The sales rep that helped us, Dave, was kind and considerate through the entire process. In 2016 I Had an engine go out on vacation. Needed a new vehicle ASAP. They gave me top dollar for my trade and did an excellent job getting me in and out with a great rate.
Staff is very friendly and proficient. I am two hours away from the dealership. When I called the day before regarding the a truck I was interested in- they said they would hold it for me. It was a great feeling knowing when traveling that vehicle will still be there.Truck was -and exactly as promised.Only took about two hrs. total and I was in a new truck.Love the truck and loved the deal.
Me and my wife bought a Colorado Redline from Eric Perryman yesterday which was Memorial Day and I will have to say this was one of the best Dealerships I have ever done business with. Great place. I usually don't have any problems but I am not convinced the problem is fixed. Preliminary diagnosis was to replace a sensor. Final diagnosis: add coolant & replace radiator cap. Cost: $119.00. Pretty high. Only time will tell if this fixed the problem.
I had a recall on a part of my car.. the man that did my recall was rude . and didn't seem to care about the quality of job that he was doing... The recall that my car was getting required that I bring in all of my keys because after they replaced the new part the old keys would no longer work... all of the resulted in me walking form Wal-mart to Mayse automotive because he didn't cut the new keys correctly .. that wasn't my problem . what my problem is , is that my old keys still work. and NO PARTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED ... The recall on my car can cause me to crash because it sends the car into over-drive, or automatically deploys the air bags.
I expect this problem to be fixed promptly before this happens to me and Mayse automotive has a large lawsuit against them
We pretty much knew what we wanted before going in, but still Luis was helpful and informative on the car we drove. Also patient while we were at our house, seeing if great grandma could enter and exit easily.
My situation is different, do to a bankruptcy that had ALL medical on. Kelby was not able to get us into the vehicle we wanted based on the bankruptcy. However, he was the greatest salesman I have ever worked with. He worked to find me exactly what I was looking for in my price range. I also believe Kelby and the team did everything they could do to get the loan approved. However, with many medical bills I am sure every financial institution finds my situation risky. If you shop here Kelby is your man. If you are reestablishing credit may I suggest Youngblood or Reliable in Springfield both were able to get us approved fairly quick.
The service and quick lube departments are always so friendly and knowledgeable! Mike in quick lube is always so helpful and personable, I really appreciate the way I'm treated there!

We had a problem when we ordered a part but I received a call and they explained what happened and apologized for that, which made me feel they really care and value their customers. They fixed my car pretty fast and it seemed to be running well!! I will definitely keep going to them for service and will buy from this place again!!
It was pretty easy to get done.... It was confusing in the beginning as the person I was originally speaking with wasn't at the place and the vehicle we were looking at even though we found on website wasn't even available, however after that the salesman was easy to work with, same with finance officer and we actually walked away with something that better fits our needs
They've got a nice little quick lube shop. Also, had them throw in a tire rotation along with the purchase of a rear windshield wiper for our vehicle. Bill was nice and attentive and suggested other services we should be getting to our vehicle.
Found a vehicle that we were very interested in on their website. Called to inquire about it and possibly tell them to hold it for us so we could purchase it later in the day. I spoke with John Kieny. Vehicle was listed at $50,000. But when the salesman called us back after checking that it was still available, he quoted it at $58,995. It's hard to have anything nice to say about a dealership when they post a price on their website, and every other auto buying website out there, and then raise the price by $9000 when you call about it. I think an honest and decent dealership would honor the price they have the vehicle listed for, regardless of how much profit they make or don't make. We will never buy from Mayse and don't recommend them to anyone else.

Waste of time. Salesman left me in the lobby while suppose to be getting keys to go see a car. I see him walk out of the building after 10 minutes. Weird. Another 10 minutes later his son in law comes and says he went to sell a car to another person. Then told i would have to get my own financing after i already got approved in advance. So i bought an f150 down the street. Thanks for nothing
My purchasing experience with Shane Davis was amazing. Traded my 2012 Buick Enclave for a 2014 Cadillac SRX. He offered me a very fair trade price right from the beginning...no time wasted haggling. We found out 5 or 6 days after purchase that the a/c didn't work. They drove 85 miles (the same day I called them) to pick up my car..brought me a 2015 loaner....fixed my car and had it back to me the next morning. They had promised that type of warranty service when I bought the car; but my husband and I were skeptical. They proved themselves good on their word. Will definitely see Shane the next time.

When I bought my truck Steve told me that if it needed service they would pick up my truck at my office in Springfield and leave me a loaner while they work on it. John Kieny (Sales Consultant) and Matt Molica (Finance / Business Manager) are the pro's pro at Mayse Automotive (Chevy)!!! I was an out of state buyer for Minneapolis, Minnesota and this was a long distance transaction that felt like I was right there at the dealership every step of the way. I found my dream Corvette Grand Sport on Autotrader and Mayse Automotive (Chevy) was the seller. It was a GM Executive owned car that had the 3TL, Z07 and ground effects package, among other options and only 4,700 miles. It was perfect and exactly the way how I would have ordered it. I inquired about the Grand Sport online in early December 2018 and John called me promptly to discuss. I proposed a selling price with a trade in and he and Matt agreed to the price, which I believe was very fair for this car. That was the easy part; with the Holidays I did not have time to drive to Missouri and pick it up. Still, John considered it "sold" to me and defended me against other offers the dealership received on this amazing Grand Sport throughout the remainder December. Mayse could have taken a higher offer and sold it before the end of the year (I know how important it is to get all orders completed before the end of the year) but John Kieny was true to his word and held it for me until January 5th when I could pick it up. On January 5th I arrived at Mayse. John had the Grand Sport Parked right out front for me, ready to do the test drive! The test drive was the beginning of a dream come true. Upon completing the test drive Matt Molica walked me through my loan (which he beat my credit union rate) and offered my a fantastic 8 year extended warranty, In the end it was a very enjoyable and easy experience working with John and Matt at Mayse automotive (Chevy). Thank you for making one of my life dreams, of owning a Corvette, come true!

Let me start by saying , I dont know why you would go anywhere else. We originally were looking at used but with the rebates on the new GMC Terrians we decided to go that way. John Ellis was our salesman, absolute great guy! John was super helpful in every aspect of our experience. Stan Davidson was great in explaining our options and helping us get the deal done with our trade in. Finally in Finance, Laz . This guy is totally top notch. Laz explains the warranty and how things work as well as got us the best interest rate I could have hoped for. We even got a chance to meet with Gizmo, and discuss all things doggie. We have bought several vehicles from Mayse and everytime is a over all great experience. I am a lifelong customer, and tell everyone looking for a car or truck to come and see John at Mayse. At Mayse you like family.
Not rude but kinda of cold, we were looking at used cars and the market is super hot right now so they probably already met their numbers for the month or whatever, felt like they were indifferent to whether we were there or not like they didn't care if they sold a car or not. Again they weren't rude, I mean it is what it is, it didn't bother me any just the way the guy came off.
Buying a vehicle is a big decision and our family feels comfortable working with Mayse. The staff are friendly and helpful but above everything, honest. My family has now purchased 3 cars at Mayse and we will continue to do business with them time and time again. Cant recommend them high enough!
It was horrible 3 hours waiting last week to tell me they have to order the seal made a appointment for today for a 1 hour job which took 2 hours but the good thing about Mayse they do fix them right so maybe I won't have to go back for a while

Attentive but not too hovering. Lol. Once we decided to buy, they got it done quickly. Financing team was easy to work with. Great customer service all around. No high pressure attitude.
