I don't expect greatest from any fast food business. But this McDonald's should rename itself to Mc'Dumbasses, Mc'Idiots maybe Mc'Nastyassfood. I live around the corner from this store, but knowing they had terrible service and food I regularly drive past and buy the same meal in Temecula or Corona. Well today I was running late and took a chance. BIG MISTAKE. Coffe was luke warm and i swear I could have killed Goliath with the McGriddle. Frustrated I called to speak with a manager. Norma answered, she is the manger. I explained the situation and she offered a free meal. My response was that she keep her free meal cause it would taste as they always have, 3 days old donuts and stale coffee.

McDonald's service is good but their food could be a little better

The service was great but there is a small wait for items. They make great mocha it brightened up my day

I wanted a frappe. McDonald's has the best ones around.

Worst shot ever nasty fries burnt and slow service order all the way wrong

Drive thru was great on time paid at first window went to second window they had my order wanting for me .

Better than okay but I try not to eat fast food to often. Tasty as usual.

Good latte but no sugar free as advertised 11 grams of sugar in a small one.

It's a McDonald's, I'm not sure that this menu needs too much of a review. The restaurant itself is pretty clean. Nothing fancy, but they do keep it non sticky. Bathrooms are pretty clean. The only Improvement required is that service is usually pretty slow here.

Relatively fast service, polite, & attentive employees, that's amazing for today's teenagers? Food was as expected, hot, cheap, not dried out or stale!

Food service is always garbage hate going to this place

The plaza is small, traffic is packed, always got the long long lines of drive through.

Very, very dirty place. Then I told them that the floor was wet in the a la playgraund. there was a lagoon at the ballast and nobody paid any attention to me, the dirty tables, ugh, I do not go to that place anymore

They take forever to give your food. And when you get to the window the employees are just talking amongst themselves.

Need to listen to the persons orders thay still get orders wrong so times

Usual McDonald's, except for the beeping from the kitchen area. It sounded like the fry timer was going off for almost the entire time we were there

Do not go here. I have attended this establishent a total of 5 times every single time I received my order it is always wrong and/or missing something. Find a better McDonald's

Ignored at counter bcus I needed a courtesy cup of ice

Friendly and helpful plus great service and play ground area for the kids

Always ice cream machine broke twice in a row bad service the other day burnt Bread on my son's kids meal cheeseburger

I probably did visit this place three years ago but as long as it's not McDonald's or Mount Vernon we cool

McDonald's is a good place but they are super stingy & they always mess up your order or forget to give you your full order!

Excellent service, quick, correct and food was hot. Sadly, rather bland, Oh, well...

Service was good but they dind't had any meat or beef I can't really remember how it was written on the sign they had . I was too hungry to go anywhere else. Chicken was also a good choice. But my last meal was exactly that Chicken for not being able to buy 2 beacon doubles they get a 2star rating.

Have change to give customers and let customers know when your out of anything.

Hell naw they made me park infront for my caramel macchiato was their 10min and went inside had to wait more time

This mcdonalds is open 24hours and the coffee is good.also you can have ice cream Sunday's for only 1.39

How can this place run out of coffee lids.. this is the second time in the last week. Sooo unprofessional.

This place is always out of shakes and or their machine for frappes are down.

Food is typical McDonald's food. There's parking at back of restaurant but usually full during peak hours. And if it's peak on weekend there is always a lineup to order food. However, there are a few self serve terminals to order and pay. Plenty of tables. There is no napkins on the condiment counter...Need to ask for napkins.

This is one of the better McDonald's in Richmond. Being on a side street, this restaurant is bigger, less crowded and quieter than the other McDonald's located on busy street intersections. Except in the peak lunch or dinner hours, there are plenty of vacant tables and service is fast here.

Good service and delicious food well prepared and fast service.

They need to take more pride in their product,love the fruit punch slush,cut back on the grease for the fries

Large open space , some degree of privacy can be had but very uncomfortable seating

Even 1 star is offering too much always got my order wrong did not understand english
