Very unhappy w/ mcdonalds right now discurteuss,orders ring..cool food unless you ask for it to be hot

Was okay very busy we order to different breakfast and they put them together on 1 plate cause they thought it was a good idea NO I DON'T THINK SO.

Didn't get my order right had to wait long time for a large Coke. Next time I will go somewhere else

Foods good decent service some employees need to work on the word respect believe it or not.

Always busy and orders not always right. Last visit required a wait in the drive through parking space and food was delivered room temperature, not hot.

Fries cold, McDouble warm, drink cold. Two out of three ain't bad!

Always something wrong & take long only saw 1 employee working drive thru and everything else waited 30min to order n 30 min to pay n get my food

Place was okay it depends who is working and what time of the day you go there.

This place needs too shut down, it's a mess it has Flys every where.

This is by far the filthiest place I have EVER been. So bad that I didn't order and went to another establishment across the street.

When I said something to the Manager he looked at me bumfuddled. No exaggeration when I say the trash alone had not been removed for several days, sinks were stained and tp covering the floor... DISGUSTING
I'll be calling the health department

The manager is horrible, you cant treat people like trash. Workers are cool and cooperative unlike the manager

Very clean building inside and out. Employees are nice. But last few times they have forgotten some of my food on several occasions. Recommend checking bag before driving off.

McDonald's restaurant isn't a bad one. I in fact have been coming to this location for several years now and have had only a hand full of complaints about individual employees that no longer work here. The service here is fast, this is good, customer service is up to par, and the interior is well-maintained and presented. When I ordered here I didn't have to wait long at all to receive the food that I ordered through a polite and friendly customer service employee. Once I got my food it was hot, fresh, and left me satisfied. This next McDonald's is also located in a very convenient spot.

What is the terrible service! I was in drive through because I was hurry to drive my kid to the school. The careless girl told me to park in #3 to wait. I sit in the car for 5 minutes and I found that my bagels was on her counter and not delivered to me when I walked back to her. She didn t even say a word.

Worst McDonald's ever!! Two days in a row no fraps!! Corporate needs to get ahold of their manager

This location has the worse customer service and also having one of the rude's managers name Bryan in which he did not even take not of what happen in the Drive-Thru. This location does not even take responsibility for there actions

I pop into McD's one or two mornings a week for sausage McMuffins for the little ones. I usually avoid this store like the plague, but it's closest to preschool and i was running too late to drive to another store. Twice this week I received sandwiches on muffins so dried out you couldn't bite through them. This store always has issues either with food or staff. I have never encountered ruder or more ignorant workers. It's filthy inside and out. Trash throughout the restaurant. Outside concrete is black and sticky from spills. If you're not desperate for a McDonald's fix I suggest running hard and fast from this location.

Yo great on the time but your breakfast still menua still needs chicken nuggets. Haha. Those burritos gave me a stomach ake as usual but it tasted allright :) place looked clean and management seems great! At the touch screen stands a man asked if I needed help I didn't need it but it's pleasant having him offered :) good job and stay tuff in there I know how it's like serving thousands of custimers.

Everything is perfectly engineered to perfection. It always comes out the same.

It used to be one of the faster locations in terms of service.

Drive thru only at that time ! Needed to use the restroom ! Thus the 2

Food be dry they feed you old food so it won't go to waste

They do an alright job for the amount of people that go through there per day!

My food was nice and hot, they have me fresh French fries with a nice larg I've cold Coke. The service was awesome, they were friendly and fast. Thank you all for all your hard work.

Overpriced compared to other McDomalds. When I advised the young idiot cashier, she wasn't interested in rectifying the prices. She just said, "Oh well". This is a real poor attitude.

McDonald's is always good but their prices are just way too high

No sign that their frappes not working before you enter drive to dot in long line behind about 10 cars due to the fact that not order nothing no frappe machine working should have had sign outside so people did not waste time and or an exit out of the line not have to sit in a long line at McDonald's is so slow

My go to place for a quick snack or coffee. Love love their crispy tenders.

Drive thru went quickly despite the volume of cars. Food good.

Cleaner than most in San Bernardino with a friendly staff. Close to the University with easy access to and from I-215

Worst drive thru I ever experienced. Been there twice and every time I went, they ran out of food and the staff in drive thru was not prepared. Always, I needed to ask something that I asked before I got my order. After that, I never go to this place. Just drive more and go to another one.

It was McDonald's as we know and Love. I only ordered a Mc flurry because they weren't selling Frappes anymore. That was disappointing and I'm vegetarian so McDonald's doesn't have more to offer me.

It's a clean place, however employees seem to have short temper die to how busy it is. I've notice employees roll their eyes to guests. For that reason I am taking off 2 stars.

I was very disappointed by the worker's not having the right information of a new promotion. Why would I want a medium drink if the sign says "any size drink".

You'll always be asked for free food going in and out. The customer service is spotty. There are no outlets to discourage homeless people from being inside but it also discourages me from coming. Food is good usually burned a little.

My food is always hot, but I wish they would serve there ice cream cones.

The touch screen order kiosk that I used wouldn't accept a credit card, so I still had to wait in line in order to pay for my order.

Horrible experience been here 3 times had to wait almost half an hour each time to get my drive thru food. Gee what a DRIVE-THRU ~jasmin :/

Had to wait for the food to be delivered to my car but I had to go inside to get my food.

Don't even waste your time going there its disappointing.

This mcdonald's doesnt taste good as other ones. Their meat tastes overdue. The saltiness of fries is unstable.
