Open late. Drive through is fairly fast, even when it gets a bit backed up

Junk, they always run out of inventory, and are rude

Horrible!!, pretty bad service! No water, no ketchup, no napkins, bad coffee.

Smells horrible and wait time for breakfast was 15 minutes.

Drive thru speakers never work or no one is on. I suggest putting a sign because they make everyone wait more than 20min. Besides that my food wasn't well done and cold.

I am not a fan of McDonald's by any stretch of the imagination. I will say this though their service is always very quick ancient sites in the Drive-Thru.

Nice McDonald's with lots of seating options. It feels more like a lower-end hotel lobby area than a fast food restaurant. Service seems to be consistently good and staff are always about cleaning and attending to customer's needs. Yes, this is a McDonald's. Two big thumbs up.

Got a 59cad parking ticket when I was eating at McD. And i was parked in McD. Parking lot. Be on the look out for BS ticket.

worst mcdonalds ever, you literally have to ask for everything, they will not give you napkins or ketchup ever. Napkins! really??? i gotta ask for those every single time!!!!??? when you order a happy meal they ask what sauce, "bbq" (checks in happy meal - no sauce) then you have to ask for it again... by far the worst mcdonalds in all of san bernardino when it comes to customer service, their employees could care less about anything. either that or piss poor management. it all starts from the top

Sometimes service is very slow and they get the orders wrong, but that happens to a lot of fast food restaurants.

Drive through gave me the wrong drink and I asked for no onions had extra onions never going back

Ordered large fries but get a medium amount.
Order specific sauces for my nuggets but tge give me what the want.

It's McDonald. Food was good . Drive thru was fast order was complete.

I just ordered there today at 7:55am Saturday, May 4th. I ordered bacon mcmuffin and only got 1 half bacon

Don t bother going here. High chances of you going here and have something missing from your order. Even ordering from post mates from here is the same something is always missing

you can expect the same food same taste same quality everytime you visit any one of the mcdonalds. which is good, no suprice.

McDonald s lunch and I ve never seen anyone so rude and Un professional. The rest of the staff because of her attitude also are incompetent aunt rude.
Running the business like this are losing lots of customers I wouldn t be surprise of the place shut down.

This place is good for drive through but Usually there is wait in drive through specifically in the evening and in the night. Dine in here is not a good idea because most of the time it is untidy and restroom as well. Other than this everything is fine with this place. The staff is friendly most of the time.So I would recommend this place for drive through or to go order rather than eating there.

I love McDonald's cuz they have good taste in food really love their fries and Big Macs

The McDonald's in San Bernardino,California is convenient to The City of San Bernardino and the I-10 fwy.
The food here is really delicious and is served to order in generous portions!
The servers and staff are very courteous and the restaurant is sparkling clean
with clean bathrooms.
They have plenty of indoor and al fresco patio seating as well.
The menu selection is extensive with beef,fish and pork for breakfast,lunch and dinner culinary stylings.
They also have a wide selection of soft drinks, fruit juice beverages and high chairs.
They are family,senior and kid friendly-
So this McDonalds is a great experiance for the entire family!
They are also close to shopping centers and entertainment venues as well!

You get what you pay for here. Almost always cookie cutter service nothing great and nothing bad either. Food is as it is known "fast food" .

went in to get my kids a 6 piece chicken nuggets and I was told that they don't carry those any more... their restroom was so dirty and a lady was washing her hair in the sink... definitely not coming back to this location and would not recommend it.

This place was dirty full of wiredo homeless inside.. The workers where yelling and jokeing with each other instead of helping the customers get there food.. When I got my food they gave me someone elses.. My kids love McDonald's but ill tell u I'll never eat at this one again, they dont even deserve a star..smh

Very nice and spacious McDonald's I have ever seen. Stuffs are friendly. But entrance is little bit tricky.

The ones that give bad ratings are the ones that dont know how to connect to their free wifi

Screwed up my begal Lt order. Have me BLT. Then came back to get it fixed and they give me white begal bun instead of what is displayed on screen nor did they ask which bun I wanted if the case was that there is a choice.

And to boot they have crayons for kids which days colour your world and the only colour they have is red! Can't spend the money to get more then one colour! Horrible experience. Should have known better to come and spend my money at McDonald's.

Food is never well made the way the picture looks, drive-through like to log, and customer service is very bad.

You can always count on this location messing up your order. If you're a betting man, you can't lose betting on them finding a way to screw up. If you ask for grilled chicken, they give you crispy. If you ask for sausage, they give you ham. If you ask for a wrap, they give you the ingredients to make one yourself.

My hamburgers is barely wrapped. I almost dropped my food on the floor. The food slately warm and presentation sucked.

Horrible customer service, I ordered 1 frappe and they took forever to give it to me, they fulfilled large orders that came after my order, they didn't give it to me until one of the employees saw my frustration.

Very, very crowded. Unfortuately this place attracts a lot of bums and lowlifes. It's not the fault of McDonald's but rather a dying decrepit city. San Bernardino -the Detroit of California.

Whenever I went to that McDonald's they did not give me the complete order. That happens when employees are irresponsible.

Staffs at this location are not friendly. Avoid this location at all costs.

Never have anthing when u get there to order ran out of ranch when u pay for extra.machines never work.no Mc ribs ...its ridiculous here tables are filthy...they need to get there inventory in control
