Lots of micro management in the company. Becareful of the procurement/purchasing manager, seems like he does not want anyone in his team to perform. Will be pushed down by him so he can protect his seat. Do not make any mistake, he as a manager scold his underlings and include vendors in email. Really bad ethics and really rude. Understand from ex stuff he scold people making simple mistake eg. No capital letters in enquiry or Sending email to wrong vendor. It's 2020 already. Hierarchy in this place is really strong. Only good thing is he is good as a worker. But definitely unable to survive in the real world outside nowadays. Too much of flipping prata action from him too.

Supt seems ok here, instead much better than many Shipmanagement. Maybe they are young and know more things (tech). Heard like they are being micro managed too in many aspect.
