They said they were "partners" with Humana, but when I asked them questions, they couldn't answer them. So I decided to play a little game..... I just continued to ask a bunch a questions that I knew she couldn't answer so I could at least briefly keep her from calling someone else. I figure if everyone does this they will scam less people.
