Worst diagnostic,no rule of social distancing,no hygiene,worst experience ever,over crowded with staff and patients,no USG doctor is available on tym then also giving appointment to many patients, bedsheets are so dirty,will never ever refer this diagnosis to anyone, please don't go in this diagnosis especially in this pandemic

every time i visit sigma diagnostic i am impressed by their professionalism and the upkeep of their laboratory. in addition their charges are reasonable as compared to others ! keep it up ! i also had the chance to interact with the owner, a pathologist and his wife a dentist and they were very courteous and friendly !

My mother recently went for urine routine test and the test results showed massive deviation from the normal/ideal values. While she felt okay, doctor was perplexed so thats when we started doubting results and when to another diagnostic centre for examination...my whole family was worried for my mother's health for the week...when we got results from the other lab was in normal range..if the deviation was small, i would not have posted anything .but her deviation was massive 20 values..the centre offers discounts but inaccurate results are worthless..you aint dealing with customers but patients, and its not business but health that matters. DON'T EVER GO TO SIGMA if you want to avoid wrong diagnosis or treatments based on this lab's results...accuracy is all that matters in health diagnosis and that is where they are taking it lightly

Best blood collection labs ,gives accurate reports of every tests

I have always relied on sigma diganostic for my tests. Very reliable and friendly staff and medical practicioners.
However, there are too many follow ups required to email reports. I have to call up atleast 2 to 3 times every time to get this done. I simply dont understand why this is not an automated process. I hope this can be taken care of.

Request to all corporate tie ups of sigma. Dont ever refer any customer to dr. Bhatia owned sigma diagnostic.. he is such a unfair and lier person , deny on your face clearly that we won't clear your payment.

Stupid center.They don't pay the radiologist.bahut logo ka paisa khaya hai.No body shout join this centre.

The staff is very nice and professional. Report are received on time and indeed informative and accurate,which we could see online and by email too.

Hygiene is not maintained. Don't change sheets for new patients for radiology scans even after asking. Long waiting time and when its your turn they won't even call your name and keep taking patients after you

Worst service guy who is handling calls don't have sense of talking considering himself like owner don't have any way of talking

So I took my grandfather to this place for some tests. They are the most inconsiderate people in a lab.
My father had to wait till they did all the paper work and to top it all they first asked me for payment. When you can see that I have an old person with me. Why can't you take him to the tests and then we can do the formalities. And the receptionist was stupid enough to argue with me about it.
And even after my appointment at 1. There was no one to attend my grandfather for a long time.

Bad experience, taking too much time for ultrasound report

Not recommended. They'll always make false promises to fulfill your important deadlines and then will forget about it. They think you are entitled to call them 100 times to get your work done. People who provide free service behave better than them. Better go somewhere else. Least amount of professionalism.

It was my first time that i did some tests from your diagnostic center. I feel regret for choosing this center. There is no proper test reports and the person who is there at the reception who deals with patients probably Ms. Neetu, they always make false promises with the customers about the tests. Amd they did not even care about the customer satisfaction. First, i got my test reports wrong and then secondly, when i have gone personally at the center for test sample after talking with Dr. Nidhi, she assured me that the reports will be accurate this time with proper indication level of + or - value and the same thing, i have asked with the receptionist also and she said that you will get the reports exactly the way you want. So i did not received the report on time and even the reports which i got not accurate. I am fed up by your services. My more than 1 week has been wasted in this and talking with the receptionist. And when i called at the receptionist 3-4 times, she said that she will talk to the doctor and will call back. I haven't received any calls and even after calling them several times, they did not even care to pick up the call and when she picked up, she said they are so much busy with the customers and will call back. And again they are not picking up the call.
I think its my mistake to choose your diagnostic center and to trust upon you guys. You guys are just making fun of customer's time and efforts. I feel like cheated.
