My wife and I really appreciated our salesperson, Marty Newport, as we looked at quite a few Buick and GMC SUV's. We bought a 2014 Buick Encore program car and are very pleased with it. This is the second car we have bought from this dealer and there was not any pressure from anyone at Mayse during the transaction.

David Brown discussed the entire history of the car with me, never seemed like he was trying to pressure me into a decision, and then showed me how to use all features of the car when I decided to purchase. He is also a pretty funny guy! Best car buying experience I ve ever had.

I have purchased two pre-owned vehicles from Mayes. Not only were they friendly, but I left feeling as though I was treated fairly and got a good deal on both occurrences. I have two dealerships located 20 minutes closer to me but it's worth the extra drive time. Next time I'm in the market the first place I'll check is Mayse.

John Ellis was excellent. The weather was less than ideal the day I came to look for a car, but that didn't stop him from offering to show as many cars as I wanted to see. They worked with me on the price and got me in a car that I love! The process was the fastest ever too!

Awesome place to buy a vehicle! Was in and out in 4 hrs. The sales and finance staff were great down to earth ppl.

It was great. Had my auto serviced. But on our way home it felt like my tires weren't balanced correctly. We drove our Equinox all the way to Yuma Arizona and it drove and handled beautifully!!! I guess I just need to bring it back to get that fixed. Other than that one little bobble we love Mayse!!!!!

We purchased a new 2018 Sierra from Mayse. Our salesman Mike Pullen was absolutely wonderful to work with. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this has been one of the best buying experience I have had. They had the best prices around and the customer service was exceptional from the front desk to the salesman to the finance office. I would encourage anyone to take the short drive to Aurora and check them out if you are in the market for a vehicle.

The sales staff at Mayse took the time to do more than just "sell" us our car; they truly listened to our wants, needs, questions and concerns. They negotiated with our lender until we were happy with our interest rate and monthly payments, and they made us an offer we couldn't resist. I was very impressed with how flexible they were at working with our budget; we didn't have to compromise at all! They took care of everything for us!

John Kieny at Mayse is the best salesperson we have ever worked with. He answered all our questions, and he took care of our needs even after we drove our camaro off the lot. When we got our license plates from the DMV, we realized our camaro did not have a front license plate holder. After getting an estimate from the Mayse service department, John took the time to call us and arranged for a front license plate bracket to be installed at no charge! He really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy even after we had already purchased our car.

Horrible experience. We didn't buy because the used vehicles were not detailed. The sales lady was not helpful. This dealership needs to step up their game. A showroom with no vehicles in it? Stay away.

Mayse sales associates are very personable and treat you like you are part of their family. Our sales assoc, MikePullen, worked with us until we were very sure of our decision. He kept checking inventory to find what fit our needs and price range. After the sale, he still continued to work with us doing a lot of extra leg work for us, staying past his normal hours until we were completely finished and could drive our new vehicle home. No high pressure selling tactics, but laying all options out for our decision. Would highly recommend!!

You don't always get great service after the sale, but Mike gives it. He and Mayse will definitely be my go-to for cars in the future.

They do a great job when I go there for my oil changes my only problems were there way to pricey for a simple oil change they don t top things off like wind shield wiper fluid and all that and the mechanics were very rude the last time I was there maybe I ll go back but I m not sure yet

EXCELLENT!!!! Explains the staff at Mayse. My wife and I started to browse around for cars about a month ago, nothing serious but just getting ideas for a car for her since hers was getting up there in mileage. We found a Impala at another dealear and she just loved it since we had such a good experience with her Impala 10 years ago. So I researched a little more on KBB and found that there were more Impalas in the area under KBB value, 66 to be exact. I clicked on 1 of them and found out that a majority were at Mayse. Low miles and excellent condition. So I made contact and got ahold of John Kieny. Never pushy just listened and answered questions. We agreed to meet up on the following weekend. Me and my wife were a bit on the nervous side, putting up our wall, since our car buying experience the last 3 times was very unpleasent. We got there early on a Saturday and were approached by a gentleman and we thought "here we go again". He introduced himself and asked the usual dealer questions. Once I had brought up John Kieny he didn't get upset, just went and found him for us. John approached hand out and professional. He began to guide us to cars with all the things we had talked about on the phone almost a week prior, "WOW"!! And again never pushy, just listened and helped find what we were looking for. Once the wife had 1 picked we started the next dreaded part of the dealership experience. It was just as pleasent. We were led to the office of Jeff Silvey. Again very pleasent and easy to talk to. Explained everything to us, which was the first, and did not proceed until every questioned aswered. Overall our experience was above excellent, would give 6 stars if we could. Its nice to know customer satisfaction is not a completly dead practice. Will buy all future vehicles through this excellent dealership again. Will highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Mayse motors is only two stars because they did a great job selling the car to us but we were told that the red and blue Equinox were not available and that they were not pretty colors anyway. I really wanted one of those two colors but purchased the dark gray. Now, three months later and we had to threaten litigation to get them to fix the hail damage that the car had when we purchased it. They informed us that the man who fixed the damage requested more money and they were not going to pay it. They did finally send someone to pick the car up to repair the damage, three weeks and numerous calls later, they finally returned my car. They didn't fix one of the dents and didn't replace the uneven door trim. The purchase went fine but the after service is extremely lacking.

Thank you so much for the help finding the right auto for me. Mike was so helpful and patient. Giving me all the time I needed to decide and helping me understand the technology available on the auto. I will be when I need my next auto!

After looking for a car in my local area, I decided to expand my search and I am glad I did. Mayse Automotive Group made the whole process a great experience. Steve was great, answering all my questions and making sure everything was done correctly. We did everything over the phone and thru email. I drove up four hours on Saturday, and as promised they had the car ready and all paperwork ready for me to sign. I was able to get back on the road faster than anticipated! Beat the storm coming in! This was a great experience and the Buick Regal GS was amazing on the drive home. Once I am in the market again, I will definitely look into buying from Mayse again. This was such an easy and amazing experience!!Andrew and Rob were amazing!! This was my first time buying my car virtually since we live far away and it was such a smooth process! The deal was everything they said it was over the phone and the pictures were true to the car. They even put a red bow on it and took pictures of me my car! They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy! I would recommend them to anyone and will be buying future cars there !!

I bought my first car in 1957 and many,many since. The last two were from Ehren Clark and Mayse . After the experience last time and the service department since we never went to any other location this time. Absolutely no pressure and very knowledgeable staff. We will recommend Ehren and Mayse to anyone. In fact in this day and age of poor customer service at most locations it is a true pleasure to deal with Ehren and Mayse.

I was not "low-balled" on my trade-in and in fact was given more than twice as much (a FAIR amount) as other dealerships, and that told me that they really respected me and cared about getting my future business.The business manager was also friendly and down to earth and the process went smoothly. This is the 2nd time I've purchased a vehicle from Mayse. Allen Erwin was my sales man and he was terrific. Rob Bieber was my finance man and he was the same one I had 10 years ago. I like the straight forward treatment and no condescending attitude toward women, I've run into that at other places. My questions were answered and Allen did a great job of bringing me up to date on the new computer technology. I would recommend any time and tell them to ask for Allen and Rob.

I am very pleased at the excellent service I received at Mayse Automotive while trading in my Murano. I truly dread shopping for a car...but Ehren Clark's no pressure, cheerful attitude made for a joyful experience. I explained what type of vehicle I was in the market for, I appreciate that he showed me vehicles that would fit my budget as well as my 'want list'. By the time it was all said & done, I was pretty happy with our overall experience. We love our new car and feel like we got a good deal. My only criticism is I don't think when we we gave our bottom line, it was taken as seriously but I understand that's all a part of buying a car. Had it been taken more seriously, we could have cut about 2 hours off of the total time.
With that being said, our salesman was very nice and worked hard to get everything taken care of. The financial advisor was extremely personable & definitely understood the financial position we are in.
I truly don't think we could have gotten a better deal/car anywhere else.
I'm very grateful to the Mayse Automotive group. We will undoubtedly considering going back for future automotive purchases.
