I experienced horrible customer service this past Saturday night. My friends & I went out to have a great weekend which ended up only being 30 min night out. My husband & I along with a group of friends paid $15 each to get in, which is very understandable. However, my friend & I decided to go to the bathroom where this all started. The line was extremely long and decided to wait as we couldn't wait any longer. We decided to use the public bathrooms located within Westgate. Before, we stepped outside the boundaries we spoke with the Security at the door that leads you out and was told if we come back within 15 mins he would let us back in but to make sure we had our I.D's ready. As we stepped out ran to the bathroom and back another man was at the gate. I handed him my I.D. then the man stated where's the "stamp" I mentioned "what stamp?" and he stated that in order for us to get back in we need a stamp. I told him that, that wasn't said to us. I gave him the run down on what the guy told us to do to get back in and he then stated with an attitude " I can't let you back in!" I asked why if the employee before just told us yes. Then I called mu husband over as for we could not get back in . I ask the guy If i could get my money back as for we have only been in here for 30 mins and he shouted "NO!" I asked where the employee is at that was at the door and he shrugged his shoulder "i don't know!" I asked if he can get the employee and he stated NO. My husband asked to speak to the manager as we had only been there for 30 mins and the guy at the door said " I am the manager and NO she is not getting back in. So then my husband asked for his manager someone higher up than him. He called him and we informed him on what is going on " Then he stated
"we can't let her in cause she give him lip." Which I NEVER gave the "Manager" lip. I asked why I couldn't get back in and asked for my money back and he stated NO. I asked for the "managers" name and nobody not even him wanted to give me his name. My husband & I were very upset that we had this 1st time ever situation happen to us. I believe the company should train there employees better on what needs to be done if someone steps out and asked if they are allowed to come back in. Also, more communicate would work in these types of situations. I found it very unprofessional for a "Manager" to act this way in any type of situation let alone not even want to give out his name. This is NOT Manager material. It doesn't even matter if it's a Bar/club situation no manager should act like this period. He was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, not helpful. As we were walking away, they guy that said we CAN go back in walked up and was talking to the "Manager" at the door. I stated "Oh, he's the one that said WE CAN come back in with our I.D's" The the guy looked and me as he turned RED and stated No, I didn't say that. I said "Yes, you did" and the manger didn't say anything. I will NOT be going back to this place and I know there is a manager higher than these managers. Plus, they did not even want to give me my money back.
