Messed up my order in the drive thru, so I walked in to fix it and they messed that one up too! This ALWAYS happens. Avoid this restaurant.

Sucks there prices are too high and bad food. Bad for you.

The restaurant locates at North side of Lansdowne Mall in Richmond. Well , McDonalds is everywhere. I basically visit this one at least once a month. Cheers McDonald staff!

Slow worker always waiting 4 our food that's why they have like 10 parking so you can wait for your food

No customer service manners. Everyone was rude and short tempered.

The quietest McDonald's in town period. There's a duty manager always yells out the order numbers likely an auction house. It's awesome.

I probably had the best bacon egg and cheese biscuit I have ever had here. Staff was great. Inside and drive thru is remodeled. Unfortunately the crowd in this area is rough. I would be careful in the parking lot at night.

I ordered a small iced coffee and 2 breakfast burritos. When they handed me the food they gave me a large iced coffee and a free one on the house. I knew right away it tasted strange and smelled peppery i got home and poured them out and there was pepper at the bottom of both. Seriously disgusting!!!

This place was dirty and my food looked like it was prepared in a great hurry.

What do you say about McDonald's it's the same old Mickey D's only their food is getting very small pretty soon it's going to be like a micro Burger LOL

I like to enjoy its variety of cold, hot coffee, with chocolate, etc.

Has a really weird and confusing parking lot, otherwise your standard MacDonald's.

Real nice indoor playground. I love taking my kids there on a rainy or hot day

Never ordered they took two orders on inside drive thur but not my order, made me upset on going problem at this location

All tables are full no place to sit and they are just drinking coffee not eating

They suck so bad was in line 20 min and still had to pull to front to wait worst experience ever

Always panhandlers before you order. They charge if more than two condiments. It does not matter if you have a 10 pc chicken nugget or 50 pc only two condiments or they cost you extra..

Big Mac must have been sitting him get the lamp a little too long. The bread is hard and taste old!

the dbs never remember to give me hot mustard sauce for nuggets.

Fast food restaurant with large menu. Kids love it.

During the day this place is running smooth. But at night omg they need to hire more qualified people.

Got my simple coffee order wrong 3 times in a row on separate nights... how does that even happen??! It's just drip coffee with cream

Clean and quick. Good place to have a cup of coffee.

I stopped off to get a quick bite to eat in North San Bernardino and was surprised at the high level of customer service I received at this location. The staff were super helpful. The food came out hot and there wasn't a big mess inside the place. Way to go Mc Donalds!

My grandson says that those Happy Meals are for 2 year olds not five-year-olds you only get 5 fries the cheeseburger was cold the cheese was not melted and the bun was cold

The staff at this location seems to always be "in training". There was mass confusion at the drive thru and the wait was somewhat bothersome. Additionally, even after the wait, the young lady still got part of my order wrong and it wasn't worth going back to get it corrected. Kudos to them for putting in the effort to improve the aesthetic of the place and train new people on the drive thru position but Friday afternoon during rush hour is probably not the best managerial decision.

They accepted my Android Pay here, but all McDonalds do. Courteous staff. Very well decorated, but the parking lot is small.

My orderd nuggets and double quater pounder fries were old and have no salt it all and chicken nuggets were dark they dint change the oil bad food services i will drive more miles to get better n fresh food.

Omg!!!. Waited like 20 minutes in drive thu just to find out that they didnt honor the $2 filet fish. Omg I was waiting all day for that. So dissapointed

McDonald even though junk food is bad still people love McDonald

Good McDs food, extremely fast drive thru, especially during peak hours.

You cannot beat their price for coffee with their promotion, one dollar for the large coffee.

These people don't know how to make coffee. Always gives coffee without sugar. I experienced it many times.

McDonald's doesn't always remember to put the food in the bag when you get a takeout order!.. That's one thing I do not like about this restaurant other than that it's fair

Disorganized would be the best way to describe this location. The social distancing they implore actually creates more people bumping into each other rather than keeping distance. That should be addressed. Obviously management is coasting through paychecks instead of taking responsibility. Food was fresh and warm. So that was a plus. I only went cuz Taco bell's drive thorugh as so crazy you couldn't get into the parking lot lol

I don't care for the two lane drive thru..especially in the neighborhood it is in..the actual restaurant itself is pretty clean and serves all the standard McDonald's dishes.

Horrible service,No sodas at the time I came,waited 15 mins to get my order ask to speak with manager and he acted like a complete Ass giving me and Attitude when I remain calm the entire time as I spoke with him, I told him "thank you" after he accommodate me with an orange juice and that's only because he ask me "And what do you want me to do for the waiting" like really?? and As I am driving from the window I heard him said "You're not welcome" Smh.
