienced after a stroke. My father is a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic and was not treated as such. It took 48 hrs to get his blood sugar levels to an acceptable level after removing his insulin pump which should not have been removed in the first place. He was only seen by an endocrinologist after we had to specifically request it due to having a diabetic reaction in the hospitals care. During the reaction our concerns were dismissed and we were told it was just anxiety even though we have 30 years of experience with this type of situation and can spot the onset a mile away. Needless to say it was not anxiety . I can not speak as to the knowledge or abilities of the doctor staff as I do not have a previous frame of reference but rounds were typically conducted during non visiting hours and when trying to get information from the nursing staff we were consistently told you will have to talk to the doctors . The doctors seemed knowledgeable and courteous and were also extremely frustrated by the actions of the nursing staff. We had multiple incidents with disorientation and agitation in the care of the nursing staff resulting in sedation and restraints all of which could have prevented if they would have allowed a family member to stay overnight. I could go on at length as to the incompetence of the staff but ultimately I will sum this experience by urging anyone who in in need of care or has a family member in need of care to please search for an alternative facility that can provide the adequate care that people deserve in these situations. We ultimately had to make the decision to transfer to a different hospital to get the care we needed. We will be following up with the hospital to help prevent this experience from repeating itself with another patient in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS- Refused treatment due to marijuana use.

Bias in care.

A relative of mine went to the ER at the reccomendation of flushing urgent care due to chest pain and pain throught the body. Instead of explaining anything about what it could be or asking, the doctors discharge information consisted of unrelated moral advice instead of professional care.He was told "marijuana kills brain cells" a complaint is being filed right now.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

He told me he is never going to any doctor again.

I have only been inpatient in this hospital on the psych floor but it was very helpful and informative. The nurses are kind for the most part and very caring. The doctors are hard-working and care about the patients. They are stress free for the most part and have you interact with people most of the day. There is a lot of free time though. You can walk the halls if you can't sleep at night and you can even walk and talk if you are quiet. It's co-ed and the rooms are separated by gender, boy girl boy girl. The food is okay but there's not a lot of selection.

IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY GO. OUR ISSUE WAS WITH MY MOTHER IN LAW DYING WITH THROAT CANCER. FOR SIX MONTHS SHE COULD NOT SWALLOW. SHE WAS HOSPITALIZED AND OVER A COUPLE WEEKS TOLD SHE WOULD IMPROVE. TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WERE SPENT "KEEPING HER ALIVE" BECAUSE THERAPY WAS COVERED THEY WOULD SEND HER DOWN, FILL HER HEAD WITH "IMPROVEMENT" HAD TO FEED HER THROUGH TUBES. WHEN THE END NEARED THEY, AGAINST US AND HER EXPRESSED WISHES NOT TO CONTINUE LIFE UNNECESSARILY. SHE FELL OUT OF BED A COUPLE TIMES BRUISING HER FACE BEYOND RECOGNITION. AT THE VERY END THEY WANTED TO MOVE HER TO THEIR REST HOME FOR FURTHER . REHAB USING HER BEING ABLE TO SQUEEZE A BALL AS PROOF EVEN THOUGH IT HAD BEEN MONTHS SINCE SHE HAD EATEN.WE KNEW TIME WAS SHORT THEY INSISTED TO DO A LOWER AND UPPER G.I. ON HER. WE SAID NO AS HER LEGAL GUARDIAN. THEY WENT AROUND US IGNORING A WATERMELON COLORED NOTE WE PUT ON THE CHART AT 9 P.M. AT 12 PM THEY TOOK HER OFF I.V. OF HUGE AMOUNTS OF PAIN KILLERS AND THE FLUIDS SHE NEEDED TO EXIST. TO PREP HER. I HAD A PREMONITION AND AT 7 A.M. WENT TO CHECK ON HER. SHE WAS SEVERELY DEHYDRATED AND WAS REFUSED EVEN A SPONGE TO MOISTEN HER DRIED OUT LIPS AND MOUTH BECAUSE THEY SAID SHE COULD HAVE SUCKED THE WATER OUT OF THE SPONGE AND THROW OFF THE TEST. I FLIPPED OUT. DEMANDED THE I.V., THEY WOULD NOT GIVE HER AN ICE CUBE, I TOLD THEM I WOULD RIP THE DOOR OFF THE FREEZER TO GET ONE, A KIND NURSE OVER THE THREATS OF THE HEAD NURSE GOT ONE.WE DEMANDED THE I.V. TO BE PUT BACK IN. AFTER 45 MINUTES SOMEONE SHOWED UP. THEY COULD NOT GET THE I.V. IN DUE TO DEHYDRATION. THEY CALLED IN THE "SUPER SKILLED PERSON" THEY LEFT SAYING NO PROBLEM, THE BANDAGE NEW. IN MINUTES MY MOTHER UNABLE TO SPEAK PICKED UP HER BRUISED FRAIL ARM IT WAS WET. THE PHLEBOTOMIST HAD TRICKED US. HAD PUT THE TUBE IN W/O A NEEDLE AND BANDAGED IT UP FAKING IT. 9 HOUR NO PAIN MEDS , NO FLUIDS, BREAKFAST SITTING FOR A PERSON BECAUSE THE LAW SAYS A MEAL MUST BE PROVIDED EVEN THOUGH SHE HASN'T EATEN IN MONTHS. I WENT "POSTAL" THREATENED TO CALL THE NEWS AND SO ON. A KIND NURSE TOOK ME ASIDE AND SUGGESTED WE GO TO HOSPICE. AVALON HAD AN OPENING.IN THE MEAN WHILE THEY HAD TOLD HER THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO THE UPPER G.I. TO TEMP. OPEN HER THROAT SO THEY COULD GIVE HER PAIN MEDS... WE GOT HER TO AVALON. THEY ADVISED US THAT A PAIN PUMP COULD BE INSTALLED FOR THE PAIN MEDICATION. THEY TOOK OFF HER SOCKS WHICH HAD NOT BEEN DONE FOR DAYS. HER FEET WERE PURPLE. THEY ASKED ABOUT THE BRUISES ETC. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN WEEKS SHE WAS COMFORTABLE. SHE PASSED THREE DAYS LATER PEACEFULLY NO PRODDING, NO LINING OF POCKET TO THOSE WHO WANTED TESTS OVER DIGNITY AND COMFORT.

Worst experience ever in there mental faculties, I took my wife there for anxiety and depression seeking inpatient treatment and they stressed us both out trying to force a out patient service which obviously drove her anxiety threw the roof and refused the reference we went there to get without ever admitting her or even asking her about the past problems that causes the issues. So disappointed in there facility and will not be returning. If you're after mental help I would not recommend them to anyone

My father as been admitted in this hospital three times and er once in a month. Staff especially case manager social workers and nurses don't communicate to me about what is going on with my dad. I have POA over my dad. His doctor is the same. I feel they are doing this to soak my dad's insurance. Now they want him in a home! No communication with me about it.. I hate this hospital. Where do I get to make the decisions. Also I go in to see my dad. He has congestive heart failure. I see he is very swollen. They have him on general diet. He should be on a low sodium, low cholesterol diet. Are they trying to kill him? If I don't see any changes in this matter it is time for a call to an attorney! Do they even read this?

The wait time is HORRIBLE the service is sicking. I felt no concern for my mother's health was shown. The staff was gathering for conversation rather than work. They continued to LIE about service time. We spent more then four hours (literally) and my mother came in a ambulance. The whole time watching people come in after us and get called back before us. I wouldn't even give them a piece of a star but I have to give at least one to make my post.

This nurse that I had didn't help me. I was hungry and she couldn't even get me food after the doctor told her to get me some. My friend had to go get some all that nurse did is sit in front of the computer or play on her phone just laughing at the desk. One patient husband pushed her out and said they were leaving this is the worse hospital.

@Chris Wickham thank you so much for confirming my fears of ever having aortic aneurysm repair surgery here. My last stay was so screwed up, that's pretty much when I told my mom that I've made up my mind, will be going to U of M when that time comes. Usually my stays there have been great with great care. This last time, my WBC was 26,000 I was dehydrated, and nothing was ever given for either situation. IV tube was put in but nothing ever administered. No iv fluid no antibiotic , NADA. also NPO so hydration was getting worse. Left there sicker than when I arrived in ER.

This person asks me to call or email my concerns to her. Guess what? It's been months and nothing heard back from anyone. ( Like I thought they would even care) They answer these reviews like they are caring people and want to hear about what went wrong with care there. All fake! They don't care one little bit. Never heard a word back from this Carrie person or anyone else

My brother who has asperger's syndrome and was struggling to find work was hired on as a volunteer in their cafeteria. His 2nd week there he was fired because he went in the previous day despite having a cough. For a hospital, they really don't understand people with disabilities, even when they have such a great opportunity to serve their community.

I have been reading the horrible reviews on the hospital and the response by the owner saying how sorry they were to hear about the experience. Well then do something about it. It is making me question whether I want to come there.

One of family members just passed at this hospital. He was on a machine that ll help his brain, given that he had a brain aneurysm. Now keep in mind these are doctors nurses etc, he held on for a good few mins! So I had faith and hoped, prayed you name it! God came through I knew his intentions! But I don t not think that this is a good hospital. PLEASE! Be mindful when you go to this place it is 50 50; And I ve lost some family members along the way! Because of there medical mistakes, make sure you talk to them! Pay attention I don t want anyone else to die from there medical mistakes because I felt they could ve done more!

Small cut on thumb.... was "fast tracked". "Fast" meaning hours, was skipped multiple times once behind the curtain. Leaving without service. Really did not see an emergency that should be prioritized over us.....
