Very very bed service , don't use this service , thy don't have time to receive calls , worst service in the world , they r not giving any answer when we need urgent , really very bad services

I travel frequently for work and as a mandate we all are
expected to use the same sim card that the company get us. It was Matrix International Sim card for me this time. I was traveling to China for work this time. Dreading that the services would be horrible, only
because of the country of travel, I had full plans of using my Vodafone
number there. Anyways I was prepared for all sorts of NO network issues
and emails. But Matrix Pleasantly surprised me. Excellent network, plus
the convenience of calling the customer care that spoke my language was a huge help. I didn t even take out my Voda number once. It was a
smooth ride with Matrix.

Matrix is a rip of. Call completion is non existent. When abroad, you call, there is no tone on your earpiece. You disconnect and you are charged for a call. They do not reply to mails when you complain and ask them to explain how someone can make six calls of 10 seconds each to the same number in a span of two minutes! Which are charged! The Government should shut down such outfits that fleece customers.

Matrix is the Number One in the Cheaters List. They are making people fool as the travelers are in hurry and the matrix sales staff on the airport tell people that matrix will be the cheapest choice while traveling abroad. I traveled to USA for a month and the Matrix staff gave me a plan which should have cost me Rs. 7500 + taxes.... (1500 minutes to India Free, free incoming in US and 3g data free) guess the bill i got.... it was over Rs. 24000/-. I called them and they told that they have tie ups with foreign telecom companies and its their tariffs. Moreover they collect your credit card details upfront. Not much you can do. On the other hand I bought a Samsung Avant phone for my wife from MetroPCS USA for US $180 which had enough value for making calls for whole month along with 4G data.

Matrix Telecom is ripping people by making false promises and raising extra bills. It's not only me... Read the other reviews as well..... not a single satisfied customer.

I went for a vacation with my wife and we got ourselves a Matrix international card for Australia. Matrix has such affordable plans and great network coverage across the continent. Mid trip we even got internet plan activated on our number and it took just hours for them to get it done. Great services Matrix. Thanks

I am a photo blogger and it requires me to travel alot. Which also means that my phone shd have excellent internet connectivity for me to do my job. Having tried all solutions for international travels, i found Matrix sim cards to be the best. For all my travels to the European region, i have used matrix card and its by far the best!! Has everything that i look for. Seamless internet / data connectivity and voice is also good. Top on my list !!

I was traveling to Brazil with my wife for a vacation and we went ahead and got a matrix sim card for making calls back home and sharing our pics with friends. Really thankful to matrix for such a great experience, calling back home was as easy as it could have been and the bill didnt burn our pockets at all !! In short we are happy customers..

I travel to UK almost every 3rd month and instead of buying a new number everytime, i took matrix permanent sim card for UK. I just pay a meagre annual fee and it saves me the energy of updating my number with my colleagues everytime. Such a boon Matrix Sim card !! thanks guys !

I had to travel to Dubai immediately and so i called up Matrix to get their Dubai internatonal sim card. I wasn t sure if they would be able to deliver the card to me on time, but i was really impressed when i got the simcard within an hours time. Great turnaround time ! Super impressed.

I was in China doing a cover story on the importance of sports and my office had given me a matrix sim card with data activated for me to send my work on time. Must say it worked faster than the wi-fi at my hotel and was pretty affordable as well. Its a must on my list now when i travel next !!

A smooth experience with matrix sim cards in Singapore. I would say better than Uniconnect where they gove you some UK number to be used locally there. Matrix Sims are definitely cheaper and better options.

When my sister was leaving for a tech convention in Atlanta, my father called his regular relationship manager at Matrix sim cards and got her a sim card for US..Since we knew their services and with dad s experience he actually wanted her to be with a number even before she landed. I had heard of Matrix International Sim Cards from a friend who spoke highly about its service when he had used it in Thailand. I picked up their prepaid sim card for Thailand and have to say, my trip became super easy. I was sharing pictures with my friends, updates on social were super easy and I could just update anytime from anywhere. I think I will use Matrix Sims again on my next trip.

Really enjoyed using Matrix Sim Card while i was in France for 3 months. Not only did my father get timely itemised bills, but they took the payment by chq as requested by my dad. My bill never crossed 5k a month and their data services were really quick!

Charged me 1000 rupees on cancelling sim card 3 days prior to my trip

Giving a rating of 1 because there is no way I could rate it in negative. Pathetic is the right word. they are out to fleece people. I availed their services for my recently concluded 4 day trip to Germany. The SIM did not work and they were still trying to solve the problem after I returned back. On top of that their Service Support argued that they are trying to fix the problem. NEVER EVER TAKE THEIR SERVICES.

My sister was travelling to US for a Moot Court representation from her college. Since it was her first trip alone, we were all worried about her. On my aunt s recommendation, we got her a post paid US number from Matrix. It was easier for her to share her pics and even call back home and the bill was pretty affordable.

For our vacation to Singapore, my wife and I used a matrix sim card to stay in touch with our families back home. It was probably the best international sim card we have used so far, better than getting one there as well. When we landed there the sim started working, the good part was Ashish the sales guy from whom i took the SIM called me and checked if the SIM is working fine that was the best i could have expected from a sales guy and the billing was smooth too.

I was paying heavy bills on my Indian number for all my international travels, until i came across Matrix sim cards. And trust me my bills are almost 1/10th since the time i started using matrix cards. Its a great product for all the international travellers.

I would like to rate the company in negative if they gave the option.

There is huge communication gap between the representatives who sign the contract with you and the representatives on customer care line who you approach for clarifications on billing.
They charge even before they send the bills so you are left guessing what were you charged for.
The actual charges are way more that the impression you are given while signing the contract.
The moment you sign the contract they confuse you about the billing with lots of messages and emails that one loses track of the actual usage and charges.

I recommend buying a local sim cards once you land in the foreign country rather than suffer this fraudulent company.

My besties and i planned to travel to Dubai for a short trip and my dad got me a matrix sim card for me to stay connected. My card was used not oonly by me but my friend as well cz she was using some random card from clay and it was just so bad. Matrix has great network coverage and my bill was also minimal.

I used a matrix European sim card and it was really cool. Didn t have to carry 3 other sim cards, worrying about which is for which country and since I was a fixed rental plan, with free calling minutes to india, I was really excited about it.. Overall good experience!!

I had heard a lot about matrix SIM cards from my friends and
for the last couple of times, my Airtel number was giving much woes and
worries internationally so this time decided to give Matrix sim cards a
shot. Good first time interaction with their sales guy Rahul. He
explained the process clearly of how it would be charged on the card and
so on. Also checked the SIM card in front of me whether its receiving
proper signals or not. I mean I would have hardly spent 10 minutes with
him and I had my Matrix Sim with me. That was a good experience. The
only issue that I faced was when I landed and exchanged sim cards I had
no signals until I stepped out of the Airport. I gave it a shot again
after stepping out, and voila it was receiving proper network. Data was
working fine. I managed to inform my family that I had landed safely in
London. Matrix was way better than my very own Airtel sim. Cheaper also
I would say. Overall good experience with them.

My friend suggested me to prefer Matrix services when i was travelling to Singapore.
I found it as a great choice. Before travelling i could able to share contact number to family, so they could connect to me easily.
Soon i landed in SG sim got activated. It's helps me to carry on along with my schedules with convinience, instead runing for sim card in airpot. :P :P
Data service was fast and good. Their network is excellent across SG.

I was travelling to Belgium for my best friends wedding and opted for a Matrix sim card. I was there just for a week, and the rental charge was for 30 days, so the sales rep told me that the rental will be charged only for my 7 day stay in Belgium. When i got my bill, there was some issue with the billed amount. I called the matrix support and informed them about the extra days charged for, they fixed it and re-sent the corrected bill. Great turnaround time and 10/10 customer service !! Thumbs up !!

I work with an IT company in Pune and was flying to Japan for an assignment for 10 days. My company gave me a Matrix Sim card along with a 3g phone also given by matrix for my perusal there. Not sure how beneficial would matrix be, i still used it. I faced no issues while i was there, infact used internet also on the phone. Curiosity sake when i saw the bill, i was shocked to see that it was hardly anything. Worth every Yuan !!

I must say I used Matrix sim card for Italy and it was pretty convenient and easy. Simple and easy way to make calls and getting that international sim card was not too difficult either.

It is located in Killarney farms. All facilities are there. There is a visors lounge. You will be received with a smile. You can get all the required help with your work.

Really convenient to use a matrix sim card in Spain. The network was up to the mark and overall the services were good.

I recently visited Bali and carried the Matrix Prepaid SIM and the Forex Card. Both products deserve a 5 star rating! I was the only one out of my friends that had network almost everywhere with a very good data pack. The Forex card too is amazing! Easy to use with amazing rates!

matrix co. is a big cheater , liar, misguide people, charge their extra exceeded phone bill from your credit card by own without your permission, 10 times more phone bills from they tell before selling, their men are irresponsible , non co-operative in abroad, once they trap you,after that they charge whatever they want, you can not do anything, government should take action these type of company,i want to give them negative marking if i got option

I opted for a matrix sim card while i travelling on a journo project to Dubai. They got me a UAE sim card a prepaid number as i asked for. With free incoming calls and a pre paid option and with a weeks data plan. They gave me a book let too that had great offers which i used in the Mall of Emirates while shopping. my work and life both were sorted J !! Recommending to all my travel journalist friends !! Its a good deal guys !

For my visit to Spain recently, i opted for an international sim card from Matrix. I had seen their ad in the papers and contacted the number mentioned there. The sales rep came to my place within a few hours with a detailed tariff plan, tested the sim card for me and handed over the same. I had a great experience using their card, seamless connectivity and coverage. 10/10!!

Just got back from the US! Was out for a business trip and used matrix international sim card to stay connected back home. Got a well tailored plan to suit my requirement with free minutes and calling rates way cheaper than other products i found online! Matrix has a solution for every problem when you re travelling aboard. I was planning to surprise visit my husband in London, who was posted there for a project. I opted for a matrix sim card cz my friend had always spoken well of it. I thought my first call would be to my husband, but was to the customer care, cz my sim wasn t catching any signals. The customer support asked me to switch off and switch on my phone and it worked. My husband was pretty shocked to hear from me that too from a UK number. Overall happy with matrix!!

Had use the SIM card for my Travel during my trip to Singapore, my friend suggest to buy and have to tell it was a convince used it for my calls to India, data for my navigation and was damn helpful, thanks team!

It's to have attention that(VIJAY GOADRA) GM at Matrix cellular has given in written statement that the company of MATRIX CELLULAR has provided the company law firm(legal knights) to one of the subordinate to file a case on her husband 498a Dowry case , Divorce .

On asking him in the particular case in court to name the person from company. He told( captain Rakesh Walia) is his senior and head of department assisted:-( captain Rakesh Walia)CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER at Matrix Cellular(International) Services Pvt. Ltd .

Question that comes up to my mind again for( captain Rakesh Walia)?

Does company have the right to interfere in personal life of employees family matter and use their company legal cell? It might be property dispute, love marriage or divorce etc.

If yes, doesn t it give a message to parents/guardians not send their kids or spouse to your firm. There might be many temporary wear and tear that would be going in many employees personal family life, that you could make it permanent.

For my travel to Malaysia, i opted for a Matrix sim card. My sim was working fine, but the data wasn t working at all. I immediately called up the customer care and the lady helped me with the settings and informed me that it would work within 2 hours and it did !! Keep up the good work team Matrix !!!

I was travelling to Italy, UK and France all in one go of the trip. I was looking for one solution and got in touch with matrix sim company and the guy recommeneded that i use one European sim than carry 3 diffrerent connections. Glad took his advice. Was really convenient and good network strength.

I bought a matrix sim card for Singapore from the airport and was surprised to see that there is one company that stands for what it claims. I had some issues with my sim card when i landed and the customer care exec guided me through the process which worked and my sim was workin fine. Matrix has a well trained staff .. excellent services you guys !!

I was a part of a delegation going to Korea for a conference and my admin guy gave us all a matrix sim card respectively. Not sure if it would even fine, i was pretty surprised with their call rates and super internet speed. It help us a lot locally and to call home. Quite effective and impressive, must say!

I visited hill county & North Ireland. I could not make single call.

So, I used Matrix cellular, almost a year back and still it's not sorted out. I took 2 international sim's and somehow they continued to deduct money from the credit card. Finally, had to block that card but still that money couldn't be used by me. From my end, I had already paid the amount but the company send mails and calls to pay the amount. Frustrated, I paid it but again the amount which was already deducted from the credit card is also with them. Now, they have received double the amount for the same bill. I have been following for more than a month now and it's still not sorted out. I'm pissed off with this Matrix cellular services.
I want my money back soon. If it was me who had not paid, they would not have left me silent but would be bugged with calls and emails.
I want immediate action against this.

I had taken a matrix sim card for Singapore but my bill was a little messed up with dates and amount. I got in touch with the sales rep and he took a days time to fix the bill and refund the excess deducted on my card. Much appreciated honesty of the team

Experienced good coverage in Italy. A little expensive I would say but definitely worth the services that Matrix provides.

I wouldn t say that matrix sims are the cheapest, but they definitely are worth paying for. Their network is excellent across Europe. Single number loaded with a lot of benefits.

I was in UK for work and was using a matrix sim card. I was just worried that they would disconnect my services cz i had extended my stay for another week. But was relieved when i called up my sales rep and he ensured that there would be no issues and i could use the matrix sim as long as i was in UK. And indeed there was no issues that faced !! I would rather say that I experienced a Matrix Sim Card than just use it. I rented their services for UK and they were very good. Actually they were better than the usual airtel sim card that I have always used. The services offered at the cost of Rs 3000/- was a steal deal. Close to 5GB free data and free call back minutes to India, all bundled in one sim card. It was way better than me spending thrice as much on my Airtel number everytime I travel.
