I would like to rate the company in negative if they gave the option.

There is huge communication gap between the representatives who sign the contract with you and the representatives on customer care line who you approach for clarifications on billing.
They charge even before they send the bills so you are left guessing what were you charged for.
The actual charges are way more that the impression you are given while signing the contract.
The moment you sign the contract they confuse you about the billing with lots of messages and emails that one loses track of the actual usage and charges.

I recommend buying a local sim cards once you land in the foreign country rather than suffer this fraudulent company.
