Matrix is a rip of. Call completion is non existent. When abroad, you call, there is no tone on your earpiece. You disconnect and you are charged for a call. They do not reply to mails when you complain and ask them to explain how someone can make six calls of 10 seconds each to the same number in a span of two minutes! Which are charged! The Government should shut down such outfits that fleece customers.
