I ordered the medium mason jar vase and when it arrived there was a large crack around the whole vase. I sent an email with a picture of the crack and in return, customer service offered a replacement or refund. I loved the vase and requested a replacement. When the replacement finally arrived, they sent the large size, which was too big for my space. I sent another email and received an apology but was told there were no medium vases left. I checked online and there were mediums available. I replied and told the customer service rep I saw they were in stock on their website and she told me they did not have any in stock and wanted to know what I wanted to do moving forward. Return or keep the large vase? So I did return it but I am still confused why I was told it was out of stock when it's still available online. I ended up sending the vase back on 12/31 and still haven't received my refund. Big waste of my time and I feel like customer service was not very accommodating. I will be hesitant to order from Megee and Co again.
