So, I used Matrix cellular, almost a year back and still it's not sorted out. I took 2 international sim's and somehow they continued to deduct money from the credit card. Finally, had to block that card but still that money couldn't be used by me. From my end, I had already paid the amount but the company send mails and calls to pay the amount. Frustrated, I paid it but again the amount which was already deducted from the credit card is also with them. Now, they have received double the amount for the same bill. I have been following for more than a month now and it's still not sorted out. I'm pissed off with this Matrix cellular services.
I want my money back soon. If it was me who had not paid, they would not have left me silent but would be bugged with calls and emails.
I want immediate action against this.
