I had an 10:40 AM appointment this morning for a Medicare Annual Wellness Visit with one of Matrix's mobile units here in Boise, ID. At 11:10 I asked how much longer I should expect to wait and was told AT LEAST another half hour. So here it was still morning and they were already running over an hour behind schedule. They suggested I reschedule and come for the first appointment of the day, at like 6:30 in the morning.....uh, no thanks. I decided the lateness was probably indicative of the level of unprofessionalism I would find inside the mobile unit and came home. I immediately called Matrix to complain. I also called my insurance company to make sure they weren't billed for a visit that never took place.
