They call often trying to get into my home, I think, what is the catch, GET A PHYSICAL FROM YOUR TRUSTED DOCTOT, NOT THESE GUYS, PROTECT YOURSELF! And YES, there is always a catch. Humana is a Coporation with a contract with Medicare, (Humana wants you to think they are the only decision maker) their contract with you is governed by Medicare. A problem with Humana? Call their boss "Medicare", I did and it was land fullll win for "ME"! I had no idea how wrong Humana was, or how good Medicare could be to me!.

This company waste taxpayers money. They call they make people on Medicare get ready for home appointment inspections and then never show up. Three times I had somebody scheduled no one showed up first two times no one called.
Our U.S. government needs to know what a horrible state of business they are not conducting and wasting taxpayers money.

Worst phone call ever, asked them to stop calling more than once. I have Insurance and told them that.
The young woman read from a script and kept starting over and over when I asked her a pointed question.
I said why are you calling ? Kept talking about Matrix Medical. I finally said I m going to hang up now, was not good enough, she kept talking, so I hung up. I will report to my own Insurance company.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 actually. They keep calling over and over even though we have asked them not to. Very pushy!

They aren't getting into my home or my life after being put through an hour of hell today. No thanks you.

After getting three calls in a row,I had to check out WHO was behind this intrusion.I also used my phone's number blocker to assist in getting them to give up.
In my case it was Aetna that gave them my number.

After reading these reviews I guess I'm glad they never acknowledged or responded to my application for an open position. Reading their employee reviews on Glassdoor are more frightening. I have partnered with them before professionally, actually provide a valuable service. Further investigating - sounds like they treat their employees horrible.

This company received my information straight from my insurance carrier. They are the pushiest, most unethical somewhat legitimate company I have ever spoken with. Their "don't let them off the phone until they book an appointment" scripted mentality is akin to scammers that impersonate Google, visa, Microsoft. If they have a quality service, they should professionally offer to educate a willing listener about service benefits; not holding them hostage unless the person they called hangs up on them. Shame on matrixforme.com for being so utterly unprofessional. Shame on insurance companies for partnering with them and releasing contact information, as well as protected HIPAA data.

No number to connect to any customer service agent. All menu options are only to leave messages. They will COLD CALL leads they buy and prey on the elderly by trying to convince them that they have an appointment with them. I have read several negative reviews from their own providers that confirm this. They literally say that their services are part of one's insurance package and that they're the company contracted by your insurance to do the annual wellness exam. (A bunch of lies.) I have had insurance clients call me in regards to this scam company, and after doing some extensive research on what some of their employees are saying and the fact that they're not contracted with the companies they say they are, I told them to block the calls and refuse any service from Matrix Medical. This company needs to be shut down for such disgusting, dishonest marketing practices.

Should have 0 to rate. Very unprofessional. Had an hour long phone interview with Stephanie Williams and went great, until I kept getting the run around. Last we spoke was March 27th when she emailed me around midnight to tell me she would let me know by that Wednesday about the position. I have since emailed her and no response. At least have the courtesy to tell someone that they went with another candidate. I am disappointed and disgusted with how poorly this recruiter represents the company. Seems like Matrix has terrible reviews, so must be common to treat people with disrespect. Must be a blessing in disguise. So for all who consider applying, don't. It's not worth your time.

Began receiving calls about 2 months ago from all sorts of random numbers - no messages ever left. Finally looked up the number and saw it was in relation to my insurance company, HorizonBCBSNJ. I called Matrix Medical back and asked them to stop calling me. They asked me for my personal information to confirm my identity. I declined, and they said they could not take me off the list. I spoke with my insurance company who said this is a "voluntary" health assessment "with a FREE 40$ CVS gift card!!!!!! if i complete it".... I said I never "volunteered" for them to share my phone number and name with any other companies. Horizon agreed to have Matrix stop calling me. AGAIN this morning they called. I told her this seems like a HIPAA violation and I will be researching my rights. She continued demanding my personal information so I told her I will change my phone number- she ended the call by saying she will take me off the list. I guarantee they will call me again tomorrow. HARASSMENT.

They call every day with a automated call. The Google reviews are a joke. Employees submitting high reviews bump them up.

I had the service done and the nurse practitioner who came out went over all of my health concerns and discovered that my symptoms of night sweats, high blood pressure, and jaw pain may be connected to high risk of heart attack! I have made an appointment to see my doctor to discuss further evaluation. I am so very grateful.

Scam that won't stop calling me after repeated attempts telling them to remove me from their call list. I also mentioned to them I am on the Do Not Call list and they still call.

A scam taking advantage of seniors. My mother has dementia and answered the telephone allowing them to schedule an appointment obtaining her personal health history. How low can you go!!! NO STARS

They said they were "partners" with Humana, but when I asked them questions, they couldn't answer them. So I decided to play a little game..... I just continued to ask a bunch a questions that I knew she couldn't answer so I could at least briefly keep her from calling someone else. I figure if everyone does this they will scam less people. Thanks for playing, "Matrix"!!!

Stop calling me and hanging up. I have 11 calls from you in less than 2 weeks AND 3 of them were today. Leave a message if you're legitimate.

I think 2 or 3 companies have called me. My insurance company doesn't even know who they are. Says says something doesn't it!
Update I threatened them with police action if they did not stop calling. I was told I was going to be reported to my insurance company. This is not mandated service. You have every right to reject services. Your insurance will not be in jeopardy. This information was told to me by a supervisor at my insurance company. Also I reported this service and complained about being harassed.
Do not think just because you are disabled they can prey on you!

These people will not leave me alone. They say they can "do more than my doctor can" in terms of "helping me with my health" and want their Nurse Practitioner to visit me in my home. I told them I just had a physical, I'm fine, I don't need this, and they keep bugging me. I would like to report them to the BBB.

I have received 15 robocalls in this number in the past 4 weeks. I finally called and spoke to a rep. HOPEFULLY, that will stop them.

Hey Google. All the five-star ratings are from their employees. these people just keep calling and calling and won't give up. Don't you have some mechanism for weeding out these scams they get a 2.3 rating because their employees give them 5 stars?

Stop calling me!!!!!!!! I have told them for over a yr now we do not need their service but they keep calling!! I WILL BE CALLING BBB TOO IF IT DOESN'T STOP!!!

I just finished filing a complaint with the BBB against this company aka Superior Medical Health Plan and immediately following up with a scathing email to the company itself. Over the past month I have been receiving relentless robocalls from them, trying to sell some type of health insurance that I was not interested in. Therefore I blocked the number. Somehow they were able to bypass the block, and leave messages on my voicemail, without my phone even ringing. In the meantime I researched this company and found that there were numerous complaints about them, from many different sources, including from former employees. My complaint is coming from another avenue, and has yet to be resolved. I am hoping that it will be soon, so that will stop receiving these unwanted messages on my voicemail every couple of days....

These people are a scam. The physical is not a real physical, "you don't need to undress". They are going to bill your Medicare for the Annual Medicare Physical and if you go to your doctor for a "real, get undressed" physical, it will be denied because you already had one with a these guys. You will get a big bill from your doctor for the physical because she or he won't be paid. Medicare only allows one physical per year. Tell them you had a physical with your doctor this year and see how fast they retreat. Don't let them into your home.

They keep calling and no matter how many times I tell them to stop they keep calling. I have had to block their number many times and still somehow they call again. What part of"stop calling" do these folks not undestand?

I waited when sbe came to my door she did not ring my door bell and just put a door tag that she missed me i was home she wad worred that i was all right wasted my day waiting

I got told I got a job here. Then they decided last second to text me that they weren t hiring until January. Now it s January and I haven t heard back from anyone even tho I have made several calls and emails. After reading the reviews I guess it s a good thing.

Unethical, stupid company that harasses people with constant phone calls even after you tell them to stop. Report them to Better Business Bureau to help rid the healthcare industry with leeches like these guys.

They certainly don't care about their employees the only thing they real value is the bottom line. You can really tell a lot about the morality of a company by the way it treats those at the bottom!

Do NOT allow ANYONE you love to ever speak to these people IF They talk to your Mom for 5 minutes they decide she should be physically torn from her home by the police at 10 pm the same night and THEY put in motion all kinds of BS that causes health conditions that have now lasted OVER a week and cost us work having to stay home to make sure NO ONE bothered Mom anymore WE have called police and reported them and I suggest ANYONE who has them show up at their home w/o having called them yourself should do immediately when you hear the name Matrix

Do not deal with these people under any circumstances. Horrible experience and certainly not worth the measly $25 gift card. You have been warned by these reviews.

The likihood of allowing this unknown company, and a person that I have never met into my home for a "free" physical is less than zero. What a scam! Like other posters I am reporting them to BBB!

I kept getting calls, I've said "No Thank you" each time, except this last one. I let them know under no uncertain words I was NOT interested in someone coming into my home to do anything. My Health or PERSONAL information is none of their business. After hanging up I called Humana. I let them know about the calls and not taking "No" as an answer. They said they would make the calls stop and would also make a formal complaint. I also suggested they look at the Reviews.
CALL YOUR PROVIDER, COMPLAIN, MAKE THEM AWARE.

We feel like we're not a priority and our livelihood is in jeopardy. We've given everything they've asked and nothing is being done. Worst experience with a company ever.

I had an 10:40 AM appointment this morning for a Medicare Annual Wellness Visit with one of Matrix's mobile units here in Boise, ID. At 11:10 I asked how much longer I should expect to wait and was told AT LEAST another half hour. So here it was still morning and they were already running over an hour behind schedule. They suggested I reschedule and come for the first appointment of the day, at like 6:30 in the morning.....uh, no thanks. I decided the lateness was probably indicative of the level of unprofessionalism I would find inside the mobile unit and came home. I immediately called Matrix to complain. I also called my insurance company to make sure they weren't billed for a visit that never took place.

Omg. What a joke. Someone figured out another way to get rich. Get money for services rentered from your Health Insurance. Received my report today. 90 % of the information is incorrect. Telling me what I need to do. Already done. Going into someone's home to assess and then sending wrong information how can that be beneficia . No oversight. Why did I not think about this? Easy money. What a scam. And then we complain that our insurance are to high. No one complains or contact the insurance company and files a grievance. I complained, I file a grievance I stay informed.

I don't know what all the negativity is about but I had a Matrix appointment on-line this morning and it went fine. The LPN was professional and intelligent, making several good recommendations on free services Aetna was offering that could be of help, and other suggestions. The interview lasted about an hour and was told she'd forward the results to my family doctor. When people call it a "scam" I have no idea what they're talking about, and wonder if they know themselves.

Be expected for layoffs. Seems like when they have a crew of providers in a territory they dump them before the new year begins. Interesting dynamic.

They call and make it sound like your doctor has asked to book an appointment with a nurse practitioner. Very scamy, scripted, marketing call.

This place is brutal, my insurance keeps recommending them to call patients and call me and one lady said would you like a visit free etc and I said no, and her tone changed to what you mean no you don't want a free check up or visit ,what you hiding, I was about to explode when I heard a beeping of recording the call kick in when I was about to yell about what she just said, I said thank you and good bye, I called my insurance reported it and they called 4months later again I guess after do not call wears off, but the fact is i dont want anyone coming to my home, it's private anonymous here and I need the exercise of travling to the doctor it's a money making scam i dont need a nurse to come to check basics vitals and more it's a money making scam ,billing insurance, I have 27 years experience being sick, I do all my own health work.
