Everything was correctly filled but my insurance has always had no return from yours despite 3 reminders ...

It is a shame and I would be one of your future customers I will flee as soon as you see your CATASTROPHIC management !!!!

During an insured move home the movers broke something, (it happens ...) I provided photos dated at the time of the move by registered mail with AR and the file was refused for "lack of proof ", after 1 month of unanswered weekly recovery. I am just informed that no time-stamped photos are not enough, what more was needed?
It is clear that this insurance just NEVER wants to reimburse anything (even for a small amount!).
LEAVE urgently.

We used the company Biard to move from Aix en Provence to Berkeley (California). We paid 2,000 euros for insurance, without even being informed of the insurer chosen by Biard.
Delivery to Berkeley ended on 11/28. A total of 280 packages. Unpacking took several days. A dozen packages were broken (dishes and glass table). We provided Biard on 5/12 with a detailed report (with photos) which they sent to Marsh SA (total damage estimated at 300 ).
For 2 months we had no news, not even an acknowledgment of receipt of the request. Lastly, on 2/2, we received an insurance notice denying our request, on the pretext that Biard had not provided them with a registered letter within the time allowed.
A masterpiece of incompetence and dishonesty. If you want to be reimbursed for damage, it is imperative to eliminate Marsh SA. They just collect the premium.

Following a car accident (not responsible) for which our vehicle was declared wreckage, MARSH, missioned by the insurance of my employer, was in charge of the file. This support was catastrophic: no steering of the various stakeholders, no information given to his client about the progress of the file to a "radio silence" for several weeks at the time of payment of compensation (no response from our interlocutor to our emails and calls: where is the professionalism? Taking into account the customer?). Not to mention the fact that at no time did Marsh defend our interests, especially when estimating the VRADE of the underestimated expert (despite our recommended mailing and factual evidence of market announcements proving this under Evaluation).
In short, not professional at all. We felt very alone and unaccompanied ...

After a water damage in my cellar "One more room" in March 2019, I had to do business with this company for the reimbursement of damages. I had of course subscribed to insurance with the company for this kind of situation.
This did not prevent them from balking at the idea of giving me money ... it's been 2 months since they have my RIB and the agent in charge of my file does not respond to any of my emails and calls for 2 weeks ...
