Last Saturday I picked up a brand new 2019 travel trailer from McGeorge RV in Ashland. When we got it home, we realized that the keys we were given, do not work to lock it.
My husband call McGeorge on Monday 6/18 and left a message for our sales person Ben about the keys. His call was not returned.
He called again Tuesday, and spoke with someone in the repair department. No resolution, no return call from Ben.
He called again Wednesday. Same thing. No one to fix the problem or tell us to come and pick them up, let us know if we are just dumb and there is some magical trick to locking it.. nothing, and no return call.
Today, Thursday 6/21, I called McGeorge myself at 11am. I spoke with someone and explained what happened, and that no one had contacted my husband after 3 straight days of calling and I was told that Ben was on the phone and he would return my call as soon as he got off the other line. That was an hour ago.
Apparently, customer service is only given to those who have yet to spend their money, and once McGeorge has yours, there is no need to assist you.
While we were doing the walk through on Saturday, they had us fill out a survey about our experience and mentioned that their scores were going down .. If I had a chance to re-do the survey from Saturday, I would assist in lowering those scores. I should have read all of the reviews online that basically warned me that there is no service after the sale when you purchase from McGeorge. You shouldn t have to blast a company online and get the generic we re so sorry this happened to you, please contact this # Train your employees to return a phone call.
At this point, please do not try to contact me. Instead, please contact my husband who has left you 3 days worth of messages that have yet to be returned.
