The care and attention to detail is second to none! We have bought 3 units now from McGeorge's and will certainly be back for our 4th when the time comes. We feel like family, thank you guys for everything!

Thank you Butch Henshaw for taking time to discuss our "must-haves" and "don't likes before we decide which specific brand and model we would love to own. Thanks for guiding us through all the prices, value, quality and reliability of all the floor plans in the fifth wheels models. It sure will help in making the big decision to buy!

Although we have yet to decide on what kind of motor home to buy when we do finally decide we will come back here. Everyone was polite and helpful. No one was pushy which is why we walked out of previous dealers. This was the last place we looked and we will be back!

Sales associate that did walk thru did not strap chairs in. When I get brand new camper home chair fell over and broke vent. I call them up on 6-10 and they say they will take care of. Call today and no claim has been done. $30k on new camper very dissatisfied with there lack of service. As of today 7-5 still no vent. Service manager said she will contact me. I have not talked to her since 6-10, once again proving my point if you buy from them you will play hell getting anyone to respond back to you.

Everything and everyone was awesome, went above and beyond. Our trade in took seven weeks to get back to your lot. We were never pressured into anything, the patience shown from your company was certainly appreciated from us. Thank you!!

I wouldn't give one star. We bought a camper CASH money. 20,000 and we had to do all the work. They didn't even give us a poop pipe, discounts store crediy ot anything. 20,000 later. Horray. Not.. It Took 6 hours upon pickup and wasn't even clean. We had to follow up on them and make it happen. NO help from them pretty much. So if you want to do all the work this is the place for you...

LOVE THEM!!! <3
They make dreams come true over there and do it with a SMILE! My sales dude Robert P. was incredible and make sure that I got what I wanted and needed, even if he had to stay 2 hrs after closing. I couldnt have asked for a better experience for my 1st RV purchase. I will be returning for my next purchase, FOR SURE!!!!

We had a great experience with McGeorge and their sales team. The first sales member, Robert Petry, reached out to me multiple times via email and text with models that would fit our taste. After a couple weeks we finally decided on our 23 Thor Four Winds. We met at McGeorge RV to take a final look and were excited to finally purchase our new C-Class. Lyn Lowry participated in the test drive and soon we were signing papers. Since we we re from Roanoke and wouldn t be able to make it back to Richmond, they were kind enough to ship it to our Camping World location. Great communication and support from the sales team- these two guys especially. We are excited to start our new adventure!

BUYER BEWARE! SERVICE BEWARE! If there were zero stars I would give it zero. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the heartache. As soon as they get your money they forget everything else about you. Your not even just a number, you nothing! After I have been pushed aside by sales, and service, after buying a brand new camper (I made a mistake and broke something on it before I even got to use it) and took it back it and was treated like garbage, now the Camping World Leadership is making promises and not coming through. We were excited to get a camper, that dream was short lived, what an awful experience!

Large dealership with over 40 acres of RV and travel trailers of all classes (hundreds of models on display). There is also a full RV service center and camping store on site. Prices are on par with most any other retail outlet (though camping store prices seem to be a little high). If you're not sure what type of RV suits you, this is a great place to window shop.

Some employees are quite pretentious and snooty. Camp store is well stocked though prices are ridiculously high, even if you are a member and get a discount. Amazon typically has exact same item with next day shipping for 20-30% cheaper.

we purchased a 2018 heartland prowler from Mcgeorges Rolling hills RV/ camping world on jan 1, 2018. After owning and using the camper for less than 2 years and maybe 8 trips total to fully paved campgound with no rough dirt roads etc. We discovered water leak at slideout and some water damage to trim. We took the camper to them for repair. We waited over 4 months and ended up being told none of the repairs were covered under warranty and it would cost us a grand total over 5000 dollars for repairs and labor. Mind you, the repairs after less than 2 years of use are more than a 1/4 of camper retail cost. We were then told we would not be charged storage fees since we waited 6 weeks to pick it up during this whole Covid chaos as if they were doing us a HUGE favor. Even though they had it over 4 months for repair. In addition, we were told the camper would be plugged in and open for us to inspect. It was not. We were told and charged for inspection that had not been done. And when we came to pick it up today the slide out still isnt aligned proplerly and we are currently waiting for them to do the adjustment so we can take it home. They do Not value their customers and they are completely disorganized and incompetent. Its a big operation. Customer's are apparently a dime a dozen. And believe me, it shows in their customer service. NEVER AGAIN CAMPING WORLD, NEVER AGAIN!

Loved dealing with my sales guy. If he didn't know an answer he was quick to find out the answer by checking with the manger or a related department. Look forward to coming back in the next couple years to upgrade. Having a blast on the weekends. Thanks so much.

We've overall had a good experience with buying our travel trailer at McGeorge. We were buying on the low end of the price range, so could have forgiven them if we'd been treated with neglect, but we weren't. Our salesman, Guillermo, was kind and attentive before, during and after the sale. We never felt any pressure to buy and he gave us the space we needed to look at our options and come to our decision - things that we really value. Our negotiations were balanced and fair, and they made good on all of their commitments to us.

My only feedback to McGeorge and Camping World are that there are some holes in the customer experience process, that are beyond any individual's ability to fix because it would require better systems and hand-offs between steps in the buying process. For example, there should be a handoff after the negotiation process with a guide to handle the scheduling, and communicate what to expect during the buying process, such as an assessment of the towing vehicle for any additional items needed such as travel trailer-specific insurance or a trailer brake controller, long before we arrive to complete the sale and drive away. As a result, I had to ask Guillermo as questions (that any customer would have) came to us, who was always responsive and happy to help, but it placed an unnecessary burden on him.

The sales process would benefit from thorough customer journey mapping exercises to identify the moments that matter to the customer and put the systems and automation (scaffolding) in place to make it easier for the good people at McGeorge to be able to help more proactively. And as I peruse the other reviews here where some customers felt ignored and it upset them, it seems symptomatic of a lack of good process and supporting systems to support the customer journey effectively, in my experience. Good CX requires good scaffolding.

Overall though, we got a trailer we love and felt that our time was respected. We're happy campers.

If you want an honest, knowledgable, and overall fantastic sales person at McGeorge's, get Cindy. She is incredible! She helped us narrow down what we were looking for - she knew what we needed and what we were looking for better than we did! She didn't pressure us for a sale. She gave us her full attention and expertise as we looked around at different travel trailers. She took her time with us even though I'm sure she had a million other things she could've been doing. After we left, she continued to check in with us via email to help us with our camper search. She would let us know when new units came in and ones we had looked at were sold, so we never would be caught off guard or disappointed. I cannot recommend Cindy enough. Go to McGeorge's, get Cindy, and you'll be a satisfied customer!!

Went in with two trades, made a deal, trades were assessed and given the all clear.... waited days mind you to have credit union complete the loan to make sure all was good. Did the loan and they waited until the day they got the check to call and say the trades weren t going to work, asked them that day to OVERNIGHT the check back to the credit union because we get charged for daily interest. No problem we were told and they will refund our $500 deposit right away. Here I sit, a week later, check has not been received by the credit union- was sent regular mail because why would they care if we are getting charged AND deposit has not been refunded. Now it s cost me about $100 and counting because they pulled out of the deal at the last minute and didn t do what they said they would. Buyer beware.

Great customer service! Dustin helped walk us through a variety of campers to find the right fit for our family, and Bill gave a really helpful orientation that helped us feel confident setting off on our next adventure! We would buy here again in a heartbeat!

Okay three stars is not quite Fair. The salesman was outstanding that helped us but when we came to pick up the trailer it was kind of a mess. There were questions about the cost of the trailer that I had a hard time getting answers to. They lost the keys to the trailer and had to change a lock. And no one could understand whether or not they were supposed to rewinterize trailer before I departed.

When we got to McGeorge's we really were just going to look. Thought we should wait until Spring since we live in Western Maryland and probably will have snow soon.
We walked into the showroom and greeted by Cindy. Her personality was so warming. We sat down and told her it was our first travel trailer, listed the things that we were looking for and our price range. She took all the info and we looked at several trailers (always ones in our price range) She was so patient with us, going back and forth to same trailers, answering all of our questions more than once. The last one we looked at had all the things we were looking for. Perfect for us! Thank you Cindy!
So we left Western MD to look and left McGeorge's purchasing a 2020 Alpha Wolf.
We want to thank ALL of the people at McGeorge's who helped us out. From those who helped us in the purchasing and all those who got trailer ready for us to take home, including final walkthrough. Made us feel right at home, all were very professional, patient, so helpful and thoughtful. If you want to be treated like family and see a wide variety of RV's... we definitely recommend McGeorge's Rolling Hills, RV. Thank you! Ken and Sue

I really appreciate the all around excellent care my wife and I received when we went into McGeorge's, from sale to delivery and beyond it was a great time. We also obtained a new lock assembly that works like a charm! Thanks again for the flawless assistance, you will be recommended to anyone we come across looking for an RV.

They made me wait 1 1/2 hours for the finance guy. I left and had to meet with finance guy when I picked up my rv. Salesman said it should take about 1 1/2-2 hours for paperwork. I was there for 5 hours, none of the paperwork was filled out correctly. On a major PLUS side, free drinks and snacks while you wait. Good thing. I love my rv but I am disappointed with McGeorges. They sold me a "LEMON" and refused to do anything.

Worst customer service I have been involved with. The service department will not return calls. I operate a retail business and if I treated my customers the way the do I would not be in business.

To be truthful I was very hesitant about coming here. Boy was I wrong. Let me tell you Cindy was the absolute best sales person that my wife and I have ever encountered. She absolutely may my wife and especially myself feel at ease during the entire process. I can honestly say that I felt more like family than just another client. She is an absolute asset to this company and because of her you now have a client for life. There is not enough words to thank her, the entire staff there and your wonderful facility.
Thank you so much Camper World and especially Cindy. You guys are the best!!!!!

Since they re-structured their Service Department, I have received the best customer service. Elizabeth V. is phenomenal. She cares about her customer, their happiness, and probably is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with there.

Buyer beware. I am so sorry to post anything negative. I don't enjoy it. In this case, my experience once I signed the papers up to today (approx. 3 months) has been terrible so I would be remiss to not warn others what happens after being fed snacks, signing, and hearing about their success/expansion.

I was referred here having bought a 35' RV a few years back from another local dealer with the promise of 'good service throughout ownership". Mind you, the other place was just fine.

In short - I bought a pop up camper on 4-22-15 . I went to pick it up and when we opened it, the right side of the canopy was stained in yellow (from a sold sign) in a sizable portion. In addition, the bed heater controls were gone. I was a little sick to see the big stain, but I was told, 'go camp, bring it back, we will take care of it". We will order the canopy now along with the heat controls, and you can bring it back next week (who cares that it's one hour each way for me). Well, a little while later I go to test the camper before my first trip and the back left corner would not lift up. Canceled trip and delivered camper to McGeorge's 'best service in town'.

I drop off the unit, no canopy had been ordered. No heat controls had been ordered. It would be 7-10 days to get my camper which was bad but not horrible in season. Still no camping.

Two or more weeks go by with no call, no update. I call them. They have a canopy from another customer they can use, they still have no heat controls, they still need parts, but it should be ready Tues. They call me on Tues to say that they need more parts, will order overnight and perhaps Thurs. Call on Thurs - got parts but when doing repair they broke a cable. The cable will take a few days to get, and no promise on when it will be ready, but hope Fri, hope Sat. Got a call on Monday, voicemail says " I have done all that I can do with your camper". - huh? I call back. Camper is 'ready' BUT the canopy we were going to use (now they had said the canopy was already done in previous calls) - was damaged and it will take two months to get a new one.

Talked to Greg McGeorge. It's been with them for a month or so. He says...Sorry. Happens. Can drive back again and take stained camper (and no heat controls yet - not likely needed but by now this is not the point) until part comes in and then drive back to drop it, we will replace the canopy, and then I can drive back to pick it up again. End of story. No camping. Five round trips IF I pick it up with the stain.

Thank you camping Gods for not sending me here for an 'expensive' unit and with a summer of big plans!

Now - you can decide where you want to give your hard earned money and what service levels you desire. There were many opportunities given here to get it right with nothing but worse news every call. I cannot look you in the eye or on this post and recommend this dealership. All I have is my experience to give referrals - RUN.

Good luck.

I visited with Lyn Lowery, McGeorge's Rv, at the Dulles Camping Show while exploring the range of Airstreams. An overwhelming amount of selections and options, and Lyn was up to the patient task of guiding us throw the maze. Although we did not buy, he provided the information we needed to continue our discussions/consideration. His customer approach is inviting...no pressure, just information over a conversation. An enjoyable experience.

Hi,

Hi,
I bought my first Motorhome from your store and what a great experience I had! I fully expected a lot of confusion. Robbie Lyons, my salesman, made things simple. He showed me options, and let me make my own choices.
Even after I bought my motorhome, he still was helpful. Offering his car for me to use to go pick up a car dolly. Robbie, I do not know if I will buy another motor home, but if I do it will be from you! Oh, I'm breaking it in next weekend with the girl friend!!
Thank you, Mike Pitzulo

Staff is very helpful. They have food and drink while you wait for your unit to be ready. Been here so much seems like everyone knows our name. We did get a bad unit but they are working with keystone to fix it. They have gone above and beyond what we expected them to. We could almost call them family!

Worst service I ve experienced ever. We went next door and bought the same unit 16000 less. Was yelled at by managers and salesman. Avoid this place like the plague. Very sad they discriminate. However I guess it s a sale for general rv.

I recently visited McGeorges Rolling Hills RV in Ashland. So much selection! We had a great time during our tours of the RVs. Josh Blizard was super! He pointed out all kinds of features in the units that I would never have noticed and compared and contrasted the units as we went through them (and back again for a second look). I really enjoyed the huge selection! Lots to consider and research!

Last Saturday I picked up a brand new 2019 travel ...

Last Saturday I picked up a brand new 2019 travel trailer from McGeorge RV in Ashland. When we got it home, we realized that the keys we were given, do not work to lock it.
My husband call McGeorge on Monday 6/18 and left a message for our sales person Ben about the keys. His call was not returned.
He called again Tuesday, and spoke with someone in the repair department. No resolution, no return call from Ben.
He called again Wednesday. Same thing. No one to fix the problem or tell us to come and pick them up, let us know if we are just dumb and there is some magical trick to locking it.. nothing, and no return call.
Today, Thursday 6/21, I called McGeorge myself at 11am. I spoke with someone and explained what happened, and that no one had contacted my husband after 3 straight days of calling and I was told that Ben was on the phone and he would return my call as soon as he got off the other line. That was an hour ago.
Apparently, customer service is only given to those who have yet to spend their money, and once McGeorge has yours, there is no need to assist you.
While we were doing the walk through on Saturday, they had us fill out a survey about our experience and mentioned that their scores were going down .. If I had a chance to re-do the survey from Saturday, I would assist in lowering those scores. I should have read all of the reviews online that basically warned me that there is no service after the sale when you purchase from McGeorge. You shouldn t have to blast a company online and get the generic we re so sorry this happened to you, please contact this # Train your employees to return a phone call.
At this point, please do not try to contact me. Instead, please contact my husband who has left you 3 days worth of messages that have yet to be returned.

Once the sales guy figured out he didn't have what we were looking for he was done with us. We are trying to decide to upgrade to a 5th wheel or class A. Showed us a few but then handed his card and walked off. Wouldn't even show us the few used class A's they had. Go next door to General RV. They were willing to spend time with us.

Not happy at all.. initially they were quick to reach out. I had to wait two to three days for a response from any sales rep. Called and asked for a manager and he said he will get the sales rep to call. Never did. Shortly after I got a notice that my credit report was pulled and now dinged and here I am with no rv. I have fair credit not to mention and have been approved for way more than what the campers value was. They reached about a month later ( today ) in email and here I am not able to get ahold of anyone by phone. Done with the games..

First off I would like to thank Lyn Lowrey for his time and effort in helping us purchase our new Newmar coach. He exceeded expectations and made us feel comfortable during the whole process, Thanks Lyn! When we bought the coach a previous test driver dinged two of the cargo doors and needed replacing. They ordered the new doors, replaced and painted them before the agreed time. Angela and her staff did an excellent job and you cannot see any flaws whatsoever! My experience with Mcgeorge was awesome and will reccomend them. Thanks again!

We were able to get a part that we needed for our camper no problem. The parts department was very helpful.

As far as the customer service goes on the sales side we were entirely disappointed!
All we wanted to do was physically look at a specific fifth wheel that was in stock and we ended up walking out. The sales representative that we dealt with wanted to "learn more about what we were looking for" as far as all the extras we would like to have. I get it he was trying to be helpful and maybe narrow down some of the fifth wheels they had in stock for us to see. Nope, I was right my initial gut feeling from the moment that we walked through the door we were being judged on our appearance. He started asking about financials which we weren't interested in discussing until we found something we liked but we went with him and gave our contact info and some financial figures. Then, he goes to speak to their inventory manager to see what they have for us. When he comes back the first thing he says is that what we are looking for is a "pretty tall order" for the financial figures we gave "we can't help you" and "we don't like the fact that we don't have an address". Currently, we are doing some traveling in the middle of a move from one state to another. His response: "well your mail has to go somewhere right?"
You are absolutely right but I'm not giving out a family members personal information when all I'm asking to do is look. So my husband asked if we could just take a look at the specific fifth wheel we had asked about initially and his response was " well we keep all the campers locked so"
Seriously, after seeing the wall of coins given be military service members and the wonderful reviews about how military friendly McGeorges is and this is what we get. Thanks but no thanks we will not be retuning and will not send anyone we know to this establishment. Maybe, had we been the type of individuals that flaunted the amount of money they had we would have received better service.

Service was great and quick. The people there were much more friendly than the people at other camping world locations and helped us without any gimmicks or shenanigans. We bought a trailer hastle free and very speedily. People we'd like to recognize for their amazing service are Mark in sales and Dan as a finance manager. Those people were the friendliest and provided great service to us during and before our purchase. 10 out of 10 would buy again.

Thank you Keith Desmond for helping us in choosing a travel trailer that best suits our needs. We also would like to thank Brooke Sheffy for working with us on the price for our travel trailer. Without these two awesome people we could not have bought our first travel trailer!!! Thanks again!!!

Buyer beware with this dealership. Good, bad or indifferent, I purchased remotely a 5th wheel from McGeorge's RV. I have purchased several high ticket items remotely before, but have never had such a bad experience as with McGeorge's RV. The sales person did not disclose to me several issues with the RV. Most of them minor, but one very major undisclosed issue that will cost several thousand dollars to repair and will significantly affect the resale value. If these issues had been disclosed I could have made a much more informed decision to buy or not to buy this unit. As it is, I was lied to, by omission, and mislead throughout the process. Shame on me. I so regret to have dealt with McGeorge's RV. I hope this note helps someone else in the their process of selecting a reputable RV dealership.

Wanted to give an update to this original post. As you can see, the dealership reached out to me offering that their customer service team would reach out, but as has been my previous experiences, there has been no action or follow-through. Just be forewarned.

We bought a used travel trailer here in March. We were told our vehicle could tow the camper we had chosen. We set up to have the hitchwork installed, and were then called by the service department and told it was "on the line" as far as weight and they didn't feel comfortable installing the hitchwork. Ok, fine. So we, of course ,asked for, and expected them to return our $600+ we had included in our loan to cover the hitchwork. Here we are in October and still don't have the money they owe us! Also, we ended up being so dissatisfied with our purchase (undisclosed leaks that we had to fix, and soft spot in floor caused by leaks that we also had to fix, an odd odor discovered after using it that we could not get out that was covered by a very strong cleaner when we first saw it, and again at our walk through) that we traded it in and took a loss. We used General RV next door for our latest purchase, and the experience there has been wonderful! I can't say enough good things about them! So if you're thinking about using McGeorge, save yourself the headache and potential loss of money, and Go next door to General RV!!

We had a great experience, Robert Petry was such a great help. He asked what we were looking for and took us to see the camper we had been looking at. Robert showed us all the features and answered all our questions. He was very nice and took lots of time with us. We also spoke to Tim Swick, he helped with the financial part,Tim was very informative and went thru the process in detail. Even while we were waiting, several other staff asked if they could help us. This was truly a great experience, I would recommend going to McGrorge s RV to buy your new camping home.

Horrible communication. Tried to buy a camper and they never get back with you. Then after you take a hit on your credit they tell you a payment of 100 dollars more than what they ask that you would like to have. And didn t find that out until after 6 days of waiting!!!! Just a horrible experience and waste of time from them.

I am writing this review in the hope that anyone considering doing business with this company will be warned about their devious business practices. On February 17, 2020, we took our RV travel trailer to Camping World - McGeorge RV in Ashland, VA, for repairs after a wind storm damaged the sides and rear door of the RV. On March 13, 2020, we were contacted by the business and asked for a $1,000.00 deposit so that they could order the parts, so we paid the deposit by credit card over the phone. Over the next several weeks, we contacted Camping World several times to determine the status of the repairs and were repeatedly told that the Covid epidemic was delaying parts delivery. On June 17, 2020, we were contacted by Camping World and told that the parts were in and the camper should be completed within the week. On June 26, 2020, we went in to pick up our camper and took the check from our insurance company, Erie, in the amount of $5,611.98 for total repairs minus our $500.00 deductible. Since Camping World insisted that we pay a $1,000.00 deposit for the parts, there was an overage of $500.00. We asked if they could give us a check for the overage and was told no, that they would have to request a check be sent from corporate and to allow 2-4 weeks to receive the check. On July 20, 2020, we emailed Camping World's VIP office and asked for a status of our refund and the response indicated that the information would be passed to the representative for that Camping World location, David Jakes, and he would contact us within 48 hours. After not hearing from him, we contacted Mr. Jakes on July 24, 2020, and asked about the status of our refund. He assured us that he would make sure the check was sent and that we should allow 1-2 more weeks to get it. It has now been 2 weeks and 3 days since our conversation with Mr. Jakes and more than 6 weeks since we were first told we would get a refund check. Update 8/18/20: We again contacted Mr. Jakes and were told that we would get the check within 1 week.
Update: 8/25/20: Still no check. We have initiated complaints with the BBB and local news outlets and are hoping they do a story to warn others not to do business with this company.

Stay away. Seriously, just stay away. Because I cannot get any actual response from the personnel at this location I had to resort to submitting the following to the generic Camping World feedback site. These people want a sale. Period. They clearly don t care about anything beyond that.

I am having a significant challenge with post-sale support from the Camping World location in Ashland, VA known as McGeorge s Rolling Hills. On Memorial Day Weekend we spent $30K on a travel trailer, had a debacle of a seven hour trade in evaluation and orientation, and still did not leave with everything we should have. At a minimum we are missing our TV remote. We may also be missing a remote to the fire place (we did not receive a manual for this device so we aren t fully certain if it should have one) and we didn t receive documentation or guidance on use of the WiFi extender we were told came with our trailer.

We were also told we would receive a replacement tail light and TV strap through a we owe you slip. We have seen neither.

Our salesman has ghosted us. He has not returned our texts or call. The sales manager passed us off via email to different staff members and they have provided us zero help.

This location appears to be toxic from a support and service standpoint and they are incapable of rectifying even the most simple issues.

We look forward to a response and immediate action to rectify these problems.

Overall, a great experience. I informed the relevant Salesman, Robbie Lyons, of what truck I was driving and what my requirements were. Within an hour, I had several options in my inbox. Within a day or two, we were on the lot, touring and discussing the options. Robbie was knowledgeable of the products, which made things go smoothly. No complaints.

McGeorge made this a very good experience. Buying a new travel trailer can be intimidating but Brooke was so easy to work with. She calmed all of our fears and made the experience easy and pain-free.

Following the trend of travel that is sought after by so many, my husband and I searched for the perfect travel trailer to accommodate our family of four. When we first walked in, Jonathan Wingfield greeted us with a smile and a wealth of knowledge. He proceeded to share the rest of his day with us introducing us to a variety of models and helping us narrow our options down to something that was in our price range. He provided us with personable and professional opinions which led us to the Kodiak Ultra Lite. Throughout the entire process of going back and forth on numbers, he remained positive and supported our needs and wants. We could not have been happier with his service and commitment!

We selected this location even though it was 2 hours further than other dealers. Our salesman was the reason!! Robert Petry listened to everything that we were looking for, and helped us by researching and seeing us different options. He also helped work with us on additional needs that we had. You could not ask for more from a salesman!! Fantastic!!

Afteressentially than favorable experiences in Virginia beach over the course of weeks McGeorge's was able to agree to a deal.and finalize a sale within a couple hours. This included making sure we know the ins and outs of what we were purchasing. Great group of guys (and gals) at this dealership.

Keith Desmond was our salesperson at Mcgeorges RV. We met him first at the RV show in Dulles Va. He answered our questions, did not pressure us and met us on our terms. Today we bought an RV. He was very accommodating, no pressure and a really nice man.

We went to look at new and used travel trailers and fifth wheels. Cindy Harris had a list for us ready when we arrived. Everything was within our weight and price parameters. She was knowledgeable about every trailer we went into and could even point out what one company had as standard that others charged for. If your looking for a no pressure, knowledgeable person to work with Cindy is the one to choose.

My husband and I were considering buying an RV. We spoke with Alexis, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Alexis answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We didn t buy at that time but should we find ourselves in the market for an RV this is definitely where we will go and we will certainly ask for Alexis.

Saved our trip! After a near jack knife on I-95 our 5th wheel hitch was damaged beyond repair. After explaining emergency, their parts and service department got us back on the road within a few hours for a fair price. Could not have asked for better service. All employees we met were knowledgable, and helpful. Would recommend. Very busy service department... others must agree.

Ricardo is super nice, pleasant and very informative. Helped us with all our questions. Not pushy at all, which is what we like. Even though the two main travel trailers we wanted to see were not in stock, he did find us some comparable ones to look at. Also, he took down the two we did want to see and will contact us when they get them in.
