Stay away. Seriously, just stay away. Because I cannot get any actual response from the personnel at this location I had to resort to submitting the following to the generic Camping World feedback site. These people want a sale. Period. They clearly don t care about anything beyond that.
I am having a significant challenge with post-sale support from the Camping World location in Ashland, VA known as McGeorge s Rolling Hills. On Memorial Day Weekend we spent $30K on a travel trailer, had a debacle of a seven hour trade in evaluation and orientation, and still did not leave with everything we should have. At a minimum we are missing our TV remote. We may also be missing a remote to the fire place (we did not receive a manual for this device so we aren t fully certain if it should have one) and we didn t receive documentation or guidance on use of the WiFi extender we were told came with our trailer.
We were also told we would receive a replacement tail light and TV strap through a we owe you slip. We have seen neither.
Our salesman has ghosted us. He has not returned our texts or call. The sales manager passed us off via email to different staff members and they have provided us zero help.
This location appears to be toxic from a support and service standpoint and they are incapable of rectifying even the most simple issues.
We look forward to a response and immediate action to rectify these problems.
