Zero stars will be better. September 2020: Since January 2020 I am waiting for the reimbursement of a canceled stay (1013 ), despite several email requests, since they never answer the phone. I will say this is the wrong time.
November 2020: after QueChoisir's intervention and several reminders, I received the refund (10 months late !!). I confirm the zero stars.
