Felt like they were so busy then we found out they were all just standing around doing nothing. We were pre-approved and had to find something that weekend. There loss Jimmy Michel sold us a vehicle and have taken great care of us.

I brought my Impala to the shop for an oil change and transmission fluid change. It was quick and efficient.

I recently purchased a car off the "back of the lot" at Mayse in Aurora. The customer service was great. Duell, the salesman was ruggedly handsome and very helpful in our purchase of a new to me GMC truck. Duell answered many questions via email and phone for me. Rob Bieber "no relation" was very helpful in the finance department and kept me on the sauce (aka Dr. Pepper) while we filled out paperwork. These gentleman were helpful and very professional. I had a great experience with Mayse. Sadly, I couldn't drive the COPO Camaro on there show room floor. I didn't have $132,000 to take it off of there hands. Back to the subject, go see these guys if you get a chance.

I have never had quite the experience at a dealership like I did at Mayes. Mike Lanphier was our dealer and he was very helpful and not pushy or just trying to sell us something on the lot that we could not afford or that we didn't want or need. I would recommend Mayes Automotive Group to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

The best car buying experience we have ever had. We live in Colorado and were looking to buy a Chevy Bolt for some time now. We found an amazing deal at Maze. The process was simple and it took less than 15 minutes to complete. Our salesperson Eric was really helpful in explaining all of the details and making sure we were satisfied with the purchase. I went to Mayse Auto after we purchased a Malibu from there three weeks ago. Ehren is an amazing go to guy. He took hours to walk me through numerous vehicles and didn't mind going through all of the details on each and every car we looked at. I've been looking for a short bed 4X4 2wd pickup for the last three weeks. I started out going to an auction in Aurora, and discovered that the auction address I had, wasn't the one I really wanted to go to. So as my husband and I circled Jimmy Mitchell Motors, and he started telling me that his mechanic friend told him to stick with Chevy products because they hadn't had very many Chevy's coming in for repair, so we drove back through to Mayse Automotive, and as soon as we got out of the truck, and started browsing, here drives up David Brown. He was all a person wanted in a salesman, even one that was wobbling on a sprain ankle, he wasn't pushy, he wasn't a bit upset because we kept changing our minds about the one we wanted to test drive. Once the decision was made, he worked continuously hobbling from one place to another getting paper work completed, getting approval, even had the truck fueled up and ready to go before we had the paper's signed. I think speaking from experience, the man should be given a medal for working so hard today. He was not just working for us a deal but several others also. I hope he can sit with his foot up tomorrow and be happy. For we really put the pickup through the paces once we got it home, it drove like a dream through our flood ravage dirt road, with a mile high gravel bar, and then to pull a dolley with a case tractor on the back through the same road conditions. It proved its value to me. It was blessed by nearly all my neighbors, as a good looking truck for a really good deal. I am greatly impressed. I have bought several vehicles from Mayse Automotive in the past, and they have done great. I just can't thank David Brown enough. As a road commissioner, I know now that this truck will do the job, I need it to do. Thanks David, and the rest of the staff at Mayse Automotive

My experience at mayse was pleasant and found them easy to deal with.

I bought a car here, and put salesmen through the ringer trying to find something just right on a couple more occasions. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Prices are very competitive, but the service is what sold me. The car I bought was delivered to my house (an hour drive away) within 90 minutes of the purchase with a full tank of gas.

Mike Lanphier was our salesman and treated us very well! He took the time to explain to us each detail, review the car fax, and had both trucks we were interested in pulled and ready for us to view. We suggest working with him and will refer friends!

Brought my car in for an alignment, the fuse distribution box on top of the battery because it was rotted and a new battery if needed. Told them exactly what was wrong and that it was throwing codes due to corrosion. 3 and a half hours and 300+ bucks later they fixed my alignment with a new battery but didn't fix the corrosion issue that it was scheduled for. Was just told "yep it needs replaced, thats your problem". I knew the issue and wanted it either fixed or parts ordered and rescheduled but they didn't offer to order my parts or to reschedule. I've been here before for services but will not be back after today. 3 and a half hours waiting in the lobby for a one/one and a half hour fix.

A great car buying experience! I went on a very busy weekend, but I was treated very attentively and respectfully. Drew was great to work with and the managers and owner both made sure that I was satisfied with the deal that I was getting. Drew and Rob walked me through the steps, clarified points when things got a little fuzzy, and made sure that it was an overall pleasant experience. To top it all off, they made certain that I drove off with a full tank of gas in my new (to me) car! Very classy move!
