Very poor software using obsolete programming (silverlight). Constant critical upgrades to newer versions to be faced with even more issues and problems. Wouldn't recommend this to any building company, before sales support....amazing, after sales support....horrible. Spent so much money on this to still be facing constant issues. Don't bother, try something else.

Within Elderton Homes, ClickHome has been the core of our preconstruction and construction process the software is developing and improving day by day the flexibility and availability of custom solutions have both positive and negative impacts and benefits.

Having only part implementation the full suite this has it disadvantages but I think anyone looking to implement it as a total platform should make sure the processes align and results are defined also considering any future direction are made clear to the Click Team This will ensure the platform is delivered to avoid rework in expanding the suite into the future, ClickHome is more than willing to assist where customisation is required and possible.

I implemented ClickHome as a software solution and we saw immediate benefits.
It helped us develop a standard system and processes from sales through to construction - meaning not one thing ever slipped through the cracks. Prior to ClickHome, processes, checks, approvals and more were delayed or not completed correctly. ClickHome got everything in one place and streamlined our work systems, ensuring everything was completed on time and accurately.
My advice to anyone considering the software would be to adequately prepare for the implementation. Take the time to map out your procedures and get your staff involved. We made only a few revisions after the initial implementation due to the planning we did and that helped staff get on board and use ClickHome from day 1.
