This was the easiest experience I ve ever had with a dealership. We worked with Gianfranco and never felt pressured or rushed. He made sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions. So happy with my purchase! Thanks Gianfranco!

The service department at Maxon Hyundai is lacking...

The service department at Maxon Hyundai is lacking in customer service. On my last oil change I notified the service team my air conditioner was making a rattling sound. I was told it was under warranty, but that the part needed to be ordered. I was instructed by James to expect a call as soon as the part came in. I waited to weeks and finally called in to be notified it s ready. I asked why I was not contacted and I got an attitude from James. He spoke over me and wouldn t let me voice my concern. This is a leased vehicle which is up in October. Guaranteed, I will give it back and go to a different company. Customer service is very poor at Maxon s service department.

These guys definitely tried to bait and switch me. Advertising a Sonota for 15k, then showing me one for 18.5k. When I complained they showed me another one for 15k in a different color, and then told me it would cost $1000 for the car to be "certified" when I pointed out the fact that I was only there because the car being a certified pre owned is the only reason I'm there, the salesman talked to "the manager " who might be able to waive the certification fees.

Star rating due to be there almost 6 hours. Thank goodness They provide free wifi and ,and tv. There's a pizzeria in the lot also There were ppl that dropped off and came and got there cars, ppl that came had there cars serviced and left. They were disinfecting every so often, women's bathroom was decent, seating area is comfortable And spaced out. Work donee seems to have fixed my problem.

Worst experience here with the Salesman named Rash...

Worst experience here with the Salesman named Rasheed Jackson. Very disrespectful.
Dealership is fraud. Sticker Price is 48.7K but they want to sell all their equipments at 55K.
When I told them that I dont want to pay for extra equipments, I was rudely shown the door.

Update: Aug 14th 2020
2 days after I was shown the dorr by the rude salesman, I was able to buy the same car for 49K without even having to negotiate at Circle Hyundai.

Do yourself a favor and go to Circle Hyundai. Theu have all the.latest models and have additional bonuses.

Please avoid Maxon Hyundai.

Maxon had the exact car that I was looking for (2019 Hyundai Sonata) , as advertised. My car salesman was Rico Badillo. Rico was very engaging, patient, and hospitable. In my opinion, Rico is someone that feel I can trust. I'd recommend asking for Rico when shopping at Maxon.

My car was ready just a couple hours after dropping it off thanks to Maxon Hyundai's service department. They showed me what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed it right away. Definetly recommend to anyone looking to service their vehicle.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I leased my car back In February and was told they were going to pay off the remaining balance for my previous leased vehicle. Everything was great until I started getting calls from HMF. HMF claimed they never received my remaining balance of my previous leased vehicle. With that being said I called Maxon and they assured me that this issue would be quickly resolved. Time goes by and then again in September, I receive a call again from HMF asking for the remaining balance on my previous vehicle. Immediately, I contacted Maxon Hyundai and was told they made a mistake and sent it to the wrong department at HMF and that it would be fixed immediately. It s now October and they did not receive anything from them and my credit score was impacted by there incompetence. Instead, I had to go back to the dealership to pick up the check myself to mail out. When I get there the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. She even lied to me and told me my sales rep wasn t there and then magically he appears. What s even more crazy is they told me they would provide a letter for me to send to the HMF stating that it was there fault and when I went to go pick up the check, there isn t even a letter because it wasn t typed or written. Completely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. Received no apology or any kind of compensation for there wrong doing. Place is filled with liars. Will not be coming back and telling friends and family to not do business with this joke of a dealership.

Update: 10/9/20

Called dealership for credit dispute letter. Was told by manager they would submit it to me by the end of the day. Once again I received nothing. Lied to once again!

I've never enjoyed buying a vehicle but that changed yesterday. We were walking the lot and were casually approached with a "hey there. You need any help"? And the conversation flowed naturally. My partner and I each left with a Hyundai! Gianfranco was very personable, patient and friendly. When was the last time you've purchased a vehicle and had a great experience? Come here and see Gianfranco!

We left with a used Elantra and a new Kona. He was great.

My Hyundai and I always feel like family when we go in for service. The service staff remember me when I walk in and are always ready to get my car back to me with the quickness. If I have a question, I get answers. If I mention something seeming off with my car, they get right on it and let me know what's up. As far as cost of services, I've looked around. They're equal or better priced than other garages I've brought cars to. And as a Hyundai owner, I feel confident in their knowledge of my car.

Don't bother to waste your time at this dealership. It was by far the worst sales experience of my life. Totally dishonest and unprofessional. I had proof of the pricing I was quoted in a text message and the general sales manager would not honor the DEAL. He told.me he was not need to honor my price

I went in for an oil change at Maxon Hyundai, and the mechanic noticed I also had a small hole in my rear passenger tire. He was so kind and plugged it up for no extra charge!! Definitely recommend this dealership.

I just had one of the most pleasant experience I ve ever had at a car dealership. Reico, Rob M & Kenny were so Helpful, kind, patience & AMAZING!!! They answered all questions, really worked with us & met our price. I couldn t speak more highly of this place. Go check out Hyundai Maxon in Union.
