Dont come at midnite is all I can say.... 30 min wait for cold food

Went at a high peak time, employees did good under pressure. The oatmeal tasted old. Mostly NO changing tables in the restroom, that's too bad for a new facility.

I bring my dad to have his senior coffee and biscuit every weekend morning. The service used to be Terrible!!! I am glad to see new Managers behind the counters, making sure the days of Lazy and Rude service are gone.

I Like Big 5 because you could come in and order things before you buy it

I was raised on McDonald's and I'll never stop going to McDonald's expect to be satisfied all the time

McDonald's food is processed that sucks not real meat not real chicken

I really don't like the location , always seems to be something going on that's why they have a security there . needs a lot of repairs . They take too long for your order specially at evening hours .

Since I was a kid McDonald's was the best place then and still is the best place today fast efficient polite and they hold to caring for the customers needs before anything else that's why I love their values and their prices help all people no matter if they're rich homeless we're all treaties that equals there so I respect them for that

Drive thru, its like hitting traffic on freeway bumper to bumber. The one that took the order was fine nice n clear voice. The one that gives out food didnt check and we had to go back. Very inconvenienced.

I mean come on it's McDonald's I just wish their burgers would be more professionally made and taste like an actual burger

Stop here on my way up to Big Bear, CA for some food and coffee. 1st time seeing the Big Mac Deal and it was good, pretty cheap too compared to other locations. My order was right and they were quick, good location.

Always enjoy getting a quick bite but unfortunately there's nothing quick about it anymore

Service is getting better used to be the most horrible mcds in town.

IT'S MCDONALDS!! SOMETIMES IT'S GOOD AND HOT AND THEBDIET DR.PEPPER LARGE FOR A BUCK CAN'T BE BEAT. TODAY THE DOUBLE CHEESE BURGERS WERE GOOD. FRESH AND FAIRLY WARM. LAST WEDNESDAY THE BIG BREAKFAST WA GOOD ALSO. THE ICED COFFEE HIT THE SPOT. THEIR SCRAMBLED EGGS WERE ACTUALLY QUITE GOOD.

I do not like this restaurant any time you ask for something, they do not give you the food well, they do not pay attention to the young people who have worked there

Soda machine didnt work, had to request for ice to later find out it was dirty, frappuccino machine broke, soda was low on syrup tasted like water,messed my order up, bathroom had no tissue, poor customer service, soda machines missing face plates and it was dirty,

Drive through is absolutely the worst in san bernardino. This place is supposed to be fast food but with as long as they take youd a gourmet burger. Service is decent but they need to get the drive thru together. I just waited a whole hour just to get up to the order box. Not coming back here.

Very long lines always and 1st cashier handed me my change and all 3 toys at once and cared less if it was in my hands and everything fell except for a toy . they try and move fast but it comes off as rude .

Very busy but got the orders correct and nice hot food.

All together good food nice workers the only down fall I'd have to say is the drive thru line can take some time to place your order. So only area I see that needs changes done to.

NEVER AGAIN ....will I eat at McDonald's on Highland & Del Rosa.. Ordered a sausage biscuit after having two bites the third was accompanied with a **LONG STRING OF BLACK HAIR** which the only person preparing food that morning clearly shared in my meal. I could never eat there again without checking EVERYTHING I ear so my business they no longer will have to pleasure of helping..DISGUSTING#grade(( F))

Food was great. Got deals using the Mcdonald's app. Now they serve your food to your table. Food was hot and yummy

Im a driver for uber and make ubereats they had a line of 10 cars and i go out my car, ask nicely if they could bring it out and the black women on the drivethru say she doesnt care and i have to lineup behind them she didnt want to gave me her name to report her, we partner for business and she dont care she should be fired... 1:16 am 04/06/2020

There's been just a handful of times, but there has been an item missing from the order or when asked for "easy ice" it's not done. Also, the staff are always well mannered & pleasant talking with.

Walked in to meet a friend for breakfast and the cashier was rude. She demanded to know where I was going. This isn't okay behaviour from your employees McDonalds and it certainly isn't customer service.

Usually in California, a lot of fast food places have really dirty restroom. This McDonald's had nice restrooms

I mostly visit here after 6pm but the service is fast

The drive thru took about 45 minutes to get our food it was ridiculous!

It was a short trip through the drive through the drive through the drive through. My order was right and the food was good.Friendly service.

Friendly customer service but the place is usually dirty. The recent added security seems to have made this McDonald's better. The drive thru has also gotten pretty good. Not bad

Never eat here the employees blow nose right at the cashier and scratch hair never clean inside or in the play area very rude managers and employees!

Long wait in drive thru. Got a combo meal and they didn't have most of their drinks available. Had to remove the drink.

Had me waiting for 15 min in the #1 waiting cone and let 4 cars ahead of me when all I ordered was chicken nuggets and ice cream and they gave me attitude after knowing they forgot my bag with ketchup
