Knowledgeable folks at this dealship. Very friendly service and they did not try to sell you something you did not want. I sent a text about a certain vehicle and the discount that was advertized and wanted to know if this was truhful. It was and I purchased the vehicle hassle free.

My husband and I recently replaced my car at Mayse Automotive. Neither of us are "experienced" car buyers. His only experience has been at another large dealership in Springfield, and he left feeling very unhappy about the whole thing. Needless to say, neither of us really looked forward to it.

However, we were pleasantly surprised by the service we received from Mike Whitesel and the staff of Mayse. Mike made the car buying process and decision as painless as possible. He helped us stay within our budgeting needs, and never pushed us to buy something outside of what we were comfortable with.

Throughout the entire transaction, we were always presented with options, but never felt pressured if our decision was "no thank you."

Overall, we were very happy with our experience, and look forward to going back when my husband's car is due for replacement.

My experience was good. I have had horrendous experiences with dealerships in the past. I ll go to Mayse again.

Great place to buy your next car great service department

After researching prices on new cars online, I found the most competitive prices at Mayse Automotive in Aurora, MO. (Even more competitive than a huge Chevrolet dealership in Oklahoma City). I drove over 100 miles to purchase my new Camaro, but it was well worth the drive. Ehren Clark was wonderful! He promptly returned my call and quoted me the best price before I made the drive up. I was also impressed with how quickly the sale was completed once I decided to buy. I took the car for a test drive, processed all the paperwork, and even had the car detailed in less than 2 hours!

Each area did a great job from scheduling, cleaning the waiting area & service. Mayes Automotive people are the best!

Got on oil change and the service workers were very polite and kind. The gentleman that came to speak with me after the oil change was done explained what was done, what he suggested and when I asked a question he responded with great detail and understanding.

Your salesman Allen Erwin was a great help. He was knowledgeable and friendly. You need more salesman like him. I have sent my boss and several other friends just because of him.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Mayse Automotive Group. Our experience is always the same, EXCELLENT. Allen Erwin was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and efficient. Jeff Silvey, in finance, was the same. The detail department did an excellent job to get additions done in a timely manner so we could take the vehicle home the same day. Our experience, this time, is not different than when we purchased our vehicle from Ehren Clark. Any time we take our vehicle in for service, the work is done correctly and in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good about our experience with Mayse. They make us feel valued, like family. I would give Mayse a 15 on the satisfaction survey, if there was a 15.

Returned vehicle had oily shoe prints on carpet and at bottom of driver s door. If Mayse does a multi-point inspection on vehicles in for service, I did not receive one.

Had my 2015 Chevy worked on, throwing two codes. 1 trailed connection issue, while no trailer hooked to it. 2 ABS and Stabiltrac .

The fix, trailer connection switch and replaced one wheel sensor.

Got one mile from dealer, ABS light and Stabitrac light comes on. Turned around and took it back. They have it now

Ask for Bruce, he was quick and direct and helped me get a fair deal. No b.s. at all. The finance Dept saved me a lot on my rate and worked to do their best to get my rate lowered.

Fastest & smoothest car buying experience I've had. Really liked the way all warranty/add ons were put on a screen so I could see them with prices instead of trying to remember $ amounts and feeling overwhelmed. Thank you! We'll be back!

Like many first time car buyers, I did a lot of research on where and how to buy a car. I went in with a strategy of how to negotiate and get the best price. That strategy went out the window when we met Mike L. He was immensely helpful, even offering my mom an oil change and tire rotation on her 2014 Captiva that she purchased elsewhere. He offered all information about the car upfront and was mindful of my privacy. I appreciated the care and concern I received from each employee at Mayse. I drove up from Fayetteville, just under two hours, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Best care buying experience. Can't wait to do more business with them in the future.

John Kieny is a great guy and a Family Man. John was easy to work with on the phone and over the internet. I found him to be honest and efficient. When we got to the dealership everything was just as John said it would be. My new GMC Denali was cleaned, fueled, and ready to go. John went with us on a test drive and then showed us all about the truck. He even helped us set up my smart phone, activate OnStar, and sign up for a My GMC account. Luis was not the nicest to me, I knew what I was doing and was treated like I was just a girl and that was upsetting. Finance was amazing and Matt treated me like the adult that I am.

Recently had a great experience purchasing a Chevy equinox at Mayse. Salesman helped us quickly but did not pressure us into anything. Everything went very smoothly after we decided on the equinox!

We worked with Kelby. He was great! Informative and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. We definitely felt like we were treated well.

I brought my car in for a flat tire and could not be happier with the help I was given through out the whole process. Austin Terry was a huge help in getting me set up to fix my car and was so pleasant to work with. I recommend using them to anyone and will definitely be spreading the word. Had to have 3 tires replace due to recall. Took the truck in perfect. Not 1 scratch. Left with a scratched wheel!! Unbelievable!!! Apparently they will call me to have wheel repaired. We will see if this happens.

I found some vehicles that interested me online. I called Ehren and told him which one I wanted to see. When I got there it was waiting for me to test drive. Even though he was a busy guy he let me test drive every vehicle I was interested in. The whole experience was great. We hadn't bought a new vehicle in many years and the staff was awesome. They were friendly and accommodating. I didn't care for the price on my trade in but, the deal we got on our new vehicle was a good one.

Great customer service. went above and beyond to make sure the car we wanted was available and clean. This is the second car we've purchased from the dealership. Will be back when the time comes.

We drove 500 miles to purchase our 2012 Camaro convertible from John Ellis. We are extremely pleased with the service we have had since the purchae of our car. We had issues with the wheels and tires mismatching but they went above and beyone to make it right. Tripp in the business office also has been excellent to work with. We would not hesitate to drive 500 miles again to purchase our next vehicle.

I was looking for a 2011-2012 Chevy Cruze and had shopped around at many other dealerships and online places. I called Mayse and spoke with John Keeny (my salesman) and he was very helpful! I had many questions, as this was my first time buying a "newer" vehicle, and he answered all my questions and was right by my side throughout the whole process. Never once did I get that normal "overbearing and pushy" salesman vibe from him. He was very helpful and professional the whole time. He made my first experience a great one!!
