Lines are too long. had three bad experience with the apple pies. They were left out to long, and could not eat them because they hard.

Food was cold took 20 minutes to replace this is the worse McDonald's in America

Tradition in fast food. Clean, tasty, cheap and free wifi

Waited forever for my order, and I ordered it on the kiosk. Thought that it was supposed to be "faster". When I finally got it they forgot sweet tea, dressing, and chocolate milk. If I hadn't realized and left I would've went back and cused them the hell out.

They let the homeless come no matter how bad they smail

Would give this location less than one star if I could. waited in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes. They charged me $9 even for a meal. they did not even have the cash drawer in the register(see picture) I didn't get a receipt, and they were only accepting cash seems a little fishy to me. Waited all that time, and the fries didn't even have any salt on them. Will not be going there again.

I came here prior to my orientation at CSUSB I got a much needed coffee from here, it wasn't perfect but it was nice.

They didn't give any ketchup cause they never do nor did they ask if I wanted any . And no napkins

Long lines, but quick once you grey to window in the AM.

The service is just bad in general. Their ice cream machine never seems to work, I mean like at all. They take forever in the drive thru for about 7 minutes after giving money to the cashier, once you reach the other window where they give you're food they ask to go park in the parking lot because your foods is not ready.

They advertise mcrib and don't even have them available.

One of the managers (currently, March 6, 2020, Jonathan) Is absolutely amazing. Very funny and absolutely on top of customer service and customer priority! This particular location has been such a pleasant experience since he arrived 2 years ago, and even much more since his promotion! It finally feels like a family restaurant! Thank you!!!

Rude Rude Rude! People this rude obviously spit in food! The employee walked out of the restroom without washing his hands!

Is a good place when you take children with you due to the fact they have a play pen.The food is the normal fare you get in all the McDonald's restaurants and well prepared. The place is nice and clean.

Not helpful...said they had no hot latte...actually no hot coffee at all flavored but gave me black hot coffee...The Sausauge mc muffin had water or oil on it...didn't eat it..hash brown cold...terrible

45 mins for Lg Fries!! Its OUTRAGEOUS!! And not even full SMH

This restaurant was horrible. The service is bad and the food is nasty. I will never go there again. I drive a little further to get better food and service.

It was sometime around 2 a.m on a monday night about 4 cars in front of me and i only ordered a large dr pepper with the ice in a separate cup. It took 18mins for mw to get to the window to pay i didnt realize i was 2 cents short but i handed the guy $5.06 thinking id get. 4 ones in change he gave me $3.98 i said wait what happened did i not give enough coins he said you were 2c short i said why didnt u ask me if i had the 2c he said oh sorry then hands me my order a dr pepper WITH ice told him my drink has ice but i wanted no ice in my dr pepper he took a 3minutes just to get my drink . ridiculious

I dislike being hassled by a bunch of methed out homeless people while I'm trying to order my food

They wouldn't let me get happy meals, because it was the weekend. They said at 10:30, then I got told that I had to wait until 11am.

The customers are very rude and I asked multiple times for my sauce and they still didn t give it to me

This place is awful. I ordered the bacon ranch chicken salad. All they're bacon was frozen and had none to put in my salad, they compensated by putting cucumber slices on it. I also ordered it with crispy chicken, they didn't get that right either, it came to me with grilled chicken. The cherry tomatoes were so squishy and nasty tasting I had to spit them out into a napkin. The restaurant was freezing ass cold inside, so cold I had to go eat in my car. The temperature outside was only about 70 degrees so I know the dining area had to be at least 65 degrees.
I will absolutely never go back there again and you shouldn't either. McDonald's has never been somewhere I like to go, but my husband was craving a Big Mac. Next time he wants a Big Mac I'll go across the parking lot to Bratworks.

Homeless and flies everywhere. The first McDonald s with bad service I ve ever seen.

How hard is it to get some ketchup? By the time I make it back to my location I notice that we got no ketchup, this has happened countless times. For a parent with kids I do not check the bag because the employee
always assures me that there is ketchup in my bag, usually the first few times there was as of lately they have been slacking on mostly everything. Get no dressing, nor fork for when we do get salad. I expected way more from this location because I've never had this problem, reevaluate your employees, it seems as if they are only there to collect a check while standing around. I'm not one to write bad reviews unless needed to BUT this location is for sure doing horrible with customer service. Why should I go out my way to go back and ask for dressing and ketchup? It's an inconvenience and should of been acknowledged by an employee and double checked that everything needed to make my meal enjoyable is available to me and my family.

In the interior where he eats, he is very dirty, as they do not have cleaning staff. The dirty tables ... The time to attend it, of 15 or more minutes ... Sorry, but no more I will return to that place with my Family ...

Mcdonald's coffe is the best! the restaurant very clean and fast service. The girl who took my order was very polite. Thanks guys!

McDonalds is...McDonalds lol I got sausage biscuits for the family. 6 total and every biscuit was extremely fluffy and delicious. Usually I take the top part if the biscuit and half of the bottom to eat first..then eat the rest with the sausage because I cant taste it. Today I ate the sausage first abd the whole biscuit last!! That's how good it was

I give them a 3 because they always take a long time in the drive thru.

Been going here for a year now! Around 2:30 on my way to work food ok! People good! Now all of a sudden it s cash only I don t carry cash the last 3times was cash only and it was weeks apart! I started going there because Mt Vernon and mill always out of stuff then started closing early! Won t go back there and now won t go to 2nd st either

I ordered just like this.
It's Fish Friday yes?? $2.00 a piece ?
She says yes.
"Ok I would like 3 Fish sandwiches."

" But look save yourself a bun, give me 2 sandwiches back,"

" put the meat of 1 of the sandwiches on one of the others making it a Double fish sandwich and the onther sandwich a single."

She says she would have to charge me more, I say no, and explain it again, She says ok and charges me, it does not sound correct but I wait and look at the receipt just in case I'm wrong.

NOPE IM NOT WRONG, SHE OVERCHARGE ME.

I make the your fella at the next window aware he get the manager, he understand the order ( I repeated How I or ordered)

The manager said he would make it right he offered free fries or pie, I take the pie, the first young fella brings the bags, and tells me he put 3 pies in the bag, but when I prepared to eat a of the pies 20 minutes later.

ALL 3 PIES WERE EXTRA DRY, LIKE THE PIES THAT HAVE BEEN THERE PASS THE TIME AND SHOULD BE TOSSED OUT.

Oh and I asked for FRESH out of the grease pies.
NOPE that did not happen either.

I won't be back there, I'm am truly disappointed, and th3 thing about it was I was down to my last $10.00 & chose the "M" and was treated POORLY.

Couldn't even get the order correct and then when we asked and were charged for extra mac sauce we got half of the normal mac sauce . I'll never go to this location again. This is not my first rodeo with this location.

Went last night ordered 5 M french fries and all my fries were crunchy as hell... and not the good kind of crunchy like overcooked crunchy where its unbareable to even eat them cuz they were hard... no softness at all or krispiness... just crunchy and almost burnt looking... very disappointing and i just moved around this area month ago.. never coming to this mcdonalds at night again probably just lunch time.. The one on Highland & Del rosa makes them fresh and NEVER overcooked them before.. The night crew does not do a very good job at all! I went here in the morning my first time and the morning crew was excellent and on it they gave me my order exactly as i ordered... and i understand night time can be busy but come on.. you dont overcook french fries let alone 5 M french fries!

The black lady who gives out the food order at the front window was very professional.

No ice cream for my kids I feel it's always broken always out of fries and the lady at the window is rude
