Edit.. after having to come back to the shop they made sure to take care of my vehicle updated the system gave me a rental car so I did not have to wait I appreciate the care that they took in handling the fix.
They also took out the time to help me figure out any issues I had

Was there for a mazda connected services update/recall waited about 4 hours for it to not work unsure if update took but will be going back again to see if it can be done
