Does company have the right to interfere in workers/employees personal life?

It's to have attention that(VIJAY GOADRA) GM at Matrix cellular has given in written statement that the company of MATRIX CELLULAR has provided the company law firm(legal knights) to one of the subordinate to file a case on her husband 498a Dowry case , Divorce .

On asking him in the particular case in court to name the person from company. He told( captain Rakesh Walia) is his senior and head of department assisted:-( captain Rakesh Walia)CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER at Matrix Cellular(International) Services Pvt. Ltd .

Question that comes up to my mind again for( captain Rakesh Walia)?

Does company have the right to interfere in personal life of employees family matter and use their company legal cell? It might be property dispute, love marriage or divorce etc.

If yes, doesn t it give a message to parents/guardians not send their kids or spouse to your firm. There might be many temporary wear and tear that would be going in many employees personal family life, that you could make it permanent.
