We presented Mayse Auto with a rather awkward set of circumstances; involving trade ins on two vehicles for two different people. Mayse remained professional and gave very fair trade in values for the two vehicles presented. I cannot speak for the other party involved but the wait was well worth it for me and now have a vehicle I am proud to drive. Mr. Dave Brown was presented with numerous questions to make sure the vehicle would replace the one traded in. Even the Sales Manager assisted with a couple of my inquiries. My wife and I purchased a car over the weekend from Mayse's. Five full stars to our salesperson Drew Setzer. He was very easy to work with, took great care of us, and we walked away with a great deal! Ask for Drew on your next car buying experience! As for the entire Mayes buying experience - they needed some additional business managers on duty. We waited for three full hours once the car deal was made to sign our papers. Was very frustrating!

Limit use with only having oil change and tire rotation but very friendly service and fast. Pricing seems fair.

I called around to several Dealerships looking for the best Deal and these guys gave me the BEST price to begin with. There weren't any pricing games that were played and they found several Rabates that I could apply to my purchase. Its nice do business with people who stand by what they tell you. They were clean and professional. No complaints. Could not believe the cause of the problem. The solved in in about an hour.

My wife and I have had a trip planned for months and 2 days before our trip we hit a pot hole and took out two tires. I called several shops and no one could get us in on our schedule. I called them around 10am Thursday and Friday morning they called me to tell me they had the tires in. I went there as soon as we got off the phone and within minutes of being in the waiting room I already see my two wheels being rolled back. A few minutes later they were going back to the car. I am already running behind schedule so I asked if they could do the oil change. Now that's not even the best part about the visit. My wife is at a funeral so I have our two boys, 4 and 1 1/2. Who doesn't dread taking young kids to a car repair shop. But this is no ordinary repair shop. They are fully catering to kids. I was relieved to see such a wonderful children play area set up. Completely enclosed with tons of activities and even Lion King was on a TV in there!!! You might find a shop to give you a slightly better price. But that comes at a sacrifice of the amenities that mayse offers. It's your choice, now make the right one!

2015 LT Edition. miles on it was good and it even has the factory warranty on it still. the people there are nice and friendly are dealer was David Brown he was nice has a good sense of humor and was fast and
very informative and answered all are questions. we will be doing business with them again in the future and i would recommend this place to a friend.

Great salesman. Not pushy. Cars are over priced; higher than the bluebook value. The salesman looked it up. Then he told .e that they were priced according to what they would sell dor at auction. Used cars have no warranty and i'm not interested in how they value their cars - i wont buy a car thats priced higher than the blue book value.

Was doing some internet shopping and found that Mayse had a vehicle I was interested in buying. I live 55 miles from Aurora, so I confirmed the vehicle was still available before driving. Once I arrived, I found the vehicle on my own and wanted to check it out before a salesperson could find me. Well, it did not take about 2 minutes before the salesperson was walking up. Never once did he introduce himself or offer a handshake just wanted to know if I wanted to see the inside of the vehicle. I asked to test drive the vehicle and to my surprise Mayse allows you to test drive with no salesperson riding along, no proof of a drivers license or insurance, and no license plate on the vehicle. Okay! Once I returned from the test drive, I was quickly greeted by the salesman (not sure of his name still has not introduced himself) and wanted to know what I thought of the ride. I was willing to see the numbers and see what we could work out with a trade. When we arrived at his cubical, I finally knew his name because he had some business cards and noticed this was the person we spoke with before driving down. Anyway, he did some numbers with his Appraisal Specialist who was about $3,500 below trade in on my car that is 3 years old with 38,000 miles. Would not even work the numbers for me, I was offered one price and basically given the door if I refused the offer. It is so sad that dealerships have dropped to such a low! This is why people are upside down in cars because dealers like Mayse try to take advantage of people. I would not step back into Mayse if they offered me a vehicle for free! They must have forgotten there is 100's of other dealerships, oh and there is CARVANA. Highly Disappointed in the Customer Service!

Wonderful experience! Showed up at 5p.m. test drove a truck, was purchased by 6! Not one person minded staying late to help us. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and patient. Zac was our sales person and we loved him. By the time we were ready to leave, my cell phone was dead and so I would have communication with my husband on the way home (2 hours away ) he gave me his charger! He even bought the adapter that fit my phone at the nearby Casey s! The gentleman that took care of our finances was the best! He was professional, smart, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. We will definitely refer our friends and family , and without a doubt purchase our next vehicle here. 100% satisfied!

The best customer service I have ever experienced in the Service Department! You have people working here that are genuinely nice and understand how difficult it is to be without your car while it's being repaired. My first time here, I was waiting at the dealership with my infant son to get a part replaced but the ordered piece was a dud. They had someone drive to Springfield to get the right part and have my car ready that same day. In the meantime gave me a loaner car free of charge to be able to go home with my little one until my car was ready. Fabulous people and each experience has been just as good as the first!

We had been looking for a new GMC Yukon for about 6 months. I located one at Mayse for a fantastic price. They were friendly, honest and took great care of us. There are lots of options when it comes to purchasing a new car, however it was worth the hour and a half drive to come here.

I would have to say I am a little disappointed. As their employees are very friendly and have great customer service, I purchased a vehicle 3 months ago and have had to take it to their service department 3 times. They were able to determine the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. However, I am just disappointed that I had to pay to have it fixed which I felt I should not have had to do.

Smooth transaction from the website with the cost of the vehicle displayed, to the actual test drive and set up and to financing. Quite a difference from previous transactions at other dealers.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mayse. They are the best dealership I have ever worked with. My salesperson, Mike Pullen, went so far out of his way to make sure I had the best experience possible. Being a single woman, many men tend to not take my opinion and knowledge about vehicles and financing seriously. I never once had that problem with Mike or anyone else at Mayse. And the service has not ended just because my sale is over. My next car, and any future vehicles I purchase will come from Mayse and hopefully my salesman will be Mike.

I recently just purchased my first new vehicle and the staff at Mayse couldn t have made it easier. From the time I first inquired on the vehicle, Kelby and Matt were very polite and easy to deal with. Kelby was actually able to work with me and secure me the best deal possible. I had been looking for some time, but when Kelby spelled out the price I knew I had found a great deal. A deal so good I made the 10 hour drive from Atlanta to Aurora to take delivery of the truck. As a salesman myself I am always extremely careful about buying from another salesman, especially a car salesman. I spent months researching, and finally found what I was looking for in a car. If you are reading this review to see if Mayse is honest and reliable, let me tell you that it is. You can stop stressing out about finding a place that will give you the absolute best deal, because you will find that with Mayse. Specifically, my salesman John Kieny was the best part of the whole experience. I had a million questions and he patiently answered them all and never rushed me to hurry and buy. It felt more like speaking to a friend than negotiating with a salesman. By far the best experience I've ever had while buying a car. Do yourself a favor and call John, you will not be disappointed. I love my new car, and I am glad I found a salesman that I can trust with all my future vehicle purchases. From now on, rather than doing months of research, I'll simply call John. He 100% won a customer for life!

Update 2020:
It was time to purchase a car for my wife and we went back to John! We drove past many dealerships simply for the fact that I don t want to deal with anyone else when it comes to purchasing vehicles. John did a great job, as always, and my wife is extremely happy with her new Buick! I highly recommend Mayse, and make sure to ask for John!

Greg Poe is the WORST sales manager that I have ever encountered. RESPONSE TO OWNER: What a joke! Greg Poe is the guy that wrote the response, and the bad review was because of you! I bet that you didn't show the actual owner and/or general manager my review! I buy a car EVERY year, so I talk to many dealers, that's why I have written so many reviews, some good and some bad. So don't question my credibility, because I know what I am talking about. You are just trying to cover up that you are HORRIBLE!

Wow, they just amazed me on how rude Mayse auto group in Aurora Missouri are. I called on a pickup and talked to the salesman Mike, he said he would give me a call back and i told him if he tried to take advantage of me i would walk. He immediately hung up on me for letting him know upfront i would not deal with them in that way. So i thought about it for a minute and called back two more times and each time he hung up on me, then i called Stan the general sales manager and told him about his salesman Mike that he kept hanging up on me and he told me he would check into it and call me back, well that didnt work either so im convinced if they can't take advantage of you they just dont want your business. They just lost out an a cash sale.

Everyone very friendly and helpful. Smooth process and we have had follow up from our salesman, Mike Lamphier.

My main issue is that no employee at this dealership was wearing a mask. I think this is endangering customers as well as employees.

I think cleaning windows and vacuuming inside of vehicle should be included with oil change.

This was my first visit to Mayse. Having worked in the automotive business for about thirty five years i might be more critical of how things are carried out but i have no suggestions for improvement. Such a smooth car buying experience! We went with the plan of buying a GMC truck but Zack asked us if we had considered a Ram. We test drove it and had to have it! Zack is extremely knowledgeable in products, recommending something that was not only cheaper than what we had initially had our eye on but also had a few more bells and whistles. Will definitely return to Mayse for our next vehicle purchase.

My car's check engine light was flashing so we took it to Mayse for diagnosis. Although we had to wait 4 business days to get our car into the shop, the process was easy. Chris, the contact/service person for Dodge/Jeep was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and updated us frequently. We had a limited warranty that i could not find the paperwork, and although it ended up not covering the problem, Chris helped us obtain the information to find out if it did. He truly went above and beyond.

I recently made my 2nd purchase with Mike Whitesel at Mayse Automotive. My expectations have ALWAYS been exceeded with the sales and service department at Mayse. Ehren at Mayse was great to work with. He had the GMC Sierra pulled up front for us after I called and told him my wife and I were on our way. There were no hiccups and no surprises, everything went smooth! My wife and I drove 3 hours and I would definitely recommend Mayse Automotive to anyone.

Talked to Rebekah about one of their cars that I was interested in. Battery was down so she had a worker Starr it but I did not feel like driving a car that might not make it back to lot. Told her I would be back in the morning to drive it after the charged the Battery. Next morning came back and at that time they had put it into the shop to put a windshield in because of a crack. Came back Monday morning to take test drive and the car really drove out nice. Took about 15 minutes to get the deal set up. Everyone there was very friendly and got me fixed up. I chose my SUV online, then went to the dealership to see and test drive it. David Brown met us at the door, retrieved the SUV and went along on the test drive. He was informative about the vehicle and did not try to sway my choice. He and Jeff Silvey took care of all my paperwork and the entire experience was very easy and pleasant.
