This place is terrible. A perfect example of how to mismanage a prime location. How do they stay in business? BAR RESCUE!!!

The bar tender was so nice! And helped me order what I wanted for less. We went for a going away party and had a lot of people there, and their staff didn't skip a beat. The drinks and snacks were flowing all night.

This place sucks! Drinks are weak! The manager and service was very bad! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy! I would never go here again and I will tell all my colleagues and give bad reviews on Facebook!

Service..... exists. Food is tasty, but portions are a bit confused for the price.

Went here before the Katy Perry concert to eat and have a drink. Ordered 2 beers and a margarita and Ketel One with lime. Pretty sure the vodka was bar rail. The margarita was pre-mixed and we were told it comes on the rocks. No other option... The beers were fine. The drinks not so much. We were going to order food but then I went to use the restroom. It was disgusting. It reeked of urine. No working towel dispensers. There was a broken toilet seat under the sink. The roll of paper towels was laying in a sink. Just gross. We did not even bother to complain. There were many employees "working" with very few customers. It was evident to complain would be futile. Paid the check and left to eat elsewhere. Never again. Gross.

Had a great time with friends at this place! Food and drinks and the Raiders party made it very enjoyable!!

Bottle service was only $140 but im pretty sure it was not Belvedere......

Disorganized poor service. It took 15 minutes to get a water. It was too hard to tell who worked there to try to get help. Not much for us vegetarian side kicks to eat either.

Always a happenin place, good food and good drinks, there is good reason to find it packed on a Friday night

Beer outside on patio...are elsewhere.

Worst restaurant ever! Took 3 boys and myself before a breast cancer event at Phoenix Stadium at lunch time. Not a single person was there during most of the time we ate, and we weren't even sure was open while waiting 10 min to get seated. Service and food was just mediocre and received my bill to see an 18% gratuity charge applied for 1 adult/3 kids at lunch. Would never visit again. So many other great choices in this area.

I don't even know where to start with this place. However, I agree with other reviewers and that you should not give your credit card to anyone in this place. We stopped in before seeing a show at the arena out of convenience because they were right next door. The drinks were okay at best and the food perplexing. Not a single thing on the menu Irish or Scottish so McFadden is pretty misleading. The whole place was also really dirty. The bathrooms disgusting and even my chair was sticky. The staff there seemed disinterested and they were only serving us because they had to so that we would get out. Definitely won't be back to this place again. There's also no way I would recommend this to anyone.

It was a great idea. We went there to watch a game before we went to a cards game. It was brilliant. The only suggestions I have is when I called the person who answered was less than convincing that I would be able to watch my game. They tried but we're extremely unorganized. I take kickoff seriously. First opening at kickoff scared me. Luckily they were wrong. Management was not that clueless. We got there early just in case we got the wrong info. We walked right in and they were open for business. The hostess station didn't have any clue what game was on what TV. We moved a few times until we went outside and the bartender was more than accommodating. He was great. My suggestion is train your staff. You almost lost our business, not because of what you do but because your staff was untrained. You need a better plan so you don't scare people off.

Oh man, me and a buddy came to McFaddens on a Sunday before a movie we were gonna watch. Tim helped us hugely, picking the beers we wanted to try and sample. Schy and Megan then took over and they were the best of help for us. Guarantee a great stay here and would recommend anyone to show up here I d add 6 stars if I could..

Miss the way it used to be. Not worth going if there's no happy hour.

Bathrooms where filthy, do not use a debit card here or any card for that matter, cash only you've been warned

A bit over priced but the service and food was excellent. Make sure to tip your server, she seemed to be so happy getting 20% like she's never been tipped before.

Went with a small group and we were the only people in the whole restaurant. Experienced bad customer service and the quality of the food does not even remotely justify the high price tag.

Tonight was my second visit to this establishment. The first time was mediocre at best. Tonight, I and my party of 6 arrived ready for a girls night out. We selected this place because their website indicated all day 1/2 price drinks and appetizers on Tuesdays. Upon arriving, our waitress was rude. When we inquired about the Tuesday special, we were told "Oh, that changed. That's Monday night now." She took our (nonalcoholic) drink order and left. Upon returning with our drinks, I showed her the McFadden's web page which clearly indicated 1/2 price Tuesdays. "Yeah, that's wrong. I don't know why it says that." She did not offer a manager. She took our meal order. While waiting for our meal, we noticed huge spider webs weaved into their entry chandelier. There were napkins strew atop the fans. One fan, which was on, had what appeared to be a massive spit ball adhered to one of its blades. In short, the service was barely existant. The restaurant was filthy, which begs the question of kitchen conditions where our food was prepared...

Good but not worth the price. I get that it's in a popular area right next to Gila arena.

The waitress was good, but the ruben sandwiches were bland. Very good fries and appetizers.

Ok at best. Not sure I would go back. It was convenient to the event we were going to but the service was rather lacking.

The worst service I have ever had sat outside for 30 minutes had to get our own beer from another bar And when we brought it up to staff the did not care at all the laughed about it I will never go back. That place can f off

I hate this place the food sucks and most of the staff really suck. I would rather sit at home. There are so many better places to go at West Gate!

Good food and service despite being terribly under staff.

McFadden's is probably the most popular restaurant in Westgate due to it's easy access to both the Coyote's stadium and the Cardinals stadium. However as popular as the place is, I have never not had bad service here and the music is far too loud which doesn't allow people to converse and enjoy each other's company. Now, the wait staff are always friendly but they seem to always be working with what they have. For example, the last time that I went here we had a group of six of us who were crammed into a small booth and were made to share a small table meant for two. Our drinks were overpriced (when the staff had time to get them - these people do work hard) and our food took forever to get. When it arrived we didn't have room to fit all of it (due to the small table). This is just one example. Each and every time that I have been there it's something similar. What a shame. Their meals are actually very good, but the organization on busy days or nights is severely lacking.

Poor service, can't speak to anyone, they are always on meetings or brakes, or out of phone, nobody answering emails, DO NOT GO THERE!!!
Only one person answering phone and can't give you any answers and any other persons phone numbers.

Shy was amazing! I had a great time, it's a perfect place to bring my friends, grab some drinks and eat some food.

Always a fun and inviting atmosphere at McFaddens. Service, despite biw busy it is on games days is very good. Pregamed before the football game ans went back for dinner afterwards. Very good fish'n'chips.

What you would expect from a sports bar. Went while not during a game. Can imagine packed during a game.

The restroom was filthy and had a raunchy smell. Couldn't even bring myself to order food.

This is my favorite place to party on the westside. Great drinks, great service and the patio is close to the stadium. Every time I come here I have fun.

It was fair at best, this is supposed to be an Irish restaurant so you need to get those things right.
1. When someone orders a Blank and Tan it should come out layered, light beer on the bottom and Guinness on the top.
2. Shepards pie, is a staple in Ireland and this missed big time.

Drinks were good.. lady's bathroom was effed up. The poor lady who was working for tips with her lotion and paper towel service was cleaning the restroom, she is not employed by the establishment. Shout out to her hustling and doing someone else's job to make patrons feel respected and keeping the place clean. Kind of embarrassing since I was entertaining friends from out of town

Not enough staff for a hockey night went to celebrate a friends bday they literally charged 8 dollars for a shot glass size drink and the cup wasnt even full.picture below horrible service drinks where crapy all around my table we where unsatisfied. And we got there at 8 and where charged a five dollar cover for what?? If it was for the game only ine screen had the hockey game on.

Great vibe. Music seems too loud and almost annoying until you've had a few drinks. They're open later than most, during the week, at Westgate.

Honestly this place isnt great. Both bathrooms have broken sinks and towel dispensers. One of the stalls just had a roll of toilet paper on the ground. Lemonade was just water with a hint of lemon. The food and variety is nice. Lots of tv's. Great location. Very convient if you need somewhere to waste time before the hockey game.

My first time ever being here was the 4th of July and even though they were slammed their staff was still all smiles. The food is amazing too!
