Historically, I've really liked this place, and very much enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Yesterday, it wasn't very busy, and the service was awful. The waitress would disappear, forgot drinks, and they were out of stock on some beers. None of the help we interacted with seemed to care at all and looked bored. Hopefully it was a one off experience.

Got wings, very fast service even if the place is crowded.

If you're at Westgate on a Friday night, and your 21-25, McFaddens is your spot. Rap and trap music blended all into one. Lots of people, it's poppin on the weekends.

i've been coming here for 5 years and it just gets better!!!!! they have some of the most loyal, awesome staff that i love to visit again and again!!! food is delish and fast, the events are legendary, and it is THE PLACE to be for all things sports in the whole city! can't wait to go back next weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place continually disappoints. The last time I was there, they promised gift bags for the first 100 people through the door at 9pm and there was nothing being handed out. My girlfriend and I dressed up for a Christmas in July party and we were the only people other than the staff and we still didn't win a contest for concert tickets. In fact, I wasn't allowed to even enter for tickets. Another reviewer claimed they are racist, well they are sexist too. Only women were suddenly eligible to win tickets after we had waited there until 1am for a chance to win. Nothing was mentioned about this on the website.
Their drink prices are ridiculous. I paid ~$30 for a double shot of Booker's.
I will never go again.

Loved this place!!! Got the Swiss and mushroom burger and told my husband it was the best burger I've had in a long time. The sweet potato fries were awesome! Our server was really good at getting the drinks out fast and checked on us several times. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Bar is a dump at night. Dirty, no service, restrooms are gross. What happened in the past few tears? Avoid it.

Was ok for our first visit. Server was ok, but very busy so a part of my order was missing. Unfortunately, we went on a game day, and we got the special event menu. Not sure what the difference is between that and the regular menu, but it was limited. Beer was good and the busboy was very attentive. Food was just ok.

Burger my husband had was good but underwhelmed by the corn beef and cabbage. Cabbage was too crispy and corn beef was served with a sauce on it. Not really worth the price.

Not worth the money because the food quality was mediocre and the service was as good as talking to a wall. Save it and go across the way to the Yard House.

Food was over priced and wasn't that good. Service was slow. They can't even pour a Guinness properly or in the right glass. Wont go back.

If I could rate this place a negative I would do so. Terrible customer service I was there last night with my husband and friends and we paid 15$ each person via card for entrance which I do not mind it was cinco de mayo and my friend and I went to ladies room and the line was so long it went around so we decided to ask the guy outside in the exit if it would be ok to use the outside restrooms and come back and he stated it was fine as long as it was before 1am and that we could come right back in through him he said we didn t have to get back in line and we came back 15 before 1am and this other guy was there and said we needed stamps in order to go back in and I explained that the guy didn t give us any stamps and did not mention that to us and he got loud and said we couldn t come back in without a stamp even tho we had already paid he said he was the manager of the person in the front and the person in the back so as the manager he should have better customer service skills and that he is representing a company and he kept stating well I wasn t the one who said it yes i understand but you are a manager so as a manager do your job at the end of the day u represent this place AND your employees so if he messed up you messed up and maybe train your employees to communicate better with customers, I will never go there again and on top of that he did not want to give us our money back and I know there is someone above this guy and I will make sure this is known on social media as well

I experienced horrible customer service this past Saturday night. My friends & I went out to have a great weekend which ended up only being 30 min night out. My husband & I along with a group of friends paid $15 each to get in, which is very understandable. However, my friend & I decided to go to the bathroom where this all started. The line was extremely long and decided to wait as we couldn't wait any longer. We decided to use the public bathrooms located within Westgate. Before, we stepped outside the boundaries we spoke with the Security at the door that leads you out and was told if we come back within 15 mins he would let us back in but to make sure we had our I.D's ready. As we stepped out ran to the bathroom and back another man was at the gate. I handed him my I.D. then the man stated where's the "stamp" I mentioned "what stamp?" and he stated that in order for us to get back in we need a stamp. I told him that, that wasn't said to us. I gave him the run down on what the guy told us to do to get back in and he then stated with an attitude " I can't let you back in!" I asked why if the employee before just told us yes. Then I called mu husband over as for we could not get back in . I ask the guy If i could get my money back as for we have only been in here for 30 mins and he shouted "NO!" I asked where the employee is at that was at the door and he shrugged his shoulder "i don't know!" I asked if he can get the employee and he stated NO. My husband asked to speak to the manager as we had only been there for 30 mins and the guy at the door said " I am the manager and NO she is not getting back in. So then my husband asked for his manager someone higher up than him. He called him and we informed him on what is going on " Then he stated
"we can't let her in cause she give him lip." Which I NEVER gave the "Manager" lip. I asked why I couldn't get back in and asked for my money back and he stated NO. I asked for the "managers" name and nobody not even him wanted to give me his name. My husband & I were very upset that we had this 1st time ever situation happen to us. I believe the company should train there employees better on what needs to be done if someone steps out and asked if they are allowed to come back in. Also, more communicate would work in these types of situations. I found it very unprofessional for a "Manager" to act this way in any type of situation let alone not even want to give out his name. This is NOT Manager material. It doesn't even matter if it's a Bar/club situation no manager should act like this period. He was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, not helpful. As we were walking away, they guy that said we CAN go back in walked up and was talking to the "Manager" at the door. I stated "Oh, he's the one that said WE CAN come back in with our I.D's" The the guy looked and me as he turned RED and stated No, I didn't say that. I said "Yes, you did" and the manger didn't say anything. I will NOT be going back to this place and I know there is a manager higher than these managers. Plus, they did not even want to give me my money back.

Harassing to women, no seating, and no service. If you want to live in the 1800's and don't believe in womens rights then this is the place for you

The food was okay, but unfortunately the restaurant owes me $6.00 for fraudulent charges. I have contacted them multiple times but nothing has been done. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar on 04/17/21 and had dinner and drinks. The total bill was $57.62. I tipped $11.38 (20%) bringing the total to $69.00. My credit card was ultimately charged for $75.00, however. I e-mailed the restaurant twice and finally received an e-mail back from Scott McIntire telling me that he, Will take a quick look and get back to you and fix right away. This was 10 days ago. A follow e-mail to Scott was not answered. It is not about the money. It is about doing the right thing. This place will overcharge (steal from) you and not refund your money. Be aware.

The worst service I think I have had in 20 years. Ordered an appetizer and drinks. Had finished the appetizer (wrong appetizer) before the drinks even came and THEN waited 40 minutes to actually order dinner. After 40 min the server took the order of a huge group that had just walked in AFTER we waived her down and begged to order. Food was mediocre and cold. The patio was empty except for us and the huge group who they sat so close to us our chairs were touching in the midst of social distancing and Covid. We had to beg for a check which took another 20 minutes after we finished. When we got the bill she had added a 20% gratuity on. There is no mention of it on the menu and we had 4 our our party. We specifically said we would pay the food bill not a authorize a tip and also wrote that on the credit card slip with our contact info. They ran it that way anyway. Very poor customer service, shady business practices and disrespect for Covid guidelines. Will never return.

A great place to get a drink before it after the game.

Good music to dance to but the bartenders aren't very great . They all look like they are in a mood as they serve you and make your drinks. Haven't ate here before just go to dance and drink . Remodeling looks nice.

Staff was nice. Very busy. I just wish our server would have came around more often and brought us our food. She never did. We asked her twice for it. Other than that it was very well social distance and security was on top of everyone wearing their mask.

Take me to happy hour with my wife and he sat around waiting for the bartender to acknowledge us. I had to go up twice to ask for a drink and the place was completely empty, I guess wiping down the bar and checking the bottles was more important than serving his only 2 customers there

Great place to drink. It's close to the stadium and its has cold drinks. The crew is friendly fly and are great to talk to. They know there stuff. Lol. Must stop by and visit.

First time there. Extremely over priced! I don't mind paying a lot for quality food, but what I received, ( a water downed Long Island Iced Tea, a Caesar's salad, nachos and calamari appetizer), for $71.00 was not worth it. The waitress gave excellent service.

I have been to McFadden's on multiple occasions, always had good service, the food is amazing, and though pricey, I believe fair for what you are getting. I think this place needs to embrace it's bar food and atmosphere, stop all that late night club crud and focus on what they do best. A cool Irish themed restaurant with great drinks and a great place to watch the game with some friends after work or on the weekend.

1st time there the food was good the beer was coold and the chiquibabys beautiful defently will be going back

It was nice. It was a packed house due to an event so the service was a bit slower. I had the wings and they were fantastic.

Sadly disappointed. There is an overwhelming smell of sewer. My husband said the bathroom was disgusting. Poor service considering there were only 4 customers. We ordered chicken nachos which were just okay. Overpriced draft beer ($6).

Yesterday at about 8pm I took my 12 yr old daughter to eat their bomb mozzarella sticks. I had the hostess sit us outside which they turned out to be our waiter . Mel .
He sat us down and connected the heater for us that was next to our table. Took our order , then got our food , we asked for ranch and he totally forgot about us out there. He never turned on the heater for us!!! I kept walking in the restaurant to look for him . It was freezing . By the time he came outside with our ranch...our food was cold. He said that the kitchen took forever to make it .it was time for me to pay and leave ...it was cold . Couldn't find him again. Literally 26 min of waiting for

I visited Mcfadden's in Glendale this past weekend and I had one of the best times ever!!! The food was awesome I had a Cobb salad and they chicken breast It was DELICIOUS!! I also stayed for the party and they CAN throw a crazy party!!! My friends and I will definitely go back!! I read through some of the reviews posted and all that negativity wasn't at all my experience!! I recommend those of you that had a bad time to go back and try again because I won't ever forget the time my friends and I had!

I liked nothing. Went in with two friends and ordered the 25 dollar deal with 4 or 5 appetizers and a pic her of beer. We ordered another pitcher but asked two of the staff the price which they did not know. The food was poor and so was our server. When the bill came we got charged for four beers instead of the pitched which actually held 3 and a half. The charge was 5 dollars but the beer was advertised as 3 dollars. We asked for the manager and complained. He lied to us and told us they did not serve pitchers of beer. He could not explain the 8 dollars overcharge and would not adjust the bill. Anyway I told him we obviously would not be back. I have been past the bar before and wondered why it was empty well now I know.

The pretender cleverly disguised as a "server" cared more about flirting w/bartender than serving our food or bringing drinks. Hostess was helpful and courteous so we tipped her instead of the distracted "pretender".
We chose this place because it wasn't crowded. LOL!

This place was cool. I was there for the Raider game, tailgate and pep rally so I don't know if it is different other times.

Came into this establishment for dinner. Schy was our bartender. Between his personality and great service and the great drinks we had I have to rate Schy and Mcfaddens 5 stars. I will definitely refer this place to my friends and returning for another dinner and cocktails with my friends!

Wish there was a 0 star! It's amazing they even pulled off the 2.3 rating. Worked 15 hours today while my family waited to go eat. I purchased a discount pack to eat here and was turned away at the door at 845 because after 9 they don't allow kids. Figured I would take my family somewhere nice but it won't be here. I wouldn't have been so mad but I tried calling many times before to inquire about such rules but they don't answer thier phone. This place is horrible! Trust the ratings and don't come here. They also have the lowest rating in this facility. McDonald's has a better rating.

Went there to watch the game. Decent food (nothing spectacular), service and attention were spot on.

I liked it, the people was very nice, the gentlemen that served us at the bar was awesome, very friendly and made us very comfortable. We ordered pizza and it was very good. I would recommend others to visit.
