Great place to get something fast when you don't want to cook

Convenient location and very nice and simple interior. Plenty of parking. Only issue is that when you leave, you can only turn right towards North, which could be a bit of a detour if you want to go towards the Lansdowne direction.

Needed change for a 20 dollar bill...was buying 2 meals already just for change when the insufficiently trained cashier said that McDonald's couldn't give change for a paying customer. When i said i would leave a bad comment she said she didn't care. Never come here.

2nd time I'm here. About 2 months ago I was not impressed. This time service was fast and cashier was friendly and informative. Coffee was a bit burned but service made up for it.

The employees are very professional and the food is yummy.

It was ok but we had to wait like four to five minutes for our cash change which i thought that was really wired...

There's only three things in this life that are certain: death, taxes, and that McDonald's will mess up your order.
Knowing this, we go anyway. Sometimes the food hits the spot - even if its not what you ordered. Sometimes, the buns taste as if they are several weeks old.
I don't understand how they are so successful, nobody seems to mind their incompetence. I'm not judging, I still go.

Waited for ever in drive thru made me late to work 30 mins so mad.

Time 1200am.This is the worst mcdonalds in this location they take so long ive waited 45 mins for my food. Also they get the orders wrong. Dont ever come here if your in a hurry.

Macdonald drive thru never asks if customers want ketchup. I don't know why.

Omg horrible!!!! Just got out of the drive thru messed my order up went back to get my stuff. Manager was screaming very rude never going there again damn just do your job..

Very fast service the only drive thru that moves people fast service here is the way it should be

The manager was very courteous and helpful during our visit. A staff member seemed to be annoyed by that. The food was very good. The dining area was clean. Sometimes the service has been less than desirable but it has improved.

Didn't hate it. Just poor service, and they are always out of something. 2 examples, milkshakes, and lettuce. REALLY come on . lousy management...

Fresh coffee and the 2 for 3$ offer makes a perfect lunch for me...

MacDonald's is standard. Who likes it knows what it will find. Not the best snack of the world, but taste and the price is affordable.

Wrong items in order had to pay extra for two more fries or walk all way back to car, kids waiting.handicaped. terrible experience, hadn't been there in yrs, won't be back

This is the most absolute worst McDonald s I have ever been too their credit card machines never work along with there ice cream machines it s ridiculous makes me never want to go to a McDonald s again. Deng and to think this is we re they started in San Bernardino sad sad thing.

My son's happy meal always missing something..like milk ,juice,or apple slices.

Check your order before driving away. Ordered hot latte to go but received black coffee instead. The staff politely corrected the order.

The people who work there are great and thank you to the nice woman who works there for the money. I will be there to return the favor soon as I can and I promise you I won't forget. Thank you mcdonald's. You all are a good crew I have no complaints I do have compliments. They fast thorough careing careful precise and friendly. The worst McDonald's I have been to. Rude. Out of so many items. Including orange juice! Never going back to this location! Change your management or train them properly. Waiting time was over 10min and I was in the drive thru.

It's really not flattering compared to other places. . .

Very limited on food...seemed like everything I wanted was out...which I've never had happen to me.

Ask for double Filet, came home only single.

Sausage Egg is super old and dry.

Ask for extra Ketch up. The staff answer with rude attitude, says already have a lot in the bag, came home only 2 in the bag.

Bad old food is not the first time. I wrote survey before to the exact location to say the same thing and no one care to reply.

I give zero star, if there is this option.

I went to try and order a meal the lady that was serving just walked away! And I had to use the self serve order machine and order my meal I waited a few minutes before I proceeded to the self serve order! I was disappointed that this person walked away from taking my order!

The french fries were on the cold side and the burger but the tea was good..this was the evening shift.

The food is moderate and the staff is fine. The problem is with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floor gets sticky or slippery at times.

I recently went to McDonald s Donald s I.Bought A meal my Big Mac was cold I ordered large fries it as half way I will never go there again!!

Best egg McMuffin I hade for McDonald's in a long time it was nice and fresh

No courtesy at all at this location on numerous occasions, no thank you , I know you have to ask for everything , but the least we should get appreciation . Need to train these people

Good service and didn't wait too long in the drive thru. Alicia had wonderful customer service and assisted us very well.

Idk I was eating Wienerschnitzel at McDonald's. But it was chill.

They need to work on not forgetting they ask people to park and wait.

If I can give zero star I would have. But anyway I went there last week and I ordered 2 Mac chicken and I waited 30 minutes to get my order later on she give me 2 Macdauble which I don't eat pork. So I talked to the manager and she said you have to wait another 15 minutes to get what you want I told her I have work and I have to leave she said it is not my business.
I left the store and I give my food to a homeless person near them.

NEVER GO THERE

Made us wait 10 minutes just to order, really takes the fast out of fast food.
