Sales offered a very low trade in. I didn't make the deal & felt customer loyalty should count for something. Ehren Clark is great!

Excellent and friendly service. It's worth it to drive out to Aurora to find the right car. When I was looking for a cheap sedan, the other dealerships heard my price range and blew me off, but the folks at Mayse treated me respectfully and found a great little car within my budget. We recently went back to get a heavy-duty truck and had the same great experience.

My experience with Mayse Automotive was by far the best car buying experience I've had. My salesperson, Ehren Clark, took care of all my questions and preliminary work over the phone, so I was able to make only one trip to the dealership and close the deal. Afterwards, he thoroughly went through all of the features of my new GMC Canyon and assisted me in setting up my OnStar account, as well as pairing my phone with the vehicle's computer/information center. I would highly recommend Mayse and Ehren to anyone looking to purchase a new GM vehicle.

The upfront pricing made things easy. Good layed back saleman in Erhin. We went to a lot of dealers, but this one the management let the sales person to sell the cars.

They were the best dealership that we checked. The vehicle prices were lower that the others that we went to & they had a wider selection of vehicles especially the used ones which was what we were looking for. I just wish they would have taken off more than $295, since we were paying cash & they had a paperwork fee of $199 which is on all their vehicles, but the fee is mentioned on the website along with other possible fees if you need financing

vehicle: 2020 Jeep Gladiator. After research I had a good idea of the options for my needs. John, my sales representative, and Stan , the sales manager, assisted me by reviewing the options that I had selected and that they matched my expectations. With these pre-purchase discussions I know I bought the Jeep that is My Jeep. This is refreshing that what I wanted was most important not just sales. I financed my jeep at this dealership. Rob, the finance manager, explained all paperwork and answered all my questions. Note: it has been a week since I took delivery of my Jeep Gladiator and I am 100% satisfied with the vehicle and this Dealership.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They even turned cartoons on for our kid, on a separate tv, (that's never happened before). They made everything so simple forced buying a car. Even informed us of a product they put on interior to help make it "child resistant" as far as stains, etc... if we can get something out we take it to them and they will take care of it. Loved everything about our first visit.

We have previously purchased a Cadillac and a Saturn Outlook from Mayse and its salesman Shane Davis. Recently we decided to trade the Saturn for a newer SUV. Before driving 90 minutes from Bella Vista to Mayse, I decided to try a local dealership. What I experienced was: I have the perfect car for you! and I want to be your car man! Not the kind of experience I had hoped for.
I left and drove to Mayse where we met Shane again. We found the car we wanted, the price we agreed on was reasonable, and we bought our 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. No exaggerated salesmanship, no hassle looking at cars we didn t want; just an easy way to buy the car we chose.
After our third purchase there, Mayse is our preferred dealership and Shane is our car man .

Great experience all the way around. Down to earth folks that work there. We shopped around for several weeks, couldn't find what we wanted or a price that fit our budget. Went there today & come home with a perfect fit for us.

The sales professional, Ehren Clark, did an good job leading us through the purchasing process. He was knowledgeable about the new vehicle and helpful. The only downside in my buying experience was the length of time waiting to have the finance manager get to our closing. It was over 2 hours. That was unfortunate.

It was straight forward no hassel, working with these guys. When I got there I was not bombarded with a salesman when I first pulled in. Not even when I got out and was looking at the different cars. I found what I was looking for. Then I walked up and in the building I was met by John Ellis with answers to all my questions , then a key and he said see ya in a few and I took it for a spin by myself sp no pressure there either.
Then it was to the finance department. And Matt Monica sat down and we went over all the different insurances and warranties. He was very pleasant and helpful through the whole process and explained every detail. I went in the morning and signed papers and I took the car home brought wife up after she you off of work and she signed her side and they gave the car a bath while she signed and wall la it was done and ours. Very polite people and professional as well as intuned to our needs and they had the answers.

I came to this dealership because their advertised prices for the specific model I was looking for were better than others in the surrounding area. Steve helped me find just the perfect car with no undue pressure. He called afterward to check on my progress learning the vehicle, mailed me the items I accidentally left in my trade in and today sent a runner with paperwork I needed to sign regarding the title for my trade in. Even though it was my mistake, he never once suggested that I should make the trip back to Aurora.

Mayses have the best prices and best service that I have seen anywhere. I live 840 miles away and it was well worth the trip. I will buy my next new GM suv from them. We purchased a truck during the winter As is.. the first hour day we turned on the A/C and it didn't work. I called and explained the situation to Sean and service and he called the sales team and explained. They volunteered to split the cost even though I didn't have a warranty that covered it. I was so relieved it was my air conditioner condenser and it was over $1,000. Thank you guys so much.

Came in to inquire about a couple of used cars on the lot. No customers in the building. Two salespeople and a finance guy look right at me. Not a word. I sat at the customer table in the lobby. Nothing. Watched the clock for ten minutes then left. Guess they were observing MLK day by not making sales.
