Bad service, owner assumed bad things about guest. Last resort bar. No care attitude

You would assume that an Irish pub name and establishment would know how to pour a Guinness Give your bartenders some training please

Good music, clean bathrooms, poor cocktails & average service at best.

Tonight was my second visit to this establishment. The first time was mediocre at best. Tonight, I and my party of 6 arrived ready for a girls night out. We selected this place because their website indicated all day 1/2 price drinks and appetizers on Tuesdays. Upon arriving, our waitress was rude. When we inquired about the Tuesday special, we were told "Oh, that changed. That's Monday night now." She took our (nonalcoholic) drink order and left. Upon returning with our drinks, I showed her the McFadden's web page which clearly indicated 1/2 price Tuesdays. "Yeah, that's wrong. I don't know why it says that." She did not offer a manager. She took our meal order. While waiting for our meal, we noticed huge spider webs weaved into their entry chandelier. There were napkins strew atop the fans. One fan, which was on, had what appeared to be a massive spit ball adhered to one of its blades. In short, the service was barely existant. The restaurant was filthy, which begs the question of kitchen conditions where our food was prepared...

Great service but the food is less than expected. I find it odd that a "Irish" pub doesn't have more than three Irish things on the menu. It's basically a nicer chili's.

Been a customer for years, probably 3 or so. Countless birthdays and events, spending my 5 dollars on cover every time. I was there celebrating my birthday and had 3 beers. I Ubered there so no drunk driving. I had 3 beers and I was outside with my lady at a table. Some bouncer told me it was time to go and dragged me to the front. So after I spend 50 on drinks for me, my lady and my buddy I am asked to leave and the bouncers can't give me a reason. 3 beers and I am told to leave. Never coming back to this juiced up bro bouncer fest, I had to fight my way back in just to get my card. Screw your establishment and screw your manager who got his degree at Phoenix college and can't even finish a sentence without getting worked up. Done with you guys, thanks for ruining my birthday with the excuse "I'm not sure, you were just asked to leave"

Great food. Was helped right away. I ordered a Reuben and I was very well made

$15 for a glass of house wine and $8 for a bud light because its the super bowl. McFaddens is now my last choice at the westgate entertainment district.

A hit or miss for me. Usually the music is trash and the crowd is sparse but this time, the place was packed and music on pt. Drinks are good, bathrooms clean.

I had an absolutely wonderful time on Saturday night the DJ was great the hosts were awesome and the VIP bottle experience was definitely worth every penny the head of security I think his name is Patrick made me feel comfortable and safe the whole time

Is very clean place and food was hot and fresh and employees are very friendly

Service was good considering the volume of people. Good selection of beers, but my sweet potato fries were ice cold and tasted like they were covered in brown sugar. Clue: sweet potato fries are sweet enough and should be a healthy alternative to regular fries. They DO NOT need sugar added to them.

I did not have one drink all night because I have heart issues but I got on the dance floor to celebrate with nursing school friends and then out of no where a security worker told me I have drank to much and I have to leave. I was unsure of what I did wrong but I was treated as I was a criminal by the staff

The all iclusive ambiance helped us transcend to a heavenly place. DJ-ML sets the pace with his taste in tunes. Amanda was a superior Bar Manager. Best mixers in the tri-state area. Bryan Lammana is quoted saying, Too bad they don t have conjoined hotel rooms to the bar, because I want to stay here forever. (Special shout out to DJ Mid Life for getting us through the crisis of, where do we find a DJ on a Monday night? )

Terrible service, dirty dining wear, overpriced food, everything is sticky, ridiculously loud music. Hits all the marks

Was seated at a table and never saw a waitress. We even got up and tried to find someone but couldn't. Finally left after about 10 mins.

Never been here, I came from California on a Friday night about 9 it's free b4 10 it was kinda empty it got cracking at around 11ish...I was able to dance comfortably even when it's crowded and well the music it was just ok hit and miss with songs play a good one then a not good one need a new d.j for sure. They don't know how to mix drinks

Usually go there with my friends because it's guaranteed to be a good time, but can I just say WOW for last night!?! The foam party, drinks and DJ were so on point!!!!

Was not impressed. Food was mediocre at best. Seats were uncomfortable and service was just ok.

Waited 20 minutes for a table only to wait 20 minutes for a server. Server checked on us twice the whole time we ate, servers should know to never let the customer run out of drinks. Food was marginal for the price. Very happy to leave and never return.

I went in about 2 weeks ago around 8 p.m. and it was pretty slow but it began picking up half an hour later and it was a nice environment. My only dissatisfaction is that my card was on tab and I signed for everything but never received my card back and had to call my bank and cancel the card. Oh well, my mistake for not checking.

The food was OK. Typical sports bar food. Typical high-use sports bar cleanliness. Normally would give it a three star rating or so, but here's the weird thing: they have attendants in the restroom with a tip bucket.

I've been in a lot of fancy restaurants all over the world and only run into a few with a tipped attendant in the restroom and those were some very clean and high class restrooms. These restrooms are...sports bar restrooms. There was an empty beer bottle in the stall, and who knows what dry dripped down the side of the stool. Tissue on the floor...not super clean. And yet there was an attendant who sat at the door when you walked in. The first thing you see is what looks like a women's college dorm sink, the counter around the sinks covered in a mish mash of perfume bottles, hairspray bottles, lotion, suckers, mouthwash -- who knows what else. There were even plastic containers suctioned cupped to the mirror holding various toiletries and such. I've never seen anything like it -- it was like walking into a pharmacy. The gal was nice but you know, I didn't bring money with me into the restroom. It's a sports bar. I didn't expect an attendant. So while it was nice she pumped out some pretty smelling foam soap and handed me a paper towel...I had nothing to leave. And a place like that with dirty bathrooms and bar food and noisy patrons -- that is not a place for a restroom attendant that expects a tip. It is the weirdest thing I've encountered yet in all my travels.

Wow can I just take a minute and say thank you to that majestic bearded man named bear. From the simple hello to the 5 star service he provided I will forever be a loyal customer from here on out. Thank you to the moon and back

Our group went before the Coyotes game. Place wasn't too crowded but waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order of a round of beers, soft drinks and some apps. Server comes back with half the drinks and says she will get the rest. Chicken nachos show up as a basket of broken chips with a spoon of guac, spoon of sour cream, drizzle(I'm being generous) of canned cheese sauce and about and ounce of diced chicken. We got two orders and 8 mozzarella sticks for $53. Taco Bell has better nachos. We ate and still no sign of the rest of our beverage order. Someone in our party finally went to the hostess to see what was up. 10 minutes later the waitress makes an appearance with a tray of ice water. Great but that's not what we ordered. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Place was dirty, food and service beyond awful. Can tell that the management doesn't care. They tried to offer us a $10 coupon for our trouble but never going back so keep it...

Good oke bar food. They were packed and the service was not compromised at all, by this.

I remember this place being classy a couple of years ago, so after the Coyotes opening game I was excited to go and have a couple beers. We paid $5 for my husband to get in and after smelling the toilet that has become Mcfaddens we turned right around and walked out! What a disappointment! It's the epitome of a hooker pick up joint. Disgusting!

Was there before the Coyotes game. Very busy and you'd think you would be properly staffed but. Our poor server was running every table. She did a amazing job anyways and was very sorry for the long waits. Other than that the food was good and we made it to the game on time.

I stopped here for dinner on a busy Friday Bike Night, service and the food was pretty good. Since the weather was so great, I had dinner on the non-smoking patio area. I'll likely eat here again.

This was my first time here at the Glendale westgate location and my wife and I had a great time. The place was clean and the bar inviting with a great atmosphere. Schy was the bartender, and was friendly, amazing and really provided excellent service. DJ played good music and the food was good. This is a place you need to come if you want to have a great night.

The menu is really limited. The Hummus appetizer is good.

This a cool looking place. However, that is the only good thing I have to write about this place. Walked in on a Sunday, the place was dead, got seated. After about 10 minutes we put in our drink orders. Waitress left our table went tot he bar area and brought us our drinks with chips and salsa15 minutes later. She didn t take any other orders and she didn t check on any other tables. The chips were stale and my Guinness arrived in a plastic cup. What type of Irish bar serves Guinness in a plastic cup? We waited another 10 minutes and decided to leave. Will not return, nor will I recommend this place to anyone else.

Amazing burgers and the thin fries are to die for ! They have a great menu, something for everyone !

We loved this restaurant!! Shy is the best!!! We loved this restaurant!! The flavors were spot on and the service was even better!! Our waitress was fun and professional!! The atmosphere was amazing!!! I would recommend coming here! Fast service, great food, wonderful atmosphere!!!

Had a company event and the food and service was outstanding! Would definitely go with them again!

Hardly anyone in the place.Waited a half hour for food from time we ordered. Our appetizer was brought to us moments before the meal. Waited a half hour from when we were done to get check. The food was good, the service sucked. Left a less than flattering tip and wrote a google review the next day. I look at my checking account today and they charged me again today but double the original amount.

This place sucks! Drinks are weak! The manager and service was very bad! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy! I would never go here again and I will tell all my colleagues and give bad reviews on Facebook!

The service was horrible. The buzzers didnt work they just skipped us until we asked. There was no silverware, our waitress took forever to wait on us, and we had to keep looking for her to ask her for.things. We will not be returning.

The atmosphere is very vibrant and the one stop bathroom shop is a definite plus. I really enjoy having a bite to eat with my wife before Mcfaddens is turned Into a dance floor.

We ordered chips & salsa appetizer the salsa was so yummy, and the fish and chips were spot on. The value of our meal was and taste were exceptional. I'd recommend to others! Thanks.

It was a fun place to hangout before the football game and had a nice atmosphere. Then I saw that my credit information was stolen and used. This was the last place I used my card and seldom use that specific card.

The ladies room is NASTY and unsanitary. Everything is broken and and hanging off the walls. Ask to see the Kitchen before you order your food!

Shout out to the bartender last night, for tipping himself lol I can tip sweetheart, you should learn to give back someone's exact change. If my drinks were 21, and I hand you a 50, how did I get back 24? If I buy 2 drink for 16, why would you authorize yourself to keep the 20? Guess you need it more than I do. The dj and host were hilarious and fun.

Went to McFadden's for the first time on 12/12/13 at 7:30pm. It was not busy, we were seated at a table right next to the bar. We were completely ignored. The bartender didn't acknowledge us, a couple of other workers at the bar didnt' acknowledge us. The bus boy didn't acknowledge us. A server walked right behind us to go to the patio, she did not acknowledge us. We gathered our things and left. Our first and last time going to that establishment.

McFadden's during the day is a normal eatery environment with decent food and good service, I wish it was off a higher caliber. This location is still a good time on a Saturday night however, it's a bit ratchet at night. Hip hop strong drinks and good beer are the highlight of the night with a shmedium sized dance floor and eccentric staff. What makes this place special to me are the bar top drink offs between the ladies if the night.
