I was travelling to Belgium for my best friends wedding and opted for a Matrix sim card. I was there just for a week, and the rental charge was for 30 days, so the sales rep told me that the rental will be charged only for my 7 day stay in Belgium. When i got my bill, there was some issue with the billed amount. I called the matrix support and informed them about the extra days charged for, they fixed it and re-sent the corrected bill. Great turnaround time and 10/10 customer service !! Thumbs up !!
