This place is my first, favorite ever food ever not sure if that made sense but yup McDonald's is the best place on earth......Go THERE NOW YOU'LL LOVE THE FOOD....Trust me

Hella disgusting food wasn't cooked, cold,& took over 15 mins to be served, hot chocolate I order was just warm milk.

I don't like McDonald's but i do recommend to people

Very slow service. The employees doesn't care if you are standing in the line. Rude behaviour. The Big mac which I ordered was not fresh either. They really need to improve in their service and quality.

Terrible!! I went last night ordered a number1. I got food poisoning did not contact them to let them know but the food was horrible

Drive thru is very slow but my children love the play place

The store was absolutely filthy it was before 5 p.m. I couldn't believe I'm watching children walk on the chairs in the dining area .. unattended by the parent and the staff is doing nothing and watching... what a big liability..food was ok..

Horrible experience purchase a burger no sauce at all the coffee was not ready I have to wait on the reserved parking lot the coffee never came I had to go in person and then the lid was wrong and it burned my hand McDonald's should be ashamed of running a business like this

I ordered inside with my children and asked associate if it was possible to bring my order to my car since I had children with me. They did so willingly.

Found out they don't sell biscuits for their all day breakfast menu. Drive-thru is quick and staff is friendly. Inside I've seen the manager being active and ordering the staff to ensure service is quick.

Refuse SERVICE to Homeless, not asking for charity, paying for food yet they refuse to serve the homeless.

Horrible service they just throw the food out the window and ignore you

Employee at the window has selective hearing and is rude. Came in at 2am on a friday morning. Dunno why you have multiple employees working during your peak hours and yet it still takes 15 min to make an order.

I don't like this place because there food not good and please STOP EATING THE FOOD HERE THANK YOU EVERYONE

This McDonald's is pretty bad when it comes to actually getting your food. I waited for 20 minutes and never received my order. Will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

Mediocre at best. Small mistakes do happen, from giving a customer a cheeseburger instead of a double cheeseburger to not getting a coffee or soft drink with a meal.

Horrible service nvr have ice cream claims machine don't work but yet brand new messed my order up and thought it was funny

30 minute wait time at 12:30. Didnt get our food til 1pm! As a manager of McDonald's im super disappointed. I asked for the GM Louis and she brought me another lady manager. Not who I wanted to speak to. The managers are in the back in the office instead of on the floor where they need to be so guests arent waiting 30 mins where it should only take no more than. 5! And thats pushing it. 3.5minute experience time. This place needs help. Instead of having a lobby person at that momemt they should habe put her on fries because they kept dropping only 2 baskets at a time woth full screens in front and empty ones in The kitchem

This location didn t have the flavoured ice cream that s a new flavour which recently came out.. customer service was good though.

Shanice forgot to place my oatmeal on my order. When I pointed out that I was missing the oatmeal she got me an oatmeal right away no charge. Great customer service.

While there one person seemed to be bothering customers. Management didn't seem to care.

Horrid experience. I frequent this McDonald's often & must say the new staff is a disappointment. I asked BEFORE ordering, if the Monopoly game pieces were still available. The drive thru attendant told me "Yes." After 17 minutes or so, I get up to the first window to pay my $7.34. (I know, because I got over half way through Firefly Season 1 Episode 9 while waiting.) Wait another 5 minutes or so, pull up to the next window and am handed food with no pieces - whatsoever. The Monopoly pieces aren't even the reason for the poor rating though - it's not their fault they ran out of pieces. The rating is because of the large black employee (name unknown) who thought it was hilarious that I requested a refund & when I was given the incorrect amount of money back, presented my receipt for the right refund. I work in customer service. Your drive thru attendants should know what's going on; menu changes, meal options and promotional offers. Your employees should be offering accurate orders and information. If something is wrong, they should be trying to rectify the situation, not judging or laughing at a paying customer. I'll be hard pressed to find a reason to return to this location. I'll also discourage my friends and family from bringing patronage to this store. I hope corporate hears about how his once awesome store is being run.

I just ordered thru uber eats the fries tasted like dirty oil they were hot but was a big let down once i tasted them

Bad experience need new professional workers got my order wrong still had me parked wait for my food and top it all off they had me waiting for the longest in the parking lot reason why because they had forgot about my order till I got off and complain they looked at me asked me what did I order I was Soo mad

Trash. Never Uber Eats from here. They consistently mess the order up. They're very inconsistent with the food being fresh; meaning you get some good buns one day and another day they're stale

The manager Alexis complete ignored that I was im uber driver she was on the phone on Facebook I saw her pictures and texting lol more than 15 mint to go uber food ugh

Need to work on training employees, the customers shouldn't have to wait 45 mins for an ice cream cone

I don't really think you need to read a review about McDonalds. . . .you know what their selling and have had thier food before .

This place is clean but wait time is usually longer than expected. Try drive thru instead.

Check your drive-through order before you leave, they seem to forget things or mix them up. Mixed service here; sometimes ok, sometimes not. Seating is plentiful but they don't clean the tables that often, tables will be open but you'll probably have to wipe them down yourself.

Went for breakfast rn. I'm very confused about the quality of both the food and service. Both were Amazing! Will be back

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Rude and incompetent workers. While I Waited over 30 min for my food, I was approached several times by dirty and possible homeless people asking for money, cigarttes and even a ride. Finally I walked out with my money back and no food. I felt that my safety was in jeopardy. Horrible place!!

There services is sooo where it reminds me of a getto place they dont help you its like you got to flag them down just to get help cause there too busy talking about what they did last week to each other

What is up with the long line to order? Self-serve kiosk are off. Three cars go through the drive-thru faster than one person orders at the walk up. Got three stars because food was good
