Service department is horrible and must be avoided...

Service department is horrible and must be avoided. Had a regular service appointment on Saturday at 2pm. Checked in and was told it ll take 3 hours. Waiting room was full (10+ people). No shuttle service. So ubered home and told them to call me. Got a call at 3:45pm stating car is ready to pick up. Got here at 4:30pm and found out service department is closed till Monday. It closed at 4... what kind of customer service is this? On top of spending money on ubers, now I have no car till Monday.
