First time there since recent renovations looks clean like the two lane drive thru, service is fast then before

Good place anywhere for a lunch/breakfast to eat. Only wish they would consider deliver food ordering nearby Senior Location. Would be nice to add business.

The employees were rude. I've been there before and I had the same experience.

One of the worst locations honestly. The line is always long and the wait is never quick. The employees have an attitude when taking your order as well. My food taste like garbage half the time. Mostly because fries and hamburgers never taste fresh. Ordered a big Mac and it looked liked they just threw everything on literally. Had to open hamburger and reorganize myself. Sounds odd but man it was very messy. Ended up throwing other big mac away. That one tasted like it just sat there an hour. My money was a big waste on this day. Will NEVER go to this location again.

They were out of a lot of things. Things I wanted. I had to change my order I didn't appreciate that at all.

I'm all about customer service...and we received some smiles, but others looked like they didnt want to be there.
As far as the food, our order was correct and fresh...thumbs up for that

Doordash Postmates Uber Eats all drivers beware this is the worst location to pick up from. Bad service customers pay in advance. Why argue over an extra sauce they are rude and slow. Line is around the corner due to slacking employees. After telling them my order at the drive-thru window ,they ask me again when I get to the window.The food is still not ready seriously wont be back. Why wait an 25-30 min for someone else's food. With all this extra time spent here I can kiss my tip goodbye. Too many locations to deal with this sloppy location

I go here when I'm invited or once in a blue moon they got too expensive for a cheap burger that I heard was made of missing children..... Well so I've I heard , they need to keep the prices down to the quality of food wich is gross pmus they always have lots of hobos hovering around and unpleasant people bugging.not my best choice.

They forgot my Happy Meal and I had to go back around wait another 30 minutes in the drive thru and they weren't willing to do anything for me except give me two apple pies which I already bought on my purchase horrible experience I'll never go there again...

Love the new remodel. Service is fast now but they could work on their employee skills they are not friendly. They serve you like they hate being there. But good thing they have the self serve kiosk. The inside is clean now that is a plus from before, super modern

It was newly remodeled, n the experience there was real close to a fast restaraunt experience

Not a real fan of McDonald's personally but my baby is however I did appreciate the security they have in the lobby to ensure that only paying customers are utilizing the tables and area.

This is like the third time we have been here and 2/3 times it has been bad. Their customer service is bad. Not so much the cashiers but more so management. They need to work on their attitude and not be so mean.

Don't normally eat hear they Jack our order up probably won't ever go back

The drive-thru was fast. Order chocolate chip cookies at the window which they cook to your order. They parked me for the cookies and brought them out under the 3-minute time. After getting home in the elapsed time of 5 minutes started eating and the fries were lukewarm. Good visit very polite friendly just wish the fries were hot.

Late night food craving unfulfilled. It says it's 24 hours. But they are not 24 hours. Very disappointed. This is the second one in 2 nights.

They are qick with everything and take good care of people

I enjoyed watching the cooks, cashiers, management team move to get our orders out with a sence of urgency.

Service was great, but my grandson wanted to play in the play area and it was wet. So 1 of the employees started cleaning up the water. It was a lot of water but jeot cleaning it up for the kids to play.

Food ordered incorrect.
Large rat seen and reported to staff in playground equipment.

Don't go here of you want to go through the drive thru quickly. Literally 20 minutes everytime I go here no matter what time of day. Bums hang out everywhere pan handling you in the drive thru.

If you want to wait 45 minutes everytime (no exaggeration), then come here. Not many cars waiting, their excuse is they're always busy, I'll drive the extra few minutes to another location because time is valuable and losing customers is on their agenda.

Good food, always get my order right and given the neighborhood, it's understandable that they'd have problems controlling the problem with panhandlers throughout the drive thru but it is out of control. Some of these people are knocking at your window and continue to bother you when you say no. This is the only drawback of this location, which I avoid most of the time. Great customer service and food is always fresh, love the renovation and new appearance!

Always treated with respect when I go here. It makes me feel like it is a safe environment for me.

They should have more bilingual people who speak Spanish because they are very rude when they do not understand you

had a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon loved it also had cheesy bacon fries maybe would have been better warmer

Customer service is always amazing. I wish this area was better because it's the only reason I don't come more often. It's not the safest place.

Fries were soggy...the chicken sandwich old...dr.pepper was watered down...terrible

Bad customer service i went to get coffee one morning, and had to use the bathroom first and i was told i had to buy something first; no reason to be rude to citizens people are different with all of lifestyle walks and conditions ;can't use it if in a hurry , NO RESPECT@ALL.....

Specifically asked for ketchup, "theres some in the bag". There wasn't any in the bag. Service was just rude.

This is one of the better quality locations of McDonald's. Good customer service, feels as if you're interacting with an in and out or chik fil a employee when receiving your order. Food is always prepared to the highest quality at this location. All in all A+++

I must admit I never ate at McDonald s in the USA, just had to visit McDonald s in Paris , it s a huge place... I would say 5000 square feet plus... fully automated order menus... extremely busy location.... ordered French macaroons.....

Not me, my best friend and her 2 two Sons love chicken nuggets, chocolate shakes malts, salad bowl. Good order. Grab the drive friend owner car. Me iced lemonade, San Bernardino
