Matrix has a solution for every problem when you re travelling aboard. I was planning to surprise visit my husband in London, who was posted there for a project. I opted for a matrix sim card cz my friend had always spoken well of it. I thought my first call would be to my husband, but was to the customer care, cz my sim wasn t catching any signals. The customer support asked me to switch off and switch on my phone and it worked. My husband was pretty shocked to hear from me that too from a UK number. Overall happy with matrix!!
