Slow kiosk system. I ordered 3 large drinks but people that ordered after me got they're food first till I went up and just ask so it would be quicker

I waited one morning 14 minutes in the drive thru for some damn reason and never went back I asked what was the hold up and the guy just gave me a blank stare.

24-hour drive-thru. Four self-serve kiosks. No playground. Poorly designed parkade. Walking distance from Canada Line Lansdowne Station.

Eat the food when it's hot , when it gets warm , or God forbid cold it turns into something altogether different!!

Thank God the food tastes better than what it looked like. They can be so messy with putting the food together. Either too busy or they just dont care what it looks like.

Sucks never give you what you order. I like to pay for what I want to eat!! This place has bad customer service.. they don't pay attention cause there too busy talking about other stuff..

The staff is courteous, and the store is kept clean from what I could tell. It was the first time I had seen a kiosk as an option for ordering. Self service has hit the fast food industry now. Its conveniently located in the long and is very user friendly. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and would return again.

They couldn't get my order right! I will not stop there again.

Despite being rudely "mouthed off" by the asian boy at the drive thru window yesterday morning, the "golden arches" will always have a place in my heart!

They hold a unique key to averting impending economic turmoil for us all-real wage growth.

Experts on finance estimate that in real USD$ (value), the American minimum wage should currently stand at $33/hour IF the worker were to experience the same market value as 30-40 years ago. So as the printing press is fired up to avert disaster a la 2008, all the governments need to do is offer workers worldwide a direct wage subsidy (perhaps paid into a new, separate, personal government account app) of consequence that will qualify as their contribution to keeping modern capitalism alive after many decades of economic partiality.

This is the easiest and most humane way to protect not only the economy, but to allow people (and the tax payers they serve) to enjoy a safer standard of living thanks to the elected decision makers. The days of the "starter job" are over as is traditional capitalism with so much frequent intervention. Time to evolve, the jigs up...

Horrible horrible horrible... worst food and worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Do not order from this location, you will be EXTREMELY disappointed! If I could give less than one star I would.

I mean, it's McDonalds.. I'd rather make food at home but if we're out on the road at least the kid doesn't have to wait

The tables were not cleaned or kept cool light on tables fun,distracting since they took forever to bring our food , small now it seems It looks crowded inside I been here when it wasn't remodeled yet so I think this was not a good design they took a bit to help us as usual but food was good.

Went for McDonald's breakfast. They forgot my hashbrowns, but I was not disappointed. I'd still eat here.

2:00 in the morning the service was a little slow and the food was alright, most important it hit the spot.

It's a McDonald's. Has a bunch of homeless people around it. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

Awful. Horrible. Nasty. The food was typical McDonald's which was fine, but the store itself was a mess and they let too many homeless people in there. The bathroom was disgusting, not well stocked, slower service, nasty customers and lots of homeless occupying seats for actual patrons. I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there.

Placed an order for a Big Mac no onions and the Big Mac was full of them

Well first I set in the Drive-Thru after I ordered for 20 minutes I ordered two Double Quarter Pounder with cheese sandwiches when I opened the bag later I had one Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and the other one was just a cheeseburger I won't be going back to this location

The staff was very nice , pointing out to me of the table service. However I only ordered a Big Mac and it took a long time to get to my table explaining to me why it was cold.

I saw a big line so I decided to order from the Mobile app on their parking space for Mobile app users, everything was going great, I paid through the app but shortly after I paid the Mobile app said that the store can't take food orders outside the store to my car, I called the store and they made me wait, then they told me that "The Manager needs to remove the option", and then they made me wait in line for 30 minutes, why make an App McDonald's? If the employee don't want to give you your food on time. Shame on you, I am never coming here again.....

Great service! I go to this McDonald's location every Saturday for breakfast. The food is always fresh.

Recently been messing up the orders. I ordered a medium frappe but they gave me a small. In another accession we ordered a Mocha Frappe and got the ice coffee one. That s all I m saying

no not much to say about McDonald's everybody knows about its fast friendly service to the public well well kept clean restaurant I like McDonald's.

This location is unorganized, i ordered a mcflurry. When my order was ready they said they were out of ice cream. Shouldn't they have known this before taking my order? Also, The cheeseburgers i ordered were squished and off center. The oil from the fryer needed to be Changed.

Very hard to get in and out weather you are going inside or drive thru. Bad location overall. Staff is overwhelmed by all the foot traffic since there is no other Mc Ds nearby. Franchisee needs to build a new location near by to help out with the demand.
