The drive-thru is a warzone. Not McDonald's fault though.

Not sure if it's me or what, but everytime I order by myself at this McDonald's, they always forget to give me an item in my order. Sometimes it's the coffee, sometimes it's the muffins or fries etc. Anyways, other than that they're clean and conveniently located.

mcdonalds is the worst food reustrount in the entire world ithink that if horrible and nasty had a baby it would be mvdonalds,so in conclusion i would not recommed mcdonalds.1more thing every time i go there they get my order messed up

Lines are always super long and there always busy not there fault they do a good job long wait time

Service is horrible and food was cold. What happen McDonald's

Drive thru takes to long to respond. Forgot drink no napkins no catchup.

Do not ever go to this one not only did it take forever and a moon to get service to order it took forever to get the food after ordering and they messed up on several people's orders who are there while I was there including myself. Not to mention they got attitude and rude as hell including a manager

i just want to say thank u for the nite shift staff , they doing excellent job , hopefully other Mcdonald restaurant learn from you , on Aug 2 nd nite shift ,customer service more than exellent

They never get your order right and they never have ice cream

New sandwich biscuit and chicken thing they have is delicious. I need to go get more ASAP

HORRIBLE. Waited more than 20 min for 1 hamburger and fry And then the orders were switched waited another 10 minutes just to get a cold burger. Never got an apology. This place is TRASH!!

Mc Donald's has a good atmosphere, love the food of course. Pretty fast in terms of time from purchasing to start eating.

Good locale, food is good. Most of the time fast and efficient!

They did not substitute the hash brown for a yogurt

Basic McDs. Nothing special. Fries could be hotter, been sitting there.

The filet of fish had NO CHEESE AND NO SAUCE...I got just the fish and dry bun

I hate McDonalds. There burger are so thin .milks arenasty. The made me straberry one . It had so much strawberry . I could not drink it. Then i went again and they gave the order order. Nope will never eat there again.

Its in my city and they take care of the people(the community)

They take for ever to give you your order at night time

Your customer service was poor from the manager on duty, I asked for ketchup for a to go order and she tried to throw it into the bag a missed, and didn't bother to correct this she just turned and walked away as if I had bothered her, I will never go back to that McDonald's.

I ve been in this place several times and every time they messed up my order. This time I used the big screen to order...I got my receipt.... I saw my number on the screen waiting to be prepared and then it just disappeared. Someone deleted my order without even giving it to me. I had to get a hold of a manager it ended up taking twice as long as just waiting in line . Using the self-serve screens is not faster it s actually slower at this store for some reason !! I tried three times I won t be back again

Fries were cold so was the bacon burger line was long hate this place

My fries were not fresh but costumer service was great.

Slooow! I waited 15-20 minutes for 2 quarter pounders and fries

Horrible customer service from the lady who was taking orders! Very rude and sarcastic. The cashier who takes your payment was amazing. My order was made wrong and missing an item.....i spent about 20 minutes here with only 2 other cars in the drive-thru and had go through twice

After midnight some times there computer is down cash only, our some times the lights our on but nobody s there to take your order.

They didn't include the ordered apple slices in the happy meal, but worse of all, neither happy meal had a toy. Instead of a toy, they had a very cheap, flimsy flyer hand out with puzzles (for older aged children) to draw in. Very boring and school like, yet cheap to where you'd expect it to be a freebie hand out somewhere. My 3 year old was SO disappointed! Plus, we paid for the toys and apple slices and we didn't get it. My 3 year old did what I expected with the flimsy paper that had information over his head. He accidentally ripped it and then just kept ripping it and finally crumpled it up. Such a waste and disappointing McDonald's. Really.

Sometimes you get a good day with great customer service.. other days you're stuck with the attitudes. Food usually good.

I usually go at between 3 am and 3:30 am they need better service and need to speed up they are slow when I pay I always see ppl eating or talking by what am assuming it's like the managers area also my order has been messed up twice but worked out because they have me more food lol thanks

Ordered only to hear we're all out and couldn't get out of the drive thru,

Grocery restrooms...if the restrooms are bad...I won't eat there

WORST FOOD EVER CONSUMED!! However, that Nick Sablarn guy you have running that drive-thru sure knows how to make a fellar blush!

The staff lied to me this morning
.i asked for the morning paper..he said they were all given out..a person behind me asked the same question..an employee went and got a stack of papers...the staff were not very organized this mornings..orders were taking longer than usual....can i actually get melted cheese on my breakfast sandwich ?...the cheese once again was not melted...not impressed this morning.

Very busy place. Usually have to wait and don't always get exactly what you ordered. E.g. muffin heated, butter with muffin, knife with order.

Cashier took forever in the drive thru ibought bbq sauces and got charged for extra mac sauce and they did not get any . When i was trying to call noone answed the phone i called like 6 times . It was like this a few times .

Waited so long at the line with only 1 counter open and when it is my turn, no more breakfast ! great Job! Isn't common sense to open more counter if there's a long line up? What's the point of hiring lot's of staff and the other 2 machines is for display only?

McD's is awesome when your in a rush. It's over crowded at certain times. The drive through can be a nightmare due to some very rude customers. Workers however are very nice!

This location use to be a hit or miss when it came to getting your order correctly but over the years it has improved just a little, not enough to bump up the score yet. With just having average customer service and still missing orders this location is a pass up still unless you don't feel like driving to the next closest McDonald's

Took Too long to take our order. And took longer to get our food
