They have someone spy on you when you parked there. I parked there and went across the road to meet my friends and lead them back to McDonald. They issue me a ticket and the reason was walk off the parking lot.

Mc Donald's will always be my favorite fast food restaurant yesterday I had the 2 for $3 a double and sandwich with large and large Coke soda.

Tried getting breakfast before work since they said they open at 5 and the stupid people there wouldn't open the door. So I left hungry. Thanks mc Donald's, great customer service in your own hometown!

Depends on which one you go to, McDonald s used to be a place with a great reputation for good food fast service anda fun place for kids to play in the play areas. It's no longer that, they are now just trying to keep up with the other fast food competition. This particular one on 2nd street is terrible. They have for YEARS NOW, allowed this one to go pieces. Its not clean, they dont have a clue as to how to handle the high volume of traffic coming through.

I love macdonals, but when I'm nearly this place the app is no working

Take to long and most of the time you get the wrong order.
Then I hate the fact that after 10pm they only take cash
Who the hell is going to be carrying cash late a night.

This McDonald's is like the rest of them. It now has touch screen kiosks for ordering. Order your calories even faster now!

Great place to grab a quick bite and enjoy a morning coffee

Every time I go to this McDonald's they always are not serving something, such as sodas, milkshakes or Sundays. I have never been to a McDonald's so bad.

First time I get to use the self service to order system and I liked it!

It took 4 tries to place our order of a large coke with little ice. She kept hearing a large coke and fries. There were no other loud noises to interfere with her hearing us. Either they need a new speaker system or pay better attention to people placing orders. Food was ok at least.

This place is really good, only thing is, it's too good this place is always packed, i guess it's a bit slow but the service is excellent

Although I do appreciate a sausage mcmuffin on occasion my experience here was quite a visit. I work at 4 am and decided to drive to the McDonald's on del rosa and highland ave and of course there were a few cars in front of me and it took at least 25 minutes to a half an hour to even get to the speaker to order. I could hear the car in front of me ordering cheese burger and chicken sandwich and fries and drinks. As I pull up after them the lady came over the speaker and said that I could only order breakfast items, apparently before 4am you can order anything on the menu so the gentleman in front took so long to order by the time It became my turn I lost out on getting my quarter pounder. I will never again attempt McDonald's at 3:30 am . I will wait for around 7 for breakfast and 11 for lunch.

Horrible. No matter the time of day, they are so slow, the drive thru takes around 45 minutes at times. 45 MINUTES!

For a McDonald's, they have gotten better with their mobile orders in terms of speed and accuracy.

Ridiculous prices. Ordered 1 Lg. Ice Coffee and 1 Sausage Mc Muffin with Egg and was charged $8.00 for it. And my sandwich was cold and my coffee lid was broken so that spilled out as well.

There. Place is such a mess amd they just have people talking. Instead of .cleaning even if .theres no one there

All the pictures of the food, especially new items look fantastic, but I have NEVER EVER, received a burger that even resembles the pictures.

Cold food and they forgot my sauce. So what if it was 3am.

To the worker named Beto. Great job! He took the time to save me money. 50 piece instead of a 40 piece for 50 cents more. Very good customer service.

Clean restaurant, crew are always friendly and helpful. I love their smiles, makes me comfortable and happy to go there. Food is also nice and fresh!

If they hired more people so that they can clean the restaurant and did something to keep the bums out of the place it would be better but until they can get them bums away from there it will never be good

Usually not thqt picky with fast food places because you shouldnt expect much from fast food places but my orange juice was watered down making it taste nasty.

Good food but just to feed four people it cost us over 50 dollars.

I think it's standard at McDonald's for all those ordering machines to get stuck and not spit out a receipt so I'm not going to hold that against them... The manager was really helpful when I told him of the problem and the order was ready within 3 minutes or less. We went around noon and it was that crowded. The place is fairly clean and organized. Helpful and friendly staff.

Drive Tru is the worst I asked for a deluxe breakfast meal and they gave me a sausage egg MCmuffin with no egg I asked for a orange juice they gave me millk and this isn't the first time either

This McDonald's branch is not that crowdy, anyway I didn't enjoy the design and environment there, but worth it to take something small to eat and sit

Poor service for Doordash and uber eats drivers. Waiting in line only to be told wait longer. Doesn't take that long to prepare an order that is pre paid. Wasted 25mins here. Why have me wait 20mins then. Food still is not ready

Better for drive through because inside is small and gets packed easily. Parking is limited and when drive through is packed it's impossible to get in and out. So far everytime I have come here service and food has been decent.

I luv McDonald's but the only problem is that everytime I ordered my foods theres always a mistake with my order. Its either missing or it wasn't my order.

Drive through is the slowest in the lower mainland. Waited 8 minutes for an egg mcmuffin. Asked for a refund after 5. They refused and said it would only be a minute more.

Worst service ever......order taker is angry and totally unprofessional....

This restaurant is my favorite site. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. everytime I I need a good supper, this place comes immediately to my mind. best and all sorts of food and a large menu.well mannered staff members, and pleasant ambience. Also, the pay is honest. I praise this spot with no hesitation.

I have never had a decent experience at this location out of the 3 years I've lived in the area, and tonight was over the top. I waited in a line of 1 for about 15 minutes. 10 of those minutes, I was not greeted. After calling to them a couple times, the told me to hold on. I held for 5 more minutes for the man to tell me they're only taking cash. December 21st, 2018 at 1:30am. Check whoever worked that shift, drive thru. Just to mention the other times, I've had cold chicken nuggets before, cold fries, overly salted fries more than twice, it's just a terrible location that definitely needs some major adjustments because it seems to me nobody is being held accountable.

Always forget my sauces, my nuggets with no souls. Please check the order before giving it out. No crispy stuff on my Carolina BBQ Angus. It s just bad....

Very dirty and smells so bad.. to many homeless people inside ask asking for money I couldn't eat my food..

Employees have no sense of urgency and never fill your fries. I do not like this place but it's the closest McDonalds

Would've been 5 stars if they didn't forget our sugar in our coffee

The wait was too long for1 cup of coffee over 20min.

All bad not very professional bad service bad coffee took them 4 times to give me coffee a good cup will I still go to this one probably will be more careful next time
