This is my fifth experience purchasing a vehicle. I will keep this simple and hit key points highlighting the 5 star review-
1. great customer service.
2. They don t stop at I m satisfied with the price - they get you the best deal possible. (My wife and I were happy with the price over our online application. They did much better than our satisfaction)
3. Frankly, they are transparent and upfront with you
4. Timely service- little to no wait and did not pressure you.
5. Most importantly- I would recommend this dealership to my family.

My husband and I recently traded in for a bigger vehicle and we couldn't be happier! Justin Sims was very patient and took his time to find us the perfect one. The day our beautiful SUV arrived on the lot, we were first to know about it and ended up starting the deal the same day we looked. Financing was easy and smooth as well as the entire process as a whole. We have recommended and will continue to recommend Mayse to everyone we know. We love our new vehicle! Thanks again!

After issue with front seat I get the car back and the whole back seat falls out
How in the world does.that happen
The dealership was nice enough to fix the front only after I posted review
I emailed several times with no help
But really I think we have had 2 people sit in the backseat
I've never have had this happen in any car I've owned
Dont buy used car from this deleatship
I don't think they really inspect the cars like they say they do
Just waiting for the next thing to just fall apart
Great experience for my son's first car
He saved years to buy it
So dissappointed

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze LT in 2018. After having for a little over a year I decided to find an SUV. After going to a dealership somewhere else I found out the car I purchased from Mayse automotive in Aurora was a buy back/lemon. I was never told about this when purchasing the car. I thought the sales man was trustworthy! Obviously not! I should have asked for the Car Fax because apparently they are not truthful! So now I m not going to get a good trade in value! :( just goes to show how honest and loyal the salesman at Mayse automotive in Aurora really was. Thank you for ruining my first vehicle purchase!

Kelby went above and beyond to work with me from start to finish. The whole buying process went smoothly and after I purchased the car, it was all detailed and waiting for me in a roped-off area where we got in and we discussed some of the options of the Camaro. Kelby made sure that I was informed about them before I was ready to roll off the lot. Excellent experience with the dealership and I highly recommend!!

Took my car in for oil change - their service was excellent as usual. This time though I asked for special treatment due to an injury. They made sure I got to the lounge safely and parked my car extra close after servicing. I really appreciate their consideration.

Marty Newport worked diligently with her and was very patient with her frequent request to test drive something else. He helped her pick the perfect car and we couldn't be more thrilled with her Hyundai Elantra and the service we received! I had been in the market for a new truck for the last several months and found a great deal on a truck at Mayse. As I live 750 miles away, this would be a virtual transaction. I have never ever purchased a vehicle on-line before, but the people at Mayse Automotive Group were amazing throughout the entire process. It could not have been easier; they were very communicative via phone, email, and text.

Michael Lanphier and Rob Bieber were the best team through the process. They were available for any and all questions and truly went above and beyond. It was probably the easiest car purchase process yet.

Thanks again to their team there, and I would highly recommend doing business with Mayse Automotive Group.

Hands down the easiest dealer purchase we ve ever experienced. Everyone was very helpful. The vehicle we went to purchase was there waiting on us. There was no bait and switch like some dealers. Paperwork processing was quick and efficient. Our salesman Luis and our financing guy Matt were both helpful and thorough. We will definitely go back for our next purchase and we encourage others to do the same.

The service was great, I took my car over because there was something acting up with the light controls. They listened to my complaint and tried to find the problem. They were very thorough and they couldn't have been more courteous about keeping me informed of progress. I can tell courtesy and great service are major components of the Mayse Service department.

Great experience. We came, looked at the vehicle we wanted to look at. They ask you before they continue with anything. It was laid back. I was never sitting there thinking I wish this was over. Why is it taking so long? It just was the best car buying experience my Husband and I have ever had. Would defiantly recommend.

Superb customer service-still price is everything ...

Superb customer service-still price is everything to me. Dealer offers a standard price reduction and claims to never go a penny lower-period.

No trade and no financing so deal was transparent. Previous experience with buying has the dealer at least throwing in some floor mats or a couple of oil changes if only to make me feel good-as if I got a deal.

I think that they sensed that I would buy regardless so they did not have to deal.

My problem is that I am 100% transparent and I wrongly assume that all others are as well. Even nice people maximize their profits.

First off, I'd like to start off by saying, I wish there was something higher then a five start rating. The experience my husband and I had at Mayse, blew my mind! I haven't bought a car since 2008 and I was so nervous. I did my homework, looked at all the websites, checked out the reviews on EVERYONE, Mayse was it! I called ahead, talked to Rob the finance manager. He hooked us up. Got us pre approved, and got us started on the truck I've been drooling over. We came in Saturday morning and Andrew helped us with the rest. Please give Mayse a call. You won't be disappointed! Andrew and Rob were very patient, very friendly and gave us a REALLY good deal on my truck. There isn't any pushy sales gigs, no hidden fees and no beating around the bush. They gave us top dollar on our trade in. People, please save yourself stress and worry. Go to Mayse and see what they can do for you. You WON'T be sorry!!!

Shopped for 6 months. Saw the truck online on New Years Eve and went the next day to see if it was all smoke and mirrors. It wasn t. They gave us the price posted online which beat every GM dealer in the region and they pulled the vehicle out of the cold and into the garage to let us check it out. From the salesman Kelby to the Business Manager and everyone else we met, we felt comfortable from the get go and had zero hesitation, we knew it was the right deal. I ll be back here for my next vehicle, no doubt!

Very interesting visit to this dealer. I called and asked about a used truck on their lot, and salesman gave me basically the same information about it that is located on the website. I figure that it was good enough to drive 45 minutes to test drive and look this vehicle over. Got there, briefly talked with the salesman about the vehicle then he brought it around. I looked over the truck to see if there was any damage, and noticed that the tires, especially on the rear were getting really worn. That is usually typical of a vehicle they traded for , and usually just means they hadn t put it through a complete cleanup. When I got into the vehicle, it seemed a bit dirty, not bad, with a weird smell (not pertinent) figuring again, that hadn t gone been cleaned up. As I was driving off the lot, noticed the gas light was on. Again, most dealers will not have a lot of fuel in the vehicles. So, I took it on a short drive. The truck drove good, seemed like everything was solid. And as I was driving, I noticed on the front windshield just under a sticker they put on the vehicle that said duke guava not working . So, that made since then that I couldn t pull up fuel mileage average, miles to empty, the normal stuff. So, anyways returned the truck to the dealer, and spoke to the salesman about these issues. This is where it became apparent that they were being a bit shady. The salesman explained that trucks with a few more miles (136xxx) are sold out of out wholesale lot. Not explained to me or did it say wholesale on the website. Also said that anything that need fixed or the fact it needed tires, he said that that was the customer responsibility. Now, mind you, I did my research on the year and model of the truck, and the price was on average to a fully working, non wholesale truck. But the repairs needed for this truck was in the range of $2000. Now, if I had been given this information on the phone, I would have forgone the 45 minute drive to look at the vehicle. Instead, I wasted almost 3 hours with an un-apologetic salesman. I did reach out to the general manager after a left, and was told he hadn t heard of anything like that in his 20 years at the dealership. Even so, I now have a new line of questioning when calling about a vehicle. I also affirmed that unfortunately, you can t trust anyone EVER!! Isn t that sad.

My 2014 Chevy Cruze. Check engine light came on. I went to o'reillys in 5 minutes they tested it and gave me the Fault was... I called maze automotive, Told them with the fault was. They said Their machine is more accurate .I would have to make an Appointment.. Made the appointment for the following Monday at 9:00 a.m...... I arrived at 8:50 a.m..,, I was there till 11:52 a.m..... And they came up with exactly what o'reilly told me.... Only difference, o'reillys test was free and there's cost me $111.59. They gave me a list of all these checks they did when all I wanted was the cold to fix the problem... And of course I'm a little angry because I waited so long And paid so much. But I have owned a Honda CRV, A Volkswagen Jetta, A Nissan,, Which all had almost 300000 or more than 300000 miles on them and I never did more than an oil change , Replace tires... This car has just over a 100000 miles and it seems to always be broken down... Heavily suggest don't buy one.... I also have a 2008 Dodge ram 2500 and it's not been in the Shop either..

His timeliness and follow-up was incredible! When my truck arrived at the dealership I was notified and that day I was able to pick it up. Great experience and great people to work with. We have shopped around for the last 3 weeks in the Springfield area and decided to drive down to Mayse Automotive yesterday, best decision we made. If you can't find a new or used vehicle at Mayse ,,,,,, you probably don't need one. Their inventory is amazing and good luck beating their prices at another dealership. Our salesman (John Ellis) was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was a pleasure meeting Rick Mayse and talking with all the other salesmen and staff. Do yourself a big favor,,,,, at least give Mayse a chance before you purchase your next car or truck. Thanks guys !!!

Eric did a great job helping me with the car I was looking at. I wanted a couple specific options in the car I wanted, like a sun roof and garage door opening functions.The Ford Taurus I went to look at was everything I wanted,except those 2 things, mainly I wanted the sunroof.I called Eric back and told him I was going to continue looking at the other Ford Taurus that had those options and if I couldn't get what I wanted I'd be back. My husband and I went back the next day, after a little negotiation on both cars and we bought this Ford Taurus. I LOVE this car,even without the sunroof, it's AWESOME!!! It was a good experience, after having my car for 8 yrs, that I was stressing about being pushed and feeling forced into a car I wasn't completely sure about! Thank you Eric for being helpful,professional and friendly without being pushy!

my car pulled to the left from the day i bought it and when i tried to get them to fix it i was charged full price for the alignment and it didn't even fix the problem, then my heater stopped working 2 months after i bought it, when i went to get that fixed they said they found oil leaks, and i had to pay to get those fixed too, then not 2 weeks after getting it back the check engine light is on and its having issues shifting into higher gears, also when i asked why i had to pay anything at all for the previous issues since i had only recently bought the car, i was told its because i had bought it off the back lot and that i bought it as is, i was never told this when i purchased the car and only found out after it started having issues

*update* not even a week after getting my car back from the last issue the check engine light is on again

Very positive experience. Relaxed, non-pushy staff. Everyone was friendly and willing to assist us with every question or concern. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything I wasn't prepared for or directed away from what I came in to buy. Their office dog was a nice bonus too. Would reccomend.
