I still prefer Seventh Street Medical. The appearance of the store is very dated. The staff at Mats Pharmacy are not very welcoming and make you feel like a burden when you ask for help. The Pharmacist was very nice though. Danielle helped me find exactly what I was looking for and her customer service was outstanding. I just feel the company as a whole has some work to do.
Excellent experience. Knowledgeable service staff. This is the pharmacy who expedited the "paper" script for my newest rollator at no cost period!! This recent visit, I needed a replacement left hand break. Matt's not only had part delivered to pharmacy, after that a service tech not only helped with this, but then tightened the entire frame that he spotted dangerously unstable frame and fixing a broken break. Then when I'm thinking it's going to be routine cash out, another customer handed me at random with Matt money. Simply said. I was informed when break partarrived that total cost of $15.00. By the transaction completion, ACTUAL final cost, $12.63 even better I also just found out my prescription plan intends to reimburse all costs!! Thank you!!!
Mat's has been our go-to pharmacy for over 2 years. Lindsay Overs, Tina Nesbitt, Jen Ambrose, and Brittany's entire Nebulizer Dept are very respectful, efficient, return calls promptly and ensure complete and timely paperwork.
We get a lot of DME supplies from them including liquid nutrition, nebulizers, compression socks, wrist braces and incontinence supplies.Go nowhere else!
I called before driving all the way there in this horrible snow !!! They said they had what i needed and that my insurance will cover it. When I got there one worker said they needed to call my doctor because apparently the prescription was not signed by an MD. She also said that I don t need my insurance to pay for it because I can pay it myself... who is she to tell me that. A waste of time. The working had a Bad attitude she was being ignorant, she really should have stayed at her house today because no one likes receiving nasty attitude. Never again!!!

First experience I had with them was ok. The young lady I dealt with was very nice, and I got what I needed. The second time was much different. The girl I dealt with refused to listen and was very smug. I won't go back. Two stars only because the first time was ok.
My 4th Pharmacy to goto this morning looking for a child's sling! I was shocked to not only find one, but a variety to choose from. I hit 2 big name pharmacy stores prior that tried selling me adult slings, but had no child slings. Although the chain stores had over 20 shades of pink eye shadow. Highly suggest Matt's for medical supplies and actual medication!!! Staff was friendly and educated!
I tried and tried for this Parmacy to help me get my monthly prescriptions correct. Mistake after mistake, and when I held them accountable they yelled at me more than once. I called, wrote letters, and faxed but in all of these months no one has called to help correct the errors or apologize for yelling at a diabled man with brain issues. I do not recommend this place for anything other than a soda, quick purchase, or a once in awhile prescription.

Horrible service. Had a script called in for my pet Saturday, not ready Saturday. Not ready Monday because the pharmacist was researching the medication. Not ready Tuesday because the pharmacist was in a webinar all day. Finally got a call 30 mins before they close from the pharmacist, who leaves me a message asking if I still want the medication. That s why it was called into you to fill it, I don t need a call asking me if I still want it. My dog has congested heart failure and needs this medication desperately, I was forced to call other vets and pharmacy s to get a script filled after 3 days of trying with you.
NEVER will use this pharmacy ever again.
As I waited for over a month for a nebulizer through another company, my wife suggested Mat's pharmacy. She told me they are always prompt, polite and professional; she was right. Kaitlin and Kristin kept in touch with me as they went through all the steps of getting the script, calling the insurance, and ordering the nebulizer. After I received it, Steven called to make sure all was well with the order. I am so impressed with everyone that works at Mat's. From the first phone call, I felt at ease knowing someone was going to help me. I highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff goes over and above to meet your needs.

The staff is helpful and courteous and the pharmacy is always clean. There's a pretty large variety of things such as medical equipment and a lot of your health care needs.
I m on trial basis with cpap machine through my insurance. Last two times I had to deal with this pharmacy the person on the phone was quick to get me off the phone after confirming filters were ready for machine not allowing me to get a word in to have them deliver instead. Most recently I called a month ago asking about new straps for my mask as they are becoming worn out. They told me insurance only covers it once every six months. I said okay well can you check if I qualify for replacement. They told me they would have to check my file and call me back. That was over a month ago and never got a call back. Other than that I can t complain.
Poor customer service and return policy. The store rejected my return of an unopened container of nector thickener powder, claiming I was beyond the two week return window. This was true, but the container was unopened and they wouldn't even give a store credit. I am taking my business elsewhere. I am very disappointed with this pharmacy.
I normally don't post reviews... but Matt's Pharmacy is so accommodating for my 7 month old daughter that has reflux. I always put in the script and they immediately respond and ask me when I would like it by.. Great customer service. Ashley is very happy and pleasant on the phone. And John is very very nice and supportive of meeting my needs
I had came into this store to buy some wound care supplies for my mother for the first time, and after what I saw I will never return there. When I walked into the store, cashier was great, she greeted me asked if I needed help and I proceeded to browse. As I was browsing, I saw what appeared to be the manager ( a woman had short blonde hair, I didn't see a name tag) yell loudly at the cashier (who was speaking to a customer at the register) to answer the phone and that she was sick of hearing the phone ring ,the woman was loud enough for me to hear it while I was browsing the store. After hearing the woman yell so rudely that she was "sick of hearing the phone ring" while the cashier was simply doing her job I finally had enough and walked out. I felt very bad for that cashier that was embarrassed by the woman and hope that never happens to her again because i could see she was upset. I am all about supporting small businesses , but I can not support a company that allows that behavior.

The worst place to get cpap supplies and they never call you back.
Needed breast pump, called insurance, got the info. Called Mat's pharmacy confirmed the mode number and they do have in stock, i've told i can go in anytime to pick up. Went in today with doc prescription and insurance card. 20 mins later a lady said i have to pay cash. I explained my insurance covers 100%, she went back in for another few mins, then said she doesn't have it. I said i called the day before, been told you do have BOTH mode. She said well, I can't give to you cause i have to call insurance company tomorrow. SERIOUSLY? SERIOUSLY? You will never get any business from me for sure.

Customer service is terrible. No communication either between employees or customers. No one ever seems to know exactly what's going on with orders. Been waiting a week for CPAP supplies and was almost charged 3 times the cost! They are a good example of why ordering from the internet is so popular now.
I'm so glad I found this place when I moved here! The pharmacist was so very helpful, my prescription was ready sooner than they'd originally thought, and the compound (which I have trouble finding, even at compounding pharmacies) costs less than I've ever seen it at my last place of residence. This is especially valuable as insurance rarely, if ever, covers compounds. Everyone who worked there was very kind and helpful. Even with my plethora of questions when my prescription changed, I never felt rushed or embarrassed about asking.
This is the pharmacy you are looking for! Kind, knowledgeable staff (yes, you Allena!) that go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving. Forget the others, this "little guy" has everything you need. Shop local!
There service is really poor & unsatisfying, by me. I was supposed to get a get a transfer bench for my shower. They delivered it on Friday 9/9/17. But it was delivered to the wrong house. So. On Monday 9/11/17. They bought me a weak and cheap looking shower chair. Which I could not use. Then today 9/12/17. They called and told me my insurance won't pay for it. But yet and still . It's their fault but I will fight this with my insurance company. If you like cheesey, cheap, medical supplies, & unfair device, this is your place!!
Honestly one of the worst companies of any kind I have ever had to deal with. They are truly a mess of a company. I've had to deal with them because of a nebulizer given to me from my son's pediatrician's office (which was a apparently a rental though no one explained this me until bills started piling up after my insurance company refused payments--not entirely Mat's fault though I'm sure I'm not the only patient this has happened to). Billing from Mat's is unclear, generic and shady and I've had to call countless times and each time I do every individual is rude and curt, and they've never been able to translate what the charges are actually for. After over a year and numerous calls and payments from myself and my insurance company, AND someone picking up the tiny, cheap machine I was given months ago, I just got another bill. This has to be my 10th bill for this item. Truly unreal.
Mats pharmacy was doing a good job for the past 3 yrs on my daughter supply's up until January they been giving a hard nasty time !!! They need to train their staff to be better with long time customers!
My husband called Matt's at my suggestion looking for a piece of medical equipment. I always have had a pleasant experience shopping there and staff is very knowledgeable. Amanda answered & was very helpful with my husbands questions and was willing to call back with dimensions and other important information that was very helpful. She also was a pleasure to speak with. My husband was so impressed that he is thinking of changing pharmacies and the fact that they deliver is an extra bonus.

Have been going here for years and have never had a problem..staff is wonderful, they greet you with a smile and you are done within minutes..even when I needed to return an item, they was no fuss..nothing but good things to say, in fact we are headed there after breakfast for husband's meds..see you soon..
Excellent variety of products available with knowledgeable and helpful staff. This was the 6th pharmacy I went to looking for a certain wound care product, no other place had it. It was available in a large amount and at a reasonable price here. In addition, the staff was knowledgeable about the products and was able to point me in the right direction to find the product. The other pharmacies I went to earlier in the morning had staff that did were not even aware of which products they carried. This will definitely be one of the first places I look for medical supplies from now on. Finding the right kind of bandage, I am in instant relief. I usually never post reviews, but I felt like I had to post one for this place.
My experience working at Mats pharmacy and medical supplies was insane. First things first they hire you on the spot knowing you dont have any experience in the medical field, they do not properly train you on the job and then management gets involved and wants to act all superior and be little you in front of other employees. They give you a half hour lunch and are expected to work and eat at your desk, two 10 minute breaks and watch to make sure your not going over the 10 minutes, mean while if you been there longer then a year or if your a higher up you can take breaks whenever you want and not have to write it on the time sheet. Bottom line is they take advantage of you if you're a hard worker they expect you to do all of this work without any help. I have witness 7-8 former employees leave because of how they were treated, or had their hours cut because they took a vacation. I also have witnessed hard workers being treated unfairly ex: Making a former employee load very heavy equipment and boxes up and down steps and not allowed to have any help other employees are just to lazy to move the supplies themselves so they make another person move it. Very unpleasant work envoirment and very unprofessional. Dont waste your time working here if your looking for a serious job.
